Based on just two days testimony, it seems like he did everything he could to make sure no one was able to revive MJ. I don't think we've seen testimony as of yet to show he killed him intentionally, but I do believe based on the testimony thus far that he did intentionally ensure that no one was able to revive MJ, i.e. 1) not calling 911 right away, 2) not telling the paramedics or the hospital staff that he gave MJ propofol, 3) as was mentioned in a recent post he broke the IV/syringe in MJ's leg when the paramedics told him to use that same one to get MJ some ephedrine to start his heart.
Not knowing CPR, I can label that as incompetency, maybe even 3) above, but 1) and 2) can't just be attributed to incompetency. Even I would know to do 1) and 2) above. One can justifiably argue that that was intentional.
I hate to accuse anyone of something so severe, but I just can't grasp how an experienced doctor can be so incompetent. This whole thing just boggles my mind. His actions are beyond my comprehension.
Same. I've been keeping an open mind about incompetence vs. something more sinister and I, too, am starting to think the level of negligence here is just off the charts.
F*ck TMZ!
Erin on Ustream also said that Murray broke the IV/syringe in MJ leg when the paramedics told him to use that same one to get MJ some ephedrine to start his heart! When Murray broke it they couldn't find the vain and had to start all over again poking him everywhere in his arms until they got it on his neck! *SIGH* :,(
Is this the same broken syringe Murray's lawyer was trying to get fingerprinted?
if you think about, the doctors dont do the dirty work anyway. its the nurses, and nurses aid and the rescue people that do all the work. the doctor does the more technical stuff. so i believe that he has never done cpr especially since he is a specialist(it is still weird cause his specialty is cardiology
i think the room was the dr's room. yea but i havent heardanything about oxygen during these testimonies and it should have been there
The thing is that it doesn't come across as him not doing mouth-to-mouth becuz he never had to. It comes across that he hasn't done it becuz it's a preference...something he would rather not do. When he says he'll do it becuz MJ is his friend, it indicates had it been someone else, he wouldn't bother. That's messed UP! So had Michael NOT been his friend, he never would have put his mouth on him. I can't...
It was not Chernoff who called MJ 4 times a drug addict in court who made Katherine upset (although he thinks the same) it was another lawyer for Murray named Rowe who was Britney Spears ex Attorney! Who was saying to the Paramedic that MJ was a drug addict and only drug addicts look like that wearing a shower cap on his head when the paramedic describe earlier that he could not recognize it was MJ!
Please tell me the shower cap comment is a joke. Seriously? Only drug addicts wear shower caps? SMH at Murray's lawyers. Again...I can't.
I think contamination prevention sounds like a reasonable option and also since propofol burns/stings, it may have been inside the bag to keep it from coming into contact with anyone's skin should it leak somehow on the floor.
Guys, do not hate on Chernoff. He's slimey but he's your unintentional friend here. Trust. I've not seen a more perfect match of attorney/client in the "not too bright" dept. than Chern. and Murr. It's almost criminal that one has a license to practice medicine and the other has a license to practice law.
Propofol does not burn or sting when it comes into contact with skin....trust me...I know. It burns when it is injected into the vein. That's why you take a little bit of lidocaine so that it doesn't burn that much.
The comment about Chernoff and Murray made me laugh out loud!! It is extremely sad and horryfying...but true. :mello: Just let Chernoff dig the hole for Murray all on his own! :kickass:  ("Was it dark in the room....?" Oh wait...wasn't your CLIENT monitoring his patient with EYES ONLY.....:mello::doh::doh::doh
I knew it burned going into the vein, hence the use of lidocaine, but I wondered about whether it would burn the skin as well or cause irritation. I found the info I posted from the manufacturer's manual.

Just so you know I didn't pull that info outta my butt. haha
Yeah, Chernoff continues to astound me. First he claimed Murray left the room and came in to find MJ not breathing. When it proved to be a major no-no to have left the room AND phone records showed Murray had been on the phone at the alleged time, he then tried to say his client didn't have to be out of the room when the calls were made...as if Murray never left the room and MJ alone. Truth is, either one they want to pick now, Murray is toast.
Out the room=Big no-no. No medical professional would say this is okay for any amount of minutes.
In the room and on the phone = Big no-no cuz he already lied to police and said he left to pee.
Talk about back against the wall. May as well tell the truth and take his punishment like a man.
