Strange that cnn insession says faye can only testify about certain things yet another cnn article says he delayed the ruling

yes that is odd...now that is a contradictory of the information. I think we will find out more about her testimony in the next few days hopefully. Thank Guys for updating information...:)

Finally something happened that surprised me. They actually found Lopez. I thought he skipped out; sorry Lopez.
I expect the prosecution is prepared for when Karen testifies that she saw Michael sick. The prosecution would be silly if they do not expect that she would say that. She has been saying that he was sick and other times he was not, since 09. All they have to do is show that during the times he was sick, he was being doctored by Muarry, who told Ortega and the doctor and Michael was OK. Let the defense have Karen run with the sick story.

But according Karen Mike was in a very good health, really good during the rehearsal, the King at his best, he gonna show to the world that he's the best, they were working in very good ambience.....

:lol: I can't wait to see the prosecutor destroyed this crazy woman.

15 litres of Propofol ordered by a doctor who stated he was trying to wean his patient off it!! Shot in the foot Murray.

I think all what is happening now should be a good lesson for Karen not to talk too much. I'm not sure she won't be very happy to have subpoena from Murray defence.

Funny how the judge was getting slightly mixed up a few times in that transcript :p But Let's see what tomorrow brings. 2pm will be 10pm GMT right?

It seems that they will wait until the time Karen is called to testify - if ever. and then they would instruct her not the testify based on hearsay.

oh yes that makes sense ..thank you Ivy, So they will say something like...Only testify what it is that you have knowledge of "first hand".

Me too. And it is extremely ironic for the lack of better word that Karen might be called to testify for the defense. Prosecution do not need her with all her "thuths".

has the judge already ruled whether the prosecution can use the study on the effects of drinking propofol, does anyone know?

I hope that even if the judge eventually does not accept the Chilean study, at least accept the rest of the testimony from this expert, as Walgren stated...

Hasnt he already excepted the rest.ie the pig study .was there arguments by the defence over other statements by the dr ie about murrays care being terrible. the pros reply was never posted on the court website

Proves Singer Was a Wreck​

Lawyers for Dr. Conrad Murray want to show jurors just how worn down Michael Jackson was in the weeks leading up to his death -- and their proof ... MJ's blowout announcement for the "This Is It" concerts.

MJ held the news conference on March 5, 2009 ... announcing he would perform his last 10 concerts ever in London that summer ... insisting, "When I say this is it, it really means this is it."

Murray's defense team filed legal docs, claiming the video shows Jackson was rapidly deteriorating, both mentally and physically, when he made the announcement. They're asking the judge for permission to show jurors the video, to prove Michael was literally on his last leg ... several months before his death.

Murray's lawyers also think the video is relevant because Jackson was "adamant" about performing only 10 shows, and that subsequently adding 40 dates to the schedule may have been the straw that broke the camel's back​

Straws, thats all they've got. Theres footage of Michael waiting to go in for that announcement and yes he was very nervous but only because he did'nt know how the fans would recieve him, as it turned out he was overwhelmed by their love. It's another no go for the defence.
