Jermaine Jackson Tears Into the FBI

Good going Jermaine! The reporter tries to appear all best pal like... Guess those weren't the kind of comments he sought... Hehe.

Jermaine Jackson was right about the FBI.
The FBI helped persecute Michael Jackson.
Michael Jackson is a beautiful, innocent, loving
human being, and while he was on Earth he should have
been treated decently; but he wasn't.
GOD BLESS MICAHEL JACKSON.
He is in a better place now.
I pray God will send Angels to watch over
Michael's children: Prince, Paris, and Blanket.
 
I don't know anything about how or why FBI files are ever released. But I am glad to see Jermaine defend his brother like this. That's the spirit!
 
OMG!!!! Everyone knows how much I despise Jermaine...but I have to agree with what he said.

I wish he spoke out about these kind of things..and let go of the rest.

For the first time, I respect Jermaine today. Maybe this new year will bring some change.

That's true. Jermaine also is the ONLY one that will not allow media, not even Larry King (who he seems to have a good relationship with) to get away with labeling Michael a drug addict. He will challenge those statements the media puts out about Michael. Jermaine has always been an opinionated person and he tells it like it is...sometimes I don't agree with how he does it; but in this instance, I'm like "Right On!!"
 
fbi files cant be released about living people. there are reason but i dont know why
 
Only a living person themselves can do that, If they release files on a living person without their permission, I think that they will get a lawsuit. It happens to every dead person that is huge and has a file. MJ ain't the only one whose files have been released after death.

I think what Jermaine said is Michael himself didn't even know those FBI file existed. At least, FBI should have shared those files during the trial, but they didn't.

Michael’s defense attorney Thomas Mesereau expressed surprise to me about the FBI files yesterday. “I never saw them,” he said. “Shouldn’t they have shared them with me?”

Oh, so that is what the complaint is for. They never saw it. I thought at least somebody would have released them to Mesereau. I wish they had shared it too unless there was a legal reason.
 
Well I agree with Jermaine on this end, and while I completely understand the FBI can't release files while a person is living, but they damn sure could've made mention of them during the trial.

well i don't know if anybody noticed the last comment but to me it sounds like Jermaine doesn't have that much faith in the investegation anymore...

I actually soiled my hands by going to TMZ site, and their staff are posting hate mail like crazy, I've posted to that effect. Good for Jermaine, he needs to loose his temper a bit more often.

Jermaine knows better. It wasn't the FBI that harmed Michael. It was the media. The FBI only became involved at the request of local CA law enforcement and DA office. The state of CA and the DA sat on all that information, but failed to inform MJs lawyer Tom Mesereau, Jr. of any of that info. There was never ANY evidence to bring this trial to court. This was all about publicly humiliating MJ and ruining his career. But Michael won despite the dirty tricks Tom Sneddon, the media and that Arvizo family tried to pull. He'll have his justice.
