Hey, people.

I rarely make topics on this section of the board because I just don't. LOL. But when I do, I really take my time and think about it.

So, I was on some thread and I was bothered by a comment someone said about Walmart. I real love that store. I have decided to make this thread. I know that there are fans from all over the world that go to different stores and I am interested in what those stores are.

The stores that I go to varies because I am on a budget and I am usually cheap. So I tend to force myself not to spend a lot of money when I shop. LOL. Here are a few stores that I go to:

H&M
Walmart
Walgreens
Rite Aid
Old Navy
Macy's
Express
Sephora
Shop Rite (supermarket)
Payless
Borders

What are yours?

H&M
The Body Shop
Free record shop
Bijenkorf
Xenox
Bakker Bart (my sister owns one cant blame me....lol)
Villa Happ
Villa Kakelbont
Sacha
Expo
Invito
Taft

And more...
I think most stores are just here in Holland?

rite aid, cus they are close..although they get expensive at times...cheap at others, depending on what i buy...although their price for bottled water has gone up, inexplicably...

any store that is conveniently close to me, then i look for what's on sale, as often as possible..lol

other than that I just go like to golf shops and stuff... I'd live in golfing attire if I could.. but soon as I can't I get my clothes from where ever (yes I'm that fashionable )

Walmart I am at almost daily.. OMG I am so sick of it... lol!

They just have MOST of what u need.

It goes in this order..

1) Walmart - almost everything
2) Subway - get my subs double meated for more protien.. :)
3) Wherehouse Music - DVD's (Changed the name now but I don't remember) lol! it's like wifi music or something like that.. ha ha!!
Hi Health - Protien and other supps
4) Target - DVD's/CD's(usually have them really cheap on release day)
3) Local Malls - basically anything I don't get at Walmart lol!
4) Kohls - some clothing
5) Denny's - I get the grilled chicken with vegies. Very healthy :)
6) Best Buy - I get official MJ releases there (IDK tradition)

Walmart is the only place I go to like roughly every other day..

I'm sick of seeing it.. And the greeters up front that never GREET you.. ha ha! They always sound like they have too.. Like there SO STRESSED from there job..

wow, i havent heard of most of those shops you mentioned...we do not have them here in Europe, or at lest in my country.
i like H&M, C&A, Aboriginal, New Yorker, Douglass

Wally World is almost always atop the list. There are very few that aren't 'Super Wal-marts.' So, it is essentially a one stop shop, around here at least. One side with department store merchandise and the other side a complete grocery store.

Now depending who is with me, while I am shopping ... that usually dictates if and where I go next. If I have the boys with me, they will want to look  at WebKinz. It would be gratifying to find the evil person that created those things...I would thank them for the safe online space, while I strangled them at the same time :innocent:
My daughter is bound to ask if we can hit the mall for, as she would put it, "NOT Wal-mart clothes-ZAAAAAA."
The oldest, he is happy to spend my money nearly anywhere. He has had the most experience doing so & he does it very well, regardless of where we are.

So, outside of WallyWorld the list would go ...

Hallmark - For Webkinz
Toys-R-us
A&F, Rue21 - not walmart clothes-zaaaa
AJ Wright, Marshalls, Burlington Coat Factory - she doesn't know it but some of her 'Not walmart clothes' come from a discount store :giggle:
The Outlet Mall:
NineWest Outlet
Hanes Outlet
Nike Outlet
Timberland Outlet
Polo/Nautica Outlet
The Big Dog Store(at the Outlet)
House of Guitars - CDs
Sams Club
Walgreens
Aldi's

If we are talking restaurants also ...

MiccyDee's
Famous Dave's
Nick's Seabreeze Inn
Popeye's
Schaler's
Pontillo's
Pudgie's
BillGray's
Vic&Irv's
Zebb's
Nick Tahoe's
Abbott's

Macy's
Kohl's
Best Buy
Barnes & Noble
Giant Eagle
Whole Foods
Saks Fifth Avenue
Nordstroms
Linens 'n Things
Costco
Dillard's
GAP
American Eagle
H&M
New York & Company

... I can honestly say I've never been inside a Marc's or browsed through a Wal-Mart. I've been in Wal-Mart, but never bought anything.

oooh a shopping thread.

Macy's
Sears
JCPenneys
Michael's
Linen's n things
Anna's Linens (the best bed-in-a-bag sets at good prices and I'm a comforter-set nut especially if it has purple in it.)
Bath and Body (yummy scented body lotions and body sprays)
The Body Shop
Victoria's Secret
Armani Exchange
Wet Seal
Ann Taylor/Loft
Black/White store

Bebe
Charlotte Russe
Banana Rebublic (pants and jackets in my size)
Loehmann's

eating...

Wendy's
Burger King (McDonalds has the best fries tho)
IHOP
Dairy Queen
Popeyes (best spicy fried chicken)
KFC (for the original recipe)
Church's Chicken (greasy as all hell but SWEET meat)
Esther's Soul Food Restaurant
Publix deli
Wong's chinese restaurant
Mario the baker (pizza)
Subway
