Re: Doctor's love life cited in Michael Jackson case

Still can't fathom why the hell Murray didn't call 911 but chose instead to call Williams. Mike could've been saved

Re: Doctor's love life cited in Michael Jackson case

The 12:12 pm call was the frantic call by Murray to Michael Amir Williams, Mike's personal assistant, where he leaves the message that something happened to Mike and to come right away.

Williams calls him back at 12:15 pm.

Thank you, of course you're right. I don't know how I mixed this all up. Just one last thing, where is the call Sade allegedly made back to murray, is it there and I just can't see it?

Re: Doctor's love life cited in Michael Jackson case

Shame, such a shame. You'd think a doctor administering something he shouldn't without the proper equipment would care enough to at least monitor his patient and have to decency not to talk to or text multiple women. He called everyone else but 911, I still can't believe Michael's is dead because of such foolishness.

I agree too.. Murray knew the dangers of administering anesthesia in a home setting. If he didn't know that he definitely doesn't need to be a doctor.

Re: Doctor's love life cited in Michael Jackson case

I agree too.. Murray knew the dangers of administering anesthesia in a home setting. If he didn't know that he definitely doesn't need to be a doctor.

He knew which is why he avoided calling for help, even when help came he didn't tell them what he had administered because he knew what he did was wrong. Administering propofol isn't illegal but to do it in a patients home when he doesn't even need it is abusing the drug's use and it's unethical. It just makes me sad that this could have all been avoided if Murray cared, he didn't even care to have the proper equipment. Animals at the veterinary get better treatment than Murray gave Michael.

Michael wasn't sick or dying and he should be here. He died directly from what Murray administered and he proclaims he's innocent. He's lucky he is only charged with manslaughter and involuntary at that, it should be 2nd degree murder. I am anxiously waiting this trial because I want Michael to get some form of justice but I also dread hearing the details of how neglected he was from Murray.

Re: Doctor's love life cited in Michael Jackson case

It doesn't matter who he was on the phone with. It could have been with anyone. So it's irrelevant if the person he was talking to on the phone was his girlfriend.

That anyone certainly wasn't the paramedics. I think it's very relevant seeing as his patient died that morning, maybe he wasn't focusing on michael and was on the phone with one of his girls(one of them revealed she was actually on the phone with him that morning) when he stopped breathing. He wasn't doing his job, there are phone records that show he called a few people before calling for hlep.

Re: Doctor's love life cited in Michael Jackson case

It's VERY relevant if he was on the phone with his girlfriend(s) because it shows how much more he cared about being a sugar daddy then watching his patient! Not only girlfriends but, anyone else he called/texted/received calls from while not watching MJ would be important!

Re: Doctor's love life cited in Michael Jackson case

The affaires are important because he was talking to a girlfriend instead of taking care of Michael..

Re: Doctor's love life cited in Michael Jackson case

I suggest k.bissy reads the pos motion to understand the importance

Exactly... what he was doing when MJ died is very important because it shows what he was not doing which was not watching or paying attention to MJ... when he said he 'discovered' MJ not breathing tells ya right there he was not paying attention.

Re: Doctor's love life cited in Michael Jackson case

I meant anyone not paramedic.

Re: Doctor's love life cited in Michael Jackson case

I guess if Murray was too distracted and didn't pick up the call, it wouldn't register on the records.

Re: Doctor's love life cited in Michael Jackson case

imagine being in the operating theatre where the anethatist (sp) is sat on his mobile chating and texting friends and his paitents dies cause he didnt notice they had stopped breathing. yeah defo no negiligence there!
guy in the uk was convicted of manslaughter when he didnt notice his paitent had stopped breathing during an op

This. Murray's defence knows it's negligence so they're trying to make it seem irrelevant to the case. If it weren't for Murray's negligence our Michael would be here.

Re: Doctor's love life cited in Michael Jackson case

It matters because he never told the police he was on the phone. And the times he was on the phone jives with what he said he was doing. Who h was talking to is important because it shows he was not paying any attention to Michael

exactly..

