Dose that HTWF board of director even legally?
From what I remember the suite was with Melissa Johnson and the foundation,
It is sad to see MJ MOTHER AND FATHER doing this to MJ estate/legacy. I don't need to ask anymore where KJ loyalty rest, it is plain as day light for all to see. Again MJ get screwed his children are getting screw, KJ and Joe Jackson continue on there merry money making way.

Do you reject after the fact? They did sign on the dotted line, tell the judge both of them ironed out the creases.
I wonder if KJ lawyer know she is NOT playing fair and keeping her word.
Fans do you see them have no integrity and think nothing of going back on there word and sign agreement.
Yet those people are wanting to run Mj estate.

In my point of view, I think Johnson might set the fire to herself. Originally, she thought that she can get her HTWF legit by getting the J family on the board.
Now, they are kicking her out and try to throw the settlement out of the window.

i think randy is also on board ,i don't remember where i saw but i guess katherine said that she involved randy ,joe and herself in this mess so that estate will back up and they can carry on with their continuing michaels legacy or some thing on that line.
so much for love they have for their dead son ,smh
so who want to buy some katherine flowers?

I think this is in part because Mann sees other endeavors such as the flowers are not going to work

As we all know the whole deal between HTWF and Mann was based on the trademarks that Melissa registered. He hoped Melissa / HTWF win and keep the trademarks so that they can produce goods with those trademarks and make money.

With seeing the confidential settlement forwarded to Mann , my gut feeling tells me that Howard Mann is somewhat behind this development and again making a move towards MJ trademarks with the hopes of making money out of MJ related merchandise.

totally agree. This is all manns doing imo.he lost everything with that settlement.this is his way of striking back

This is just heartbreaking to me. It is just a window that I can look through and see what Michael had to put up with his whole life.
Do the Jackson's just believe that PPB have enough already and they believe they deserve a piece of the MJ pie? If Michael wanted them to have something then he would have done so.

From my point of view, this is not how you honour your beloved son...

Tackiest family in America. Like dogs fighting over a bone.

sigh. I thought Mann wouldn't just give up. This is his last ditch effort.

The fact that he was given a copy of the CONFIDENTIAL settlement surely has to be a major point. What will the judge make of that?

It so irritates me how court proceedings take months/years...how many people have grown old whilst waiting for a damn decision on their case....

i'm sitting here trying to understand but i can't. for Joe to do something like this is not a surprise, we know what he did to MJ. but KJ? i don't care what they have against Branca THIS is not good for Michael at all. i feel sorry for PPB as this is exactly what their father went through and wanted to protect them from.

What will happen for Katherine ? She has a contract with the porn producer, so it's not good for Katherine that.

I'm not sad for her, but the Estate is always fighting against vultures, who are Jacksons, and that's not good for the MJ legacy!

IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY NOW!

I'm fed up with all this mess.

It`s a shame. Can Kathrine still look in the mirror? She treads the wishes and the legacy of her son with her toes.

The Estate has everything done to protect her becaues she is the mother of Michael and gives her one more chance. But now it`s enough.

We'll wait and see

On or before this Thursday Estate will file a motion requesting the judge to enforce the settlement ( It will most probably be sealed)
There will be a hearing about it ( on or around Mid June).
We'll see what the judge decides. Judge might enforce the settlement (in other words reject HTWF's reject) or the case can go on in multiple ways including trial.

Simply put we don't know , we have to wait for the motions, counter arguments, hearing and judge's decision for now.

Ivy, what do you think might happen since the confidential settlement was forwarded to Mann? Is that illegal? They have proof that it was? I am not sure I understand what the implications might be. Thank you

yes it's illegal, what can happen would depend on the provisions and the harm

and they do have a proof of it. Apparently Howard Mann was copied to an email from HTWF lawyers to Estate lawyers

I would DEFINITELY have to agree with you.

The veil has been lifted and what lies beneath that veil is NOT very pretty, in my opinion.

Two-three years ago, if somebody would have told me "Katherine Jackson is no different than Joe Jackson," I would have called them a big fat liar. Silly me!

I'm desperately trying not to judge, at least some of those people, that I've never met. But they're making it really hard for me. Where does the respect for Michael, and his children fit into all this greedy BS?? SMH

Needless to say, I'm fed up of Joseph, Katherine and all the other ones who're in the background. I'm sick and tired of this so called family. All of them need to vanish

The board of HTWF allowed (Gave Mellisa Johnsons) permisiion to represent the HTWF in this case.
They did not make themselves part of the case. She was the foundations legal representative in the
case and the settlement .. So I cant see how they the board can now rescend the settlement ?

what if it would have went to trial instead of settlement and the Judge favored The Estate
would the board then come back and say Judge cant make that decision becuase Mellisa
had to authority to reresent the Foundation in this case?

They the board allowed her to have authority and they never once stated she couldnt be offical
reresentative in the Case. They didnt even go to hearing where she settled to stop her. If they
were invovled in the decision process they would have been there ...
