Another solid week for MJ on the charts.

Janet's fans got Control back into the top 10, how have we not co-ordinated ourselves to do that for Michael?

An album in the top 10 on itunes is currently irrelevant, Michael has two albums on the Billboard HOT 200 and one on the Top 100 in UK. Something that Janet, Mariah, and Madonna don't have, achieved # 1 or top 10 albums due to a store discount, the albums sold for 4.99.

This is nothing against them, in fact I love them, its only an explanation.

I have the feeling Queen has surpassed the Beatles as the most popular band of all time at least for a couple of years now, the film did them a lot of good. They are not as influential as the Beatles but they have at least an equal amount of classics that everybody knows.

Queen's album Greatest Hits is the second longest charting album on UK charts and is the best selling album in the UK. I think Queen was bigger than the Beatles in the UK for quite some time, even before the biopic. With the release of their biopic, Queen have finally got the respect that they have deserved since their first album in the early 1970s. In their heyday, they were never taken seriously by the rock critics and were always looked down upon, compared to other rock bands like The Beatles and The Rolling Stones. I am glad that over the past two years, Queen have finally got the respect that they deserved, because I have always preferred them more than any other rock band.
