The problem is that Tupac Estate was by Tupac Mother Afeni Shakur it was 2 years before she died she was on for the remix of Xscape but the other person that run the estate of Tupac said no so no The Estate of MJ was okay with it
I mean, they did have a good reason this time to cut out the third verse (it's just a repeat of the first verse), so nothing's really lost in that aspect.
