A waitress revealed on February 3, 2010, that Michael Jackson still might be alive today if Dr. Conrad Murray had been at his famous patient's bedside instead of chatting with her on the phone in another room.

Sade Anding, 24, said Dr. Mallett, the rock star's $150,000-a-month personal physician, left Jackson's bedside shortly after administering propofol to go into another room to call her.

Sade said Murray apparently returned to Jackson's bedside while still chatting with her and found the singer unresponsive.

"When Conrad Murray found Michael Jackson with fixed and dilated pupils, he should have pronounced him dead," says noted propofol expert Dr. Barry Friedberg. "Everything after that was pure theatrics to attempt to mitigate his own negligence."

Dr. Friedberg, an expert on propofol, has been interviewed by FOX, CNN, True TV, and People Magazine on Jackson's death, has steadfastly maintained that Murray was negligent and responsible for the singer's death when he left the room after administering propofol.

"Dr. Murray failed to use a pulse oximeter, that was left lying in the closet, to measure oxygen levels in the blood," says Dr. Friedberg, "and he neglected to use a brain monitor while administering propofol. These two mistakes are inexcusable but it's absolutely outrageous that he left Jackson unattended to talk on the phone with a pretty young girl the doctor was pursuing."

"There is no question in my mind but that the prosecution will be able to establish without a shadow of a doubt that Dr. Murray is responsible for the death of Michael Jackson," predicts Dr. Barry Friedberg, M.D. and author of Getting Over Going Under: 5 Things You MUST Know Before Anesthesia

its just to bad that he wont get longer than 4 years in jail....he deserves life..:(

I wish Michael would've found Dr Friedberg instead..

I wish Michael would've never met Murray.:evil::(

me too... whoever introduced Mike to Murray needs to be punished also.. How in the world could a cardiology doctor be so negligent and irresponsible?

How sad that Dr Friedberg couldn't have been there instead; if he had we wouldn't even need to have had a thread started on this subject at all :-(

I agree with you and Speechless09. And Michael gets posthumously shafted because he trusted this so-called professional to do his job correctly.

Thank you very much for posting this. Good read.

Can anybody email this info to the Prosecutor?

What a cruel twist of fate that Michael hired the one guy who proved to be the most incompetent in the world and not Dr Friedberg or someone recommended by him.

Exactly! But I don't see any ethical anesthesiologist ever agreeing to it anyway especially as a sleeping aid. Murray is unethical and greedy and that's why he did it. He saw MJ needed help. If a man comes to you asking for anesthesia to sleep a doctor should know there is a problem there somewhere. Instead of saying No Mike, let's get some real help and find the root of the problem he agreed to it and killed him because he had no clue what the hell he was doing. I feel terrible for MJ because he was so desperate for sleep and unfortunately he chose a doctor that didn't care about him.

My point exactly., read my post about witnes anestiologist..
its such a laugh to think about being murray and not doing anything right as a doctor
is he a doctor you may think/..
and of that answer yes he is a doctor.. how the hell do you become a doctor in the USA?

by paying a bill for the test? By being stupid and learn for a year?

Here the doctors are extremaly tested and also always followed after there being a doctor.. they must do thinks every year to stay a doctor..

its so stupid ridicilus and alot of words more..

Its like a carman wants to fix your car, and put alcohol in the fuelthing
its like being an actress and say i dont like to be watched
its like being a cop and say sorry that i shot you i was scared and my eyes are wrong :S
