but "Monster", "keep your head up" and "breaking news" have fake main singers pretending to be Michael Jackson's voice... :bugeyed and they may contain some "aows" and "hee heees" or many trade sounds from Michael's original voice, those real MJ sounds added may confuse and maybe full some not so very trained ears because the truth is, the main singers on these 3 tracks are FAKE.... sorry to be so repetitive... im tired hahaha

Dont care what the Cascios say, just need my ears... think many agree with me, but to the ones still believing these 3 are Michael's voice, ok then... thats you, and its fine (i guess)

People saying Hollywood Tonight and Best of Joy are fake arent doing those of us who believe the Cascio songs are fake any favours. In fact its the opposite effect, nobody is going to take us seriously when they are saying every single song is fake.

Hollywood Tonight and Best of Joy are real. Hollywood Tonight is awesome.

I dunno about you guys, but listening to the snippets with headphones im starting to believe the cassio tracks are in fact MJ.

BTW, regardless of whether it is the real MJ or not both Monster and Keep Your Head Up sound like REALLY good songs. I think the general public will like them alot, and if it wasn't for the controversy regarding the vocals im sure they would be a big hit with fans also.

The only song i am not liking is Breaking News. Actually i can't stand it. But everything else is great. I think its gonna be a fine album.

Hollywood Tonight is totally MJ...and it's not a Cascio track.

I think some people are just saying it's fake to cause more controversy.

^^^I've believed since I've heard it that "Keep Your Head Up" is Michael, along with someone else doing some vocals to help finish off the song. I think it's a great song, but they should have left the Earth Song lyrics off the end of it

Apparently the Earth Song lyrics aren't on the finished version. And im pretty sure i heard a childrens choir closes the song. Very excited to hear the final version :)

Nah, hearing all these snippets together makes the Cascio tracks stick out like a sore thumb to me. I'm even more certain that they are not MJ than I was before.

I can honestly say that I seriously dislike them as songs as well, they're so bad (IMO) that it makes me want club some cute baby seals over the head every time I hear them, or something drastic and completely irrelevant like that. My position on the quality of them would not change if it was actually MJ and none of this controversy ever existed. That's actually a small part of the reason why I'm doubting them, MJ is not capable of putting out twaddle like that, even if he tried.

I agree and the people saying that are not from the "non-believers". Trying to mock us in that way (like it matters)

I have allways liked Breaking News, (although I wouldnt admit it in the first week)

Monster is growing on me.

Keep Your Head Up is good in the last minute or so of the song.....

It's amazing that because you don't think Michael is singing, you don't like the songs.

Anyway, this is better for me.
I get 9 Michael Jackson songs and 1 Michael Jackson/James Porte collaboration.
You get 7 Michael Jackson songs and 3 Jason Malachi songs.

I'm getting more out of this album, and it feels great.

Firstly, as for your opinion of the "quality" of the Cascio tracks, it has already been well established that they were made using raw demo vocals that Mike hadn't had the chance to fully complete and add his own backing vocals. To sum it up, the tracks were only demo's, chances were always that they wouldn't quite sound as polished as anything from Mike's back catalogue.

Secondly, calling some of MJ's work "twaddle" will make you look really silly if and when it comes to light that these tracks are genuine, which I believe will be the case sooner rather than later.

All these weeks later, I am still trying to understand how some fans can blatantly state that 'Breaking News' etc is "fake". To me, I can very clearly hear that is Michael singing lead vocals with James Porte supporting.

It's that simple. I guess, the only minor grumble I do have about the track (as a 'believer') is that for a second or two here and there Porte's vocals overtake MJ's...But, no big deal really...and certainly not a big enough issue for me to slander Michael's work and add negative connotations to the new album.

I'm not sure who this is aimed at since you didn't quote, but I'm telling you, it wouldn't matter who was singing it. Could be released under the name of John Doe for all I care. They're terrible. Each song has a line or two...or three that literally makes me cringe when I hear it, and are generally bad throughout.

Who is even saying that?

I haven't seen a single fan questionning HT or BOJ, other than a few trolls on Youtube who probably heard about the Breaking News controversy in the paper and assumed that everything else is fake.

I've even read a review questionning the vocals on HMH. It's just uneducated opinions.

I like the songs, but I dont think they are Michael.

Obviously i'm not enjoying them as much as you all are though. I'm trying to think they are Michael. I am honestly trying my best.

Wow.. Michael wrote these songs. You are saying his work is so bad you want to kill baby seals. Even if it isn't him singing, you are saying some terrible things about his songwriting.

Anyway, it's quite obvious now that KYHU and Monster are real, while Breaking News is over-produced with James Porte on background vocals.

If and when these tracks can be proved to be genuine, I will not look silly. Why is it okay to be considered "twaddle" now, but not when they might be proven to be genuine? Is MJ above criticism? Under normal circumstances, I would not refer to any of his work as such, but these are not normal circumstances since he didn't even release them himself and as you say, this James Porte bloke is far to prominent, and that's what I'm hearing.

By the way, the clubbing of seals is how I personify the indescribable emotions I feel, and I'm not even being serious. Don't take it too seriously.

The falsetto "Too bad" on Monster just makes me shake my head.

There are elements of the three songs that I like - where I can imagine that if MJ had taken these songs and finished them, they would be good. On Breaking News in particular I can picture MJ beatboxing on, tearing UP the ad-libs, etc. But in their current states, I find them absolutely horrible. There are times in each song where I say "Hmm, ok, this could be MJ" until a part - usually on the leads and NOT the backgrounds - rips that thought right out of my mind.

Are you buying the album?
If it gets to #1 Michael will be the only artist with number 1 albums for 5 consecutive decades.

I can't see how this will ever happen, unless of course seeing MJ photos with the Cascios on Oprah this Monday and buying their sure-to-be-told crap story is enough proof for you

After hearing the snippets, I am now considering purchasing the album. If not, I will buy the 7 songs on iTunes and probably the physical CD singles too, if they release them.

I heard that if you buy six songs digitally, it counts as an album sale. So if I can purchase six of the tracks I believe to be legit, then I guess it will count as an album sale.

EDIT and I don't like this thing most people do from MJ's fanbase more than anybody else in the world, using words Michael said like "L.o.v.e, ignorance, prejudice", this is a cheap thing to do. Michael used these words RIGHT
