tried to take a nap and well i woke up after this weird dream
i closed my eyes for a few minutes to try and nap and i had a dream of me lay dead in the road id discharged myself in tears ran out and a car hit me head on and my friend was holding me and i said her name and then passed away in her arms my other friend went to get pillows and blankets while the paramedics did cpr and intubated me but it was too late i was dead i was wearing michaels o2 jacket they both stroked my forehead before the lid of my casket was closed

What a bad dream. I have never died in any of my dreams. I always wake up before this takes place. Don't think about death before you go to bed. it is not a good thought to have. It is sad. adn you set ypourswelf up for a bad dream.
think positive before sleep. Like thinking about yourself having your biggest dreams. then you'll dream about it.

yeah usually my insomnia plays up and i dont sleep at all i was just kinda napping

I hate imnsomnia. I am getting it more and more. I will fall asleep for a few hours and then I wake up and cannot get back to sleep until it is almost time to wake up.
i know your's must be more severe. I really hope you will feel better Missy. And, I hope you can feel rested!

thanx hun thats how mine is ill nap for a few hours wake up and then i cant get back to sleep till midday when i just drop
ive collapsed a few times with it