Re: Doctor's love life cited in Michael Jackson case

the phonecalls are what will convict murray more than anything else imo

I think so too.. Hopefully the jury will be like why was he chatting on the phone with strippers while MJ was lying there in a coma? what kind of care was he providing? and why would a doctor give his patient anesthesia at home and not watch him? and the last question should be if he was talking and texting everyone else including his girlfriend strippers why the hell couldn't he dial 911

Prosecution Evidentiary Requests from the Judge / Request to limit hearsay statements

TMZ has just posted a story (which I will copy below) but I'll give you the details from the court documents first.

DA is asking to stop Murray's defense using irrelevant information. Those are listed as

- Any lawsuits against Jackson Family or MJ Estate
- Nation of Islam and witnesses association to Nation of Islam
- Alberto Alvarez previous misdemeanor conviction (they argue that it happened 11 years ago and he plead "no contest" )
- And as it turns out defense didn't do the tests on the syringes they wanted because they didn't sign a document acknowledging risks involved in testing. They want to avoid the defense not to mislead the jurors and it's made clear that they had the chance to retest them but didn't do it.

This is the TMZ Story

The L.A. County District Attorney has filed a motion asking the judge in the Michael Jackson wrongful death case to stop Conrad Murray's defense team from using any evidence involving the Nation of Islam.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, District Attorney Steve Cooley explains, "Evidence concerning the Nation of Islam ... is irrelevant to this case because it does not relate to the defendant's participation in Michael Jackson's death."

But there's a deeper storyline -- Cooley's move is a preemptive strike to keep the defense from trying to make Michael Jackson look like a weirdo ... and an unsympathetic character ... and connecting MJ to the N.O.I. would make him very unsympathetic with a jury.

And Cooley wants to prevent the defense attacking MJ's bodyguard Alberto Alvarez who claims he was ordered by Dr. Murray to hide evidence of Propofol in MJ's bedroom.

Alvarez had been convicted of a misdemeanor 11 years ago, which Cooley believes is irrelevant.

Re: Prosecution Evidentiary Requests from the Judge

Wow. So that story yesterday about the fingerprints on the syringe belonging to Mr.X is false....

But here's the thing, why the heck hasn't the detectives in this case tested the syringes???? Or have they......

One last thing, how about you slap murder charges on him cooley??? Since you're so concerned about Michael's fair justice now......You're still on my list...

Re: Prosecution Evidentiary Requests from the Judge

I think those are two different things. Remember previously they asked to test the contents of the syringes and there was an argument that there wasn't enough material and/or it was degraded it was turning to salt etc? I believe that test is never done because the defense didn't sigh an acknowledgement document. And now DA says do not let them blame us for it. They had the chance they never used it. The document says "quantitative analysis of medical evidence" so it's the contents not the fingerprints.

and DA tested the syringes Murray wanted additional tests.

The fingerprints was requested from FBI.

Re: Prosecution Evidentiary Requests from the Judge

I see... thanks for explaining about that....

Well, this is interesting.....I question the D.A.s decision for all this.....this is kind of fishy.....

I don't want to get into anything though.

Re: Prosecution Evidentiary Requests from the Judge

^^ no go on, don't be holding back.

were you thinking about NOI?

Re: Prosecution Evidentiary Requests from the Judge

Have to laugh at Tmz in that article about the NOI and the way they have written it.u think harvey doest like the NOI!? LOL

good to see the pros filing about this.when will this be ruled on and can we read the motion yet

^^ no go on, don't be holding back.

The NOI did it didnt u know lol shame in some fans desire for this to be more than just about murray that they are actually supporting some of his claims

Re: Prosecution Evidentiary Requests from the Judge

Actually TMZ has a point. Religious movements such as Scientology and Nation of Islam isn't necessarily seen in the very best light in USA. Similarly after 9-11 and with the events happening between USA and Muslim Countries in Middle East, there's really a big discrimination against Islam in USA.

Re: Prosecution Evidentiary Requests from the Judge

Yeah true like with 03-05.im certianly no fan of the NOI but the way they have written it is laughable even for tmz standards

Re: Prosecution Evidentiary Requests from the Judge

NOI has nothing to do with the religion of islam.
