So there's been road construction going on in town for what feels like a year now. My brother and I were craving these hamburgers that are amazingly good so we decided to drive down and get some. It was darker then usual because it's been real cloudy lately. So driving down this crowded street with cones lined up making the road looking like they were doing one big course for Driver's ed we also had a big construction truck in front of us that kinda reminded me of Final Destination:shock:. To add to the scary road conditions it was raining, construction trucks were driving in and around the cars and on the sides of us, and we also had the construction workers in the street with their signs and walking in front of us to tell us to stop when the trucks needed to get by.
So we get to the stop sign where we need to turn in and we can't get through. My brother goes ':rant: this is crap!' So we drive straight and the cones aren't blocking our chance to flip a U-turn. After minutes of being behind the slow traffic and being really hungry my brother says he will do it as he saw others doing it a few minutes before. So before I know it he turns the wheel really quickly and I don't see everything because I cover my face with my hands from being so :shock: :blush: But when I open my eyes he's driving into the parking lot where the burger place is.
:waving: I'm gonna go :shower: then :yawn: bed time!:
