To be fair to Randy, it's Jermaine's fault Randy was the first one to hook up with her, Steven hooking up with her should have been enough reason for Jermaine to never touch this woman let alone conceive children with her. But let the past stay in the past..

- Genevieve moved out the house.
- Alejandra states that she lived at the house for 20 years and all the children lived at the house since they are born and do not know any place else as home. All of their communication is sent to the house.
- Donte's legal guardians is listed as Katherine (previous guardian) and Joe (still guardian).
- They are still living at the house (except Genevieve).
- Alejandra says that executors want to divide up the family.
- She says she believes and alleges that Michael and Katherine wanted to keep the family together.

- January 1 , 2011 Alejandra hires lawyers and these contact the estate to ask time to negotiate a better settlement, estate refuses.
- Alejandra's lawyer say that as the estate isn't willing to negotiate they would file a temporary restraining order to stop executors to force them out.
- Executors argue that Alejandra and her kids are classified as "overnight visitors" and can be removed without court order.
- Executors start removing furniture out, shut down gas, change locks etc for the work.
- Alejandra call the police on the executors on Jan 3rd. Executors halted every work and agreed to return the house into its livable stage.

- Alejandra says that she has no intention of overstaying any welcome but that she is bullied by the estate and they are not doing what Michael would have done if he was alive.

- She asks for an injunction prohibiting executors to take any action until this case is resolved.

- She mentions how giving Michael was and how he loved children (even quotes the opening of the Heal the World song)
- She claims Michael would have allowed her to live in the house for all her life.
- She says she was promised (by Katherine who she says is an agent of Michael) to be allowed to live in the house as long as she looked after minor children. She says because of this she didn't have a property or didn't pursue legal actions against Michael's brothers.
- Katherine also signed a document in 2007 saying that she's allowing Alejandra live at the house by the request of Jermaine.
- She says as Michael didn't object to this promise, he consented to it (by not objecting in the last 20 years) and it became his promise as well.
 
I don't want to be rude or judegemental.
But this family is a mess... My God~~~~
I can't believe how MJ deal with all these chaos all these years.
No wonder he wanted to keep distance and even the family have to make appointment to see him.
I can totally understand why he did that. Poor MJ.
I just hope MJ's three kids won't be affected too much by these craziness.
Jermaine really should step up to take care of this.
I guess he just doesn't care since he is the one who slept with his brother's GF from the beginning.
 
Something is suspicious about Dante's guardian being the grandparents while the mother is alive and living in the same house. Someone in the family is that child's father.

If it is true that while she was living there the estate changed the keys and turned off the water, they can get into trouble for that. The legal procedure is to serve her with papers first. I noticed they did that later. It is now clear that because she had to sign those documents and was asked to leave (against Michael's wishes, yeah) she became enraged. Alejandra makes it sound as though Michael has to take care of her. She wants to see who owns the house, why; it would not be your children's dads. I guess she is suggesting that if Michael does not own the house 100%, the Estate cannot make her go. I wonder what Latoya has to say about this? Basically, Alejandra is a squatter living in a high-rent district.

She's not the mother of Donte and doesn't claim to be his mother. She says she's the mother of Genevieve, Randy Jr, Jaafar and Jermajesty. She also only claims for these 4 to be related to Michael as niece / nephew.

Donte's only relation to the family is claimed by Katherine (formere) and Joe being his legal guardians. She says Donte came to the house when he was 2 years old. At best this document makes it look like Katherine and Joe started to look after Donte when he was 2 years old.

 katherine IS NOT an agent of Michael...she cannot speak for Michael..the only rights Michael gave Katherine was to take care of his 3 minor children. She goes on to say taht Michael didn't object to the promise that she could stay there...that is hearsay..does she have something in writing signed by Michael??? Probably NOT...Michael probably let them all stay there ..JUST because it kept her off of his brothers asses. She really needs to GTFO....and get her own place to live..IMO.

I see, but when Katherine left the house in December she only took the Michael kids? Who is supposed to take care of this Donte. Did Katherine leave him behind? More and more confusing. Did he wander from the street into the house when he was 2?

The problem is Michael is not here so anything he may have done in the past concerning that house does not matter. He does not own it anymore the estate does. And if they want you gone it does not matter how given Michael was get out. His will does not say you can stay there. Maybe he is just being nice however your children are not the problem of the estate of Michael Jackson. Why should they even care what about those kids father?

I do not know if it is the water they are drinking but THEY do not get it. Katherine and Joe do not get that they cannot use Michael the brand without permission. Alejandra cannot get it that Michael is not her kids dad. Katherine is not her guardian. Katherine cannot make any legal contracts about the house and its occupants. The house does not belong to Jermaine and Randy, and the biggest one. She Has No Rights To That House. She is acting as though the house is community property because she was married (not legally) to a Jackson. In her head it is a Jackson house.
 
Well, the executors should come out and tell the judge DCFS does not want MJ's kids living in the house with Alejandra & her kids.
They had until the end of the year to get the hell out, Since Alejandra & the brosins wouldn't move, KJ had no choice but to pack & move the MJ's kids.

Alejandra should be thrown out with only the clothes on her back & an english dictionary.

