Pathologist is the person...not a doctor, who will normally find the cause of particular disease and gives a report of it!! As u know the blood test, urine test...etc are done by pathologist!!!!

Neither I don't like spam and I don't eat lamb. Lamb is the one kind of meat that is not sold where I live. And even if it was I still won't eat it. Chicken, turkey, fish, shrimp, and sometimes ground up beef is the only kinds of meat I would eat.
