I just watched "Beat it" on Michael's official channel on youtube and as I started reading the comments I realized they are spamming the video with useless comments and insults.
It's just not the "Beat it" video, there are hundreds of these comments on ALL THE VIDS!
I'm trying to flag them but it's a lost battle...
Whoever is mantaining Michael's youtube account, PLEASE CLEAN IT UP!
The things people are writing are disgusting. why people are so mean?

Fede1583, I don't know, it is so sad to see, I frequently see examples of this kind of thing from people posting on the internet about various things, we/society, our media/info-tainment agencies etc... have been creating this kind of hostile, unthinking, unkind culture, for a while, we need to change.

I've notice an increase in hostile postings and media in relation to Michael recently again too, so who does maintain the Michael Jackson official YouTube Channel?
 
There are a couple of pop music hating A-holes who spam insults to said artist on youtube. I noticed that the same people who are spamming the Jonas Brothers channel are spamming insults on Michael Jackson's official channel. (I recognized the same usernames from there.) They are usally people who hate every single pop artist no matter how good or bad they are mostly because they think that every pop artist and they sadly include Michael Jackson is overrated.

And they can't clean it up, there's millions of comments and they simply don't have time.

Quoted for truth. Its everywhere on a grand scale. I don't recall people being this hostile before at this capacity. Year after year, it really does seem to be getting worst. :no:

That youtube channel and all channels need to be moderated. Freedom of speech is one thing but when you're only abusing that right to spread hate.... something's gotta be done.

Yes.

I despair of what the world is turning into. Though maybe its always been this way..people still had these thoughts, yet now its just more visable, due to internet sites like that.

Freedom of speech is going to far when newspapers can abuse it to be malicious and spread hate.
 
Don't go to the official channel, the quality is bad anyway, and it attracts idiots.
 
I was on the official channel last night watching You Rock My World and I didn't see anything bad...I actually thought the tide of hate was turning.

They tend to stop for a little while, then they will start up again. Google/Youtube staff are pretty worthless when it comes to complaints. They only care about copyrights. Michael Jackson fans are also beaten up pretty badly by hackers on YT. Some have even had their accounts hijacked. Where are the administrators?
 
It reminds me once more about Michael and his messages about children and parents. So many people have commented about how polite and respectful his children are, so it begins at home I guess and far too many children must be neglected in the world today, far too many of their parents were and are neglected too, that's what it is I think, some families and communities are broken. That doesn't mean they can't learn by the example of others though, ignoring is an option, replying politely is another.

It would be wonderful if google/youtube were to foster a culture of respect towards others, but I feel these large media corporations have no interest in that, quite the contrary. I accept Michael Jackson's representatives can't address everything, everywhere, but his official site presences I do feel, should make the effort to represent the nature of the man and lead the way.
 
I believe it's someone in Sony who puts the videos up. They post a video, and then don't monitor the comments at all.
 
The haters in youtube are so mean.One of them was making a threats to me asking to delete my videos and he even called me " michael jackson's piece of shit" I reported him to youtube but they haven't done anything.This person is being so mean and rude to me.
 
Same!! I just watch the videos are try not to read the comments.
 
People like this are the ones that degrade others to feel better about them selves. We should feel sorry for them. They don't have or Know the love that we have. It is really sad that there are people in this world who go this low to hurt someone.

the best thing to do is ignore them, and if that doesnt work we need to make our voices heard to YT so they could take some action!

I hate reading the comments sometimes, theres always usually one person who ruins it
 
Give them thumbs-down and mark their comment as spam, if enough people do the same then the hateful comment won't be visible.

I think you can block a person on youtube, if I am not mistaken. I have a few people blocked on there.

Mean people suck.
