Will Prince Michael need to testify as a witness?

If this is true, I'm moving to a different planet. People disgust me, and I can't take it anymore. It is plain as day who is responsible for Michael Jackson's death and nothing anyone can say will ever shift that responsibility from Conrad Murray's bloodied hands.

michael's kids would only make the jury think:how the hell Murray left Michael alone?and to say they knew something about drugs is stupid because michael was not an addict!and the fact that Michael was always feeling cold is common knowledge, we the fans knew that, so what's the big deal?STUPID!

that's very true:prince shouldn't have been there in Michael room that day!Murray had no right calling the boy in the room!just to cover his ass!Michael wouldn't want the kids there!:(

This is a rumor that had been floating for a while. I don't think Katherine or any other fmaily member would agree to this. Sounds like some tabloid story.

I agree. Regardless of what the kids might say about Michael, the only thing the jury will see is 3 kids without their dad. Murray's lawyers are probably praying that MJ's kids are nowhere near the courtroom during the trial.

If the children were in the house and heard all the commotion plus the parmedics being present, paramedics inside the house... have to wait and see i guess.

Someone was there other than Murray and Michael. Somone knows more than me because I wasn't there. Those kids were always with him, remember he didn't come down for breakfast/ or Murray didn't get his breakfast. Something iree happened that morning and it's written all over Murrary's face. He knows. He knows he didn't call 911 immediately, yeah more like 90 f'n minutes. When he got to the hospital, he didn't say a word to the atteding doctor's.
He was ready to bolt from the hospital as soon as Michael passed... I wonder why? Cause he is a wessil and murderer.

Got the nerve to be on vacation parading his sorry ass with a PR and camaers. Well Murrary, Michael was an exemplary father and took extra care for their safety. Michael should still be here to do so, not you...all u see is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$:ermm::mat:

saying that he injected the final dose himself.

f gray areas here to say the least.That would be impossible as we have discussed this before in other thread. It was medically impossible. Is that wahst the DA 's case is about? suicide? I don't think so. Some thing are not clear to us, we can only speckulate. Howere there is a lot of gray areas to say the least. I don't ever reading about a murder case and the DA show his hole deck of cards.
As I said, we'll have to wait and that in itself is kelling me. Can really move on until JUSTICE is served for Michael and his family. As much I dislike Joe and Oxman. sumping to find money...:scratch:

Nobody can know or determine whether anything they say will be "on behalf" of Murray without knowing exactly what they will be asked and how they would respond so that part is BS.

However it's possible that the children( at least Prince) can testify ( at least in the criminal trial) as he was a witness to some portion of the events.

Please also remember that even if Murray's legal team tries to use the children for their benefit the opposite side (DA or Katherine's lawyers) would most probably focus on the effect of the loss of Michael on the children.

I really do not see Murray's defense using minor children who lost their only parent to justify their father's death - it wouldn't sit well with the jurors and it could backfire.

I think people are getting too worked up over this. This obviously is a tabloid story, to me anyway, Prince and Paris are old enough to know the consequences those statements would have on this case and the image of their father.

People (like Brain Oxman for example) sure make a lot of fuss over MJ being cold during the this is it rehearsals. :smilerolleyes: While at the same time completely ignoring the fact that during the Bad Tour rehearsals at one point MJ was wearing a damn coat! :doh: While rehearsing and his backup dancers are not! :yes:
A coat that was heavier/warmer then any layer of clothing he may had worn during the this is it rehearsals! So like what's Brain gonna say?...MJ was using Propofol then too?...like come on!:smilerolleyes:

So Brian Oxman making a big deal over MJs backup dancers not wearing layers of clothes like he said MJ was in the this is it rehearsals is stupid to me!

I just think their is to much over exaggeration about him being cold, if he even was!? I saw the movie! MJ was sweating, asking for water and a towel! How is that being cold? Just Saying cause this is something that been bugging me for a while and I had to mention this!

Plus, I thought I also mention he wore sunglasses as well during some of the bad rehearsals too. Even though he was inside just like The this is it rehearsals! People also thought that was weird, I have read! Like it was odd behavior!:smilerolleyes: When it was just MJ being MJ! IMO

i'm always cold in winters, too. my mum says to me that i'm like hugging the radiator to get warm. it's my biological feature. when i went to the doctors, they didin't see anything wrong. Some people may be just like me & Michael.
so, according to this article, am i an addict or sick? it's stupid. i hope this thing is not true. i hope they don't touch the kids. i love them very much.

I hope this will not happen. Those kids don’t need to go on to the witness stand. This is just in very poor taste if it’s done. I wonder if Paris really said that quote.

It definitely wouldn't sit well with the jury as they will focus on the emotional stress these kids are put under.
So I guess it's a nasty tab rumor. But who started it and why?

once you get a subpoena to testify - which is basically a court order- , it's not that easy.

You can fight (quash) a subpoena to testify but you must have some reason to do so. you can also ask for allowance of a sworn written statement or testifying not in open court etc but once again you need to have a legit reasoning behind it.

this is as tabloid as it gets imo. nothing but B.S. how pathetic and desperate.those kids on the on stand would be murrays worst nightmare.

i guess im a drug addict cause im sat here with a hot water bottle and im always cold! why would murray gets mjs kids up on the stand when half the jackson family would make alot better option

u know ive been wondering where this story came from. did the police hand over something during discovery to the defence. quotes from interviews they did with the kids where they said this. i doubt any such comments would have been made in the hospital. and the defence are running with it and trying to use it for their own gain or is the whole story just made up? how long does ittake for someone to go cold?

i fail to see how murray can even go down the druggie route. its irrrelvent to the charge hes facing. he needs to defend himself interms of the fact he gave such a drug with no equipment available and didnt monitor his patient. sat on the phone for 45 mins ontop of everything else.hes notcharged with supplying to an addict etc.

I agree elusive.. Murray is going to have to defend his actions and inactions. He's going to have to defend why he wasn't watching his patient and why did he even use such a drug as a sleep aid? If he says because Michael wanted it, it will make him look bad as a doctor because he didn't use his better judgement

murray's whole point is the man is just a friggin addict who needed to sleep so badly he sat up and shot himself up w/ it.

im sure at times he was on meds that made him sleepy. that doesn't mean the man was an addict and the autopsy report will be used to challenge teh children as witnesses. it showed no long term use and no damage done and no illicit or hell any drugs in him not given to him by murray so IF any kid goes on the stand, it'll be prince and that's b/c he was called up.
