I listened to the snippet countless times, perhaps more than 50, I guess you can say I became addicted. I guess that ruined it for me. lol
It's a nice sound in the full one but sounds kind of fuzzy, not polished. I'll let a few days pass and then listen to it again after the snippet is cleared from my head. lol

The beatboxing sounds original to me. So do the backing vocals - they sound similar to The Hurt, but not the same.

The song is just amazing, like I said million times so far. :)
It just makes me move, the rhythm is catchy and his voice....wow.
I played it so LOUD today....all my neighbours heard it.

this song is amazing! i cant believe they didnt put this out instead of BN. this should at least be the second single, not anotherday cause they kind of messed that one up. its just not as powerful anymore

i think fans should have a vote on here on what they what they second single to be

Hollywood Tonight is actually my favourite song right now :D Love the rhythm for "Lipstick in hand, Tahitian tanned"; love the thumping bass; and I love the beatboxing! Such an awesome song! I also can't help but whistle along at the end.

i love the repetitive harmonizing at the end ...'Westbound, Greyhound....Westbound Greyhound...'...VERY cool....the only thing i could do without is the whistling...To me, it's not necessary, and sounds a bit childish, takes away from the sophistication of Mike's music....would be so much more effective with JUST Mike beatboxing...even take away the 'she's Hollywood' over and over while Mike is beatboxing...And, maybe Taryll's (sp?) spoken part could be a bit shorter....Other than that, it's AMAZING..i love this song!

I agree, it sounded like it was about to finish after the first spoken verse with "she wanted it bad"...but no, he came back in again!
