Yup, seen it on Tidal but keep in mind that Tidal most likely does not show the video in 4k, probably limitied to 1080p, so it would not represent the full quality. But looks promising.
edit: Wow, Thriller is on there too now.
 
Very cool to see Thriller on Tidal, quality is very good, noticing details i never noticed before :)
Also nice to know that the quality would be even higher in 4K, not to mention the possiblility of HDR.
 
Just to clarify my earlier warning. Those sound issues present in the Thriller IMAX version are clearly not present in these new uploads.

Bravo Estate. This is the single best thing they've done in years. THRILLER and Beat It look utterly glorious.
 
This is all so triggering, but question: do Apple Music and Tidal have 4K playback or are they 1080p only?

I'm assuming they've just restored the existing audio we've been listening to for years. The changes present in the IMAX version borne out of necessity in creating a surround sound experience worthy of an IMAX theatre? That's all I can think of.

I didn't care much about the clips as all of my hype went to the unreleased demos, but man, even though I watched it with Reddit's compression Beat It looks really good. Can't wait to watch it in native 4k!

I'm assuming they've just restored the existing audio we've been listening to for years. The changes present in the IMAX version borne out of necessity in creating a surround sound experience worthy of an IMAX theatre? That's all I can think of.

Yeah I'm pretty sure the changes were made due to the fact they couldn't find the original assets to create a surround mix (Still think they could have done it better so that it didn't sound different but that's another convo). It's good they reverted it back to the original audio for this release.
 
Watching the “Thriller” clip makes me even angrier at myself that I missed it in theaters.

Absolutely worth the wait. It took far too long, but maaaaaaaaaan, what a joy it is to finally have it (and that they put in the effort to make it look good).

I thought i would only be able to see the snippets shown on Moonwalker. Man, i can die a happy man.
 
If they put unseen shots on the clips sort of like they did on the leaked HIStory 25 Billie Jean remaster that would've been really cool to see.

I wanted to go and see it in Theatres but it was only shown in one cinema on the other side of the country lol. I haven't been able to watch the videos yet but I can't wait to check them out!