That was funny, but she does not need it, since there are so many incompetent lawyers in California to pursue bogus claims. They do all the reading for her. They advised her not to sign the agreement and ask for a better deal, when they know full well she has no claim on a Michael Jackson asset. I think the lawyers thought they would shame the Estate and that would make them get what they want. I hope the Estate remain firm. We should send them more letters telling them we applaud their efforts.

Alej's attny's are pretty slick for puttin that in there. If I remember right I think Latoya did at one time have an ownership stake in the house, so they may be on to something. But at the end of the day, its nothing more than a tactical maneuver so she can keep freeloading.

I did look into to that sometime back. The online information wasn't updated but I think in 2005 it showed the ownership as Michael and Latoya.

So Latoya was listed as part owner at least in one point in time. However I have no idea if that was still the case in 2009 and if their shares was equal or not.

she's actually making the claim of acceptance by silence. She means that Michael knew that she lived there for 20 years and didn't ask her to leave. It's acceptance by not objecting.

This family is a mess. I feel sorry for all the other kids too. Poor Dante....
I totally have no idea how Katherine can deal with all these carp at age of 80.
However, it's still not MJ's responsibility to take care of all these mess.
He has done too much for this family.
The responsibility of the estate is watching over MJ's kids financial first.

would a court of law consider this as a legal claim that she has?...who knows maybe Michael DID tell her she had to leave...wouldnt it be her word against the estate?

they are paying the bills at havenhurts beyond the allowance they give to Katherine,
I suppose they are if they own the property.

Why did Katherine volentaraly move out with only Paris prince and Blanket .

Its always been stated Katherine wanted Alejenra to leave to a seperate condo. I believe
if Katherine was supporting this she would have stayed there and not vacated to a seperate
premises just as Alejandra did.

Katherine has NEVER spoken out against this and she seems to have no problem speaking
against the estate when it suits her agenda. I believe she was working with the estate on
this one. Plus NO one in the Jackson family has spoken out in behalf of Alejandra staying.

Something else fishy Alejandra says The estate asked her a to sign a confidentiality
agreement for them putting her up in the condo. The clause was to protect the Jackson
family. Randy, Jermaine etc from her making any statements about or against them. So
it seem estate might have been working along with the Jacksons on this one. becuase
why would the estate care whate she said about Randy or Jermaine. I dont think
Alejandra is telling the complete story in her petition only the parts to support her agenda.

But I have to wonder why the estate wants her to move unless she is taking advantage
and running up exessive expenses for the estate by being there. I think she stated her
and the children also have guests stay at their discretion. So is the estate reponsible
for supporting the houshold expenses to care for for her her children and all thier guests.

I pray Michael's children: Prince, Paris, and Blanket, are shielded as much as possible
from this Alejandra and company mess. I hope they are allowed to concentrate on their
school studies instead.

I pretty much agree that it's more to the story than that's being told.

I feel that if MJ didn't have a problem supporting them all of these years, then why should the estate have a problem with it. I'm not saying cut her a check or treat her kids the way they treat MJ kids and Katherine, but why can't they stay at hayvenhurst??? Then again I feel like Alejandra should and could have made a career for herself by now. N it's not like they are throwing her on the street, they are giving her a condo to live in.
 
If she really need to say she should have take the deal and have some where to lived with her young children, but she refuse she want money poor MJ

Thanks for the summary Ivy. This whole mess could have been avoided, hopefully they'll all settle this before it gets even messier because family business she be delt with privately but unfortuantely that isn't the case with famous people.

Michael was a nice guy and the situation was different. If Michael wanted her there he would have said so in his will. And her kids and her well being are the problem of the Jackson estate.

I pretty much agree that it's more to the story than that's being told.

I feel that if MJ didn't have a problem supporting them all of these years, then why should the estate have a problem with it. I'm not saying cut her a check or treat her kids the way they treat MJ kids and Katherine, but why can't they stay at hayvenhurst??? Then again I feel like Alejandra should and could have made a career for herself by now. N it's not like they are throwing her on the street, they are giving her a condo to live in.

I agree. If Katherine really has no problem and there is space let her stay but I also feel she should have been able to be on her own by now, she got too comfortable. Katherine is too nice i would not let her live off of me, i know she cares about her grandchildren but she should have told her sons to take action or just let them stay while their mother is finding stability in her life. She was offered a condo, many people would jump on that, it's not like she still couldn't visit or that her kids couldn't come by and spend time there. You'd think she'd like to have her own space for free. She probably has other motives, someone who can have children by 2 brothers is conniving and has motives IMO.

If he didn't want her there all he had to do was kick her out. I don't think that MJ would have thought that this problem would have arose(especially since im sure he stll expected to be here). Im just saying that they have stayed at Havyenhurt all of those years and MJ had no problem. Do I think she should have lived there for so long? NO. I actually think by now she should have gotten her own job and place.

I just think it's much more to this story what's being told(and that's on both sides). Why won't she sign the agreement and move in the condo?? Is the condo in a bad shape?? Or did she think she was gonna leave hayvenhurst then try to mae money by "exposing them". Why is the estate forcing her to sign a confidentiality agreement? If she is such a problem, why wasn't she evicted already? It's just sooo much. Hopefully they will work it out.
