What I said was very clear, though, it has nothing with 'dreams' being crushed and all the drama, but on how threads like these go downhill with people overdissecting Jackson and his each strand of hair, people loosely bringing up baldness and other private stuff that no one would like it being delved into, esp one as self-conscious as Jackson was. All of it being disrepectful for any human being, esp one whose every inch of his body and move has been mercilessly sliced and diced. That's very reasonable my point.

He was a member here, as per this forum's admins, but the above I, for one, am pretty certain they were said to have been mere coincidences; as for the curls, he may have followed fan 'advice', although he always wore his hair curly for tours.
 
The This is it Annocement Hair was pretty snazzy, at least i thought that. Curls are nice too...but i liked the striaght hair "with a few curls here and there"
 
well i believe he began to wear wigs/weaves after the dangerous era and i preferred his hari short and curly like in thriller..so dreamy

anyway he was cute no matter what

I don't wanna be mean but do you think that? Or maybe some of us wanted to believe so badly he cared what his loving and loyal fans would think about him.

Same, he looked stunning throughout the Dangerous era, always liked the curls though.

I personally believe he sometimes liked to act more ignorant about things than he really was. Of course, he knew how to use a computer and how to look at websites. When his house was raided in 2003 they have found several laptop computers in his bedroom (4, I think) and he obviously used them and browsed the internet with them.

It was an opinion that I've expressed based on an uncertainty that, for instance, he showed his eyes when some expressed on a forum that they want him to show them. That could've been a coincidence, though, and nth more that. Certainly he would care what his fans think of him, at the press conf he said he'd do the songs 'my fans wanna hear', or on June 24th, to a fan, on his last night.... that "I'm happy if you're happy'.

Regarding the masks: How do you mean?? I don't remember any photo with Michael wearing regular masks, can you show any?

BTW what do you all mean "then he showed his eyes?" Do you mean during the rehearsals? I thought fans weren't allowed in there anyway.

Regarding him having laptops in his apartment, maybe it's true he just acted like he didn't know how to use computers (I read somewhere he was "scared" of computers and could barely operate them).

I commented how happy I was to see him looking so handsome, healthy and happy but wearing black masks (2009 when he was wearing a lot of white and blue ones) would match with his clothing and next day he wore a black one. So I can tell it's true because we were insisting so much to him to bring his curls back several months in that year and he did it. :wild:

If I'm not mistaken with the period of months during
March til May we were having almost every day new pics of him and many times he wore white or blue masks (not every day I clarify.)

When he started to show his eyes! :in_love:

oh those masks you meant, right ^^. I thought about masks covering the eye area (like the ones of the kids).

Curls looked great on him, I remember showing my mom a pic of Curly headed Michael of 1993 and a pic of curly headed Michael of 2009 barely few weeks before his death, I was so proud over the fact that he looked so much like he had 16 years ago despite being 50. Little did I know that he was gonna go forever in merely few weeks after he had changed his hairstyle from straight to curly hair.

I wonder how it would be like if you could go back with a time machine... and then flying there and trying to warn them and noone would listen to you...
 
Straight or curly hair = Michael always manages to look great! He probably wanted a change because he's had curls almost since his hair started growing longer after the Thriller / start of the Bad era years.
 
I don't know if Michael liked his straight hair better, but I'm sure he did like it as he wore that look in various forms for many years. Surely, he liked to change his styles up every now and then. I loved all of his hairstyles. He had a very unique look and style. :)

I remember my thread @Michael please read and wear' I asked Michael to wear a peter pan t-shirt he wore the above green jacket after my request!!!
