That why i love coming on here too. Everyone is going through the same pain, the same hurt and everyone is so understanding . It really feels like we all are family here, even though we may not be blood related- but we are family nonetheless!

I'm so glad I found these boards. Before I came here I was a lot worse off. With the constant media coverage it was getting to be too much. I really wanted to connect with other fans since all the other people in my life just don't understand how bad I've been taking this and why I'm taking it so hard. I needed to talk about my feelings instead of keeping them bottled up inside. This forum has helped me to not only cry with others but to laugh with others as well Also, this thread and the oh so outrageous "Manhood" thread have helped me to take my mind off all the bad stuff. I started going to bed laughing or with a smile on my face instead of crying myself to sleep every night. I'm still hurting, we're all still hurting, an I don't know when the pain will finally go away, but being here with you all helps tons.

I think Michael would be very proud of us, his fans, for being there for each other :group:

I just started school, taking a lot of history classes and have been working in a hardware store. The store got their halloween stuff out already. Summer went by so fast.

Oh gosh. And watch, by next month they'll have the Christmas shit out *rolls eyes* I'm glad the summer's almost over. This had to have been one of, if not, THE worst summer of my entire life. Michae's death just totally ruined it for me. My birthday was just a few weeks after his death and it even sucked. I just felt so sad, numb, and lost

Oh gosh, I think I've only been to the drive-in like twice my whole life. We have one right down the street from my house, but I never went to it. The two times I remember going to the drive-in was when we lived in Caliornia when I was really little. I'm really dating myself but I believe the first time we saw "Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome" :lol: I forgot what we saw the second time. My mom says she thought it was "Back to the Future" but I think we rented that. I remember seeing that for the first time at home shortly after it was released to home video.

It was a beauty board at QVC (don't laugh) and the topic was that Nick Chavez (a hairdresser who has his own line of haircare products on QVC) was at his funeral. First someone said, "I can't believe Nick would associate himself with someone like that!" And another person even said that Michael brought his death on himself and the children that he "bought and paid for" are now fatherless because of his "selfishness." Althogh I couldn't cuss them out. It's a very strict forum. I didn't even go there about the "his children were bought and paid for" comment because it wasn't even worth it.

I know this thread has defnately helped me! I hardly ever posted on here until mikes death. i used 2 post on alot of threads , but the main would have been " did mj find love in the dark". That thread & this thread have been a major help to me in so many ways and i am so thankful for that.

I ray: that this forum will stay around for many yrs to come..i dont know what ill do if it left..
