Well, it is Labor Day weekend (for us in the States that is), so I guess that's a good excuse for it being so quiet. I just got back home from my little mini-trip. I'm home now, very tired, and very agitated for some reason. I feel like I could just rip heads off for no reason. I hate it when I get tlike this because I get so mean and snippy without even meaning to.

Hey, Serenity :huggy: Tell me about it. My spending gets so out of control. Especially online shoppping. Those clicks just add up. My mom, who used to work at a credit union and me, my sister, and brother all have accounts there, takes it upon herself to be like orur financial advisor whether we like it or not, lol. My sister and I are the worst. My brother is so frougal it's crazy. She's constantly getting after me and my sister when she sees our debit and credit cards are getting maxed out. Sometimes I'm grateful that she brings to my attention that I'm getting out of control but then there are other times where I just get so annoyed because I feel like I'm being treated like a child. I'm almost 30 for God's sakes :lol: Sometimes I feel like if I make the smallest of purchases I'm going to get bitched out by her.

its illegal to kill them. thank god i brought it to my tree and let it have fun in there :happy:

i've been "poppin" in an out of the boards all weekend, but been doing some RL stuff too. i wish it was raining here ... its to gd hot :bugeyed
 
lmao, bnd I was talking about the TII poster girl, I'm from the country I see praying mantis (spit devils as we call them) all the time lol

Ashley, I used to work at a bank :lol: I always run home and check my damage and then I'm like, "damn, I could have bought that shirt" :lol: I'm usually not this bad. I went to the bookstore and got some of the magazines I'd wanted (Mike tributes) ok, I spent wayyy more than expected on them, and then to wally world, then I went to the mall, that's where the madness happened :lol: I had to pull myself out of there.

oh and in the bookstore they had this "opus like" book for 60 bucks, I walked passed it like 12 times lmao, but I talked myself out of it cuz I'm getting the opus.

I love the butterflies!!! I remember seeing them all the time when I was little and playing in the yard, now we're lucky if we see 2 or 3 all year smh

I only got a couple tribute magazines. Plus, I have our local paper with his death headlined on the front page. I do want to get the People and Life tribute books, though. I don't know how long they'll be available. I don't have any pre-orders next month (excpet for Moonwalk) so I might get them then.
 
Ashley, those are the ones I got, People, Life, Ebony, and Rolling Stones commemorative tribute books, they were like 12 bucks a piece lol, and I got the vanity fair one cuz it was the last one and I love that photoshoot, I'm going to frame three of them, ebony, rolling stones, and and Life....People took up too much of the cover with their big 'ol name.

ETA: they will probably keep them in the bookstore until they're sold out, most of them have "keep on shelf until october something" in the corner with the barcode so you should have time.
 
i have basically all the tribute mags and newspapers that my state sells :lol: only tribute mag i dont have is Life. cant find it anywhere.

it's probably cost me somewhere around $200.00 for all of them. i should go do the math out.

:huggy: i have spent more money the past 2 months then i care to admit ;D i have alot of the tribute mags.. i got the 3d poster (that is incredible btw) , preorded the opus book.. got the calander and dancing the dream shipped from amazon.uk.. and other stuff. i dont even want to know the damage.
