On-Air with Ryan Seacrest --- Cook's AI Performance Discussion w/ Cornell

can't hear it.. what did they say about Michael?

Ryan Seacrest asked Chris Cornell if he got any feedback from MJ when he first did his version of Billie Jean. Chris said no, but he heard from people that have worked with Michael, that Michael likes when people take one of his songs and makes it their own.

They both said over and over, "Michael Jackson's Billie Jean," I love that part. Chris said when you are working with a great song, it has no genre (or something to that effect). Chris called Billie Jean a GREAT song, at least twice.

Ryan Seacrest also has ALL three versions of Billie Jean posted on their site. So that's pretty cool as well. All of these folks making such a fuss over this GREAT song, which happens to be 25 years old. Love It!

CC's version of Billy Jean has skyrocketed to No. 41 on itunes....Also, the Beat It cover by Fall Out Boy/John Mayer is No. 10.

Well it looks like it already has.... Thriller has now crept into the US I-tunes top songs at #94, not bad for a 25 year old song

...Thriller music video is #4 on Itunes...I am from Canada so maybe it is the Canadian chart? nevertheless whichever chart it is Thriller video is at #4...

i can see that seacrest is a fan of MJ..who is not full of himself like timbaland is..lol....seacrest wants so bad to hear from MJ..lol

How can you tell? Well he has spoken to janet many times. But yeah MJ rarely does interviews (for good reason) and isn't really seen in public all that much which I guess adds to that mystique of his.

Ryan Seacrest's midget ass is always taking jabs at Michael while hosting ET. I can't stand him, smarmy little f*****. I guess that's his only talent, hosting trashy shows.

can't stand Ryan Seacrest.. why is he always asking about MJ anyway if he doesn't like him? He was asking Neyo and will.i.am stupid questions too

He doesn't host ET he hosts E! News and I guess i'm just more tolerant which may be why I don't dislike him and continue to watch but anyways vncwilliam hopefully you'll get around to answering my question and it was interesting to have all 3 versions of BJ on the website.

lol...as i have proven in other threads..i'll be the first to call out anybody in the usa media who is mistreating Michael, if i witness it. but lately, i tend to listen to american top forty a lot, and i've heard a lot from seacrest...and honestly....i haven't heard any haterade from him, lately. at first he seemed to have a little problem with him..but, frankly, it was kinda minimal compared to what i've heard against him in the nineties media...

all i can say is..right now..he acts like an obsessed fan of MJ. he's asking everybody..i mean everybody associated with MJ's current work...'where's MJ?' 'what does Michael think about this or that?' and he does give props to MJ the way he did in this thread's interview. perhaps MJ's current mystique, and refusal to do interviews has something to do with it...but i'm telling you....seacrest, right now, seems as curious as we are about what MJ is up to. perhaps he's like the complaining people at virgin megastore in new york at the time of invincible, who complained till MJ arrived, then they screamed...but..whatever the case may be..right now..he's anxious to know about Mj's current situation.

For real cinnamon. It's not just his attitude and insults towards Michael, there's just something so annoying about him. Like you said, he does come across as pompous. And for what? It's not like he has any real talent. I never liked him either.

And ET, E-News, it's all the same to me. I don't watch those shows, so you know.

I have noticed Seacrest asking a lot of folks about MJ lately. Akon, Neyo, will.i.am and now Chris Cornell. I guess Michael being away for so long and being extra quiet has made people wonder what he's doing.

Yup I can see as I said is that i'm just able to tolerate it and don't let it bother me which is why I still watch amd enjoy and yeah jaydom wondering what he's doing and where he is.
