Okay i personally think our King is Dead. But what makes me mad, is when people say "He is alive, and he IS going to make a comeback"

I have nothing aganist the idea of him being Alive. BUT if he went though all the trouble to fake his death, why the michael would he want to return?? Wouldnt he be sued for fraud? His reputation would be ruined, as im sure alot of people would be upset that he tricked/decived us.

If somehow he is still alive, I hope that he gets all the privacy he longed for before and maybe takes up film since he had talked about that. Mostly I hope he would just get to do whatever he wanted to experience but was unable to experience due to his fame. If he's alive, maybe this is retirement. He said in his private home movies that he hates to tour, so why would I want that for him? I did get caught up in the London tour excitement and I thought maybe he really did want that, but to go back to that special, he said he hates it. So for that reason, for me, no comeback is needed.

If there are very good reasons and he has a new identity (meaning he is just formerly known Michael Jackson), I highly doubt he would be sued, and that people would be upset. And no one couldn't say that he made it for money. Ok, his children and his mom has got huge money but so has got all the charities. That money is not his if he is 'dead'.

I don't think Michael would fake his death for one reason:

He would not be so selfish to do something like that. Something that would put his entire family, friends, and fans in such pain. Michael was the absolute opposite of selfish. If somehow his family or even those who knew him would be in on this whole "fake death" plan like some conspirators seem to think, what about the fans? Michael had an immense love for his fans, right? Why would he manipulate them like this? I could be wrong, but I just don't take him as the kind of person to do such a thing. Many have cried their eyes out over his death, there have been so many tributes, etc. There's been a lot of pain, so why would he put so many people through that?

couldnt said it better thx.. NO WAY he would do so, because if his fam was in on it they must lie and he hated that, and reason 2 he would never hurt his fans like that knowing they would be heartbroken..

if and no way it is if its true and he fakes his death i would be upset and mad yes ofcourse because all those times i cry because he died is a lie,
oh and reason 3 murray is being charged and if michael was alive that would be something thats beyond ok.. michael would never let an innocent man go to jail for him.. so murray killed him and he IS death

To make things easier, I will answer in this message with the assumption that Michael faked his death. I don't believe this, I'm just giving it a thought.

If Michael faked his death enough people are in on it so that he wouldn't get into legal trouble.

Why fake his death if he is going to come back? We don't know why Michael faked his death but I bet it's a lot more complex than "MJ was bored"/"To surprise us".

Conrad Murray isn't in jail.

I still don't believe he would 'return'. At least for a long time. Because living like that is what he always wanted.

Everyone has the right to their own opinion i think. I am very much open-minded at the moment. If people researched all the strange going ons surrounding Michael's passing then you'd know that some things just do not add up if he is dead. And if Michael HAS faked his death, people can't call him selfish because he had plenty of reasons to do so, and let's be fair...we've all heard the sound clips of Michael saying he wanted to get awayand that he was afraid people were after him. Plus, we have the song 'Xscape'.

THIS. And that's pretty much is the hoax reason and the glue that holds it together. As to why it's still around and probably will be for a long time.

^Maybe not so long. Of all the comeback dates we've heard so far, July 2011 seems the most likely to me. We'll just have to wait and see.

^Oh I was speaking for those who don't believe in any of those so called come back dates...I Guess I'm in the wrong thread? =/ lol

I really do not think he is alive, i mean why would they put a fake grave at FL. It wouldnt be right 2 do that if he were alive.

^People buy their burial spots so they can have it before they die all the time. Even the rest of the Jackson family are going to be at forest lawn too. They bought 12 other spots next to Mj and their not dead yet. So it happens all the time. I have family who have their burial spots ready just in case. U know what I mean?

this is a grave with no name on it - isn't it strange?

Sometimes I envy those who think he is still alive... at least they are able to hope for something to happen

^^ I don't know, I think it is unhealthy to think that Michael is 100% alive and that he will return, but also maybe not good to be closed to all the different view points. I think it is healthier to keep an open mind and to consider all possibilities and its fine to investigate but not to cling on to the belief that he is definitely alive and will return - it could ruin your life thinking that way, especially if you start listening to BAM dates and getting devastated when each one passes. I just like to look at every angle and I agree with others, there are too many strange things and inconsistencies surrounding his death to just simply accept that he has gone and that is that. I'm on the fence looking every way, and I'm not getting off until I get the real truth.

Yes... me too. And I pray every day that one day we have all the definitive answers to all these strange things and inconsistencies. I hope it really happens. *big sigh*

(+1) It´s true

For more than two years...I still can not accept that he is gone.Call me crazy or whatever....but sometimes I have such strong feelings that he is somewhere out there.Waiting for something.
Sometimes I sit and cry about him ans I want to die of how much I miss him.
I can"t let go.

People who believe Michael is still alive are living in a bizarre state of denial.

I think that Michael would not hurt his fans by faking his death, and I know his family would never go along with such a stunt. And he would not put his kids through that.
People need to face the reality. It's sad, but he's gone.

If someone is going to sue him for fraud, it will not be a MJ fan, (IMO)

No, we're only three days in. Watch out for 10th and 13th - I'm told.
