I saw him saying "This is It," and he did not seem on his last legs to me. He was his usual self, looking shy and bending down when the fans received him with so much love and happiness. Here we have another video that the defense wants to show again!!!

No jury looking at that video will think Michael looked sick to the point of death. What other video will they ask for next??????

The last time I checked 50 shows did not give Michael an overdose. Saying This Is It did not give him an overdose. When you are still looking for a defense days before trial, it means your case has no merit whatsoever.

Really, that's the hill they now chose to die on?

As Michael's doctor wouldn't that fall on Murray it get him back into shape? Also, even if he was tired in March, what does that have to do with June 25? They went through hours of TII and didn't see Michael as weak, so did he get better since March that suddenly whatever was making him ill wasn't visible anymore?

About the contract, for the love of god, have these people been going to the TINI website for the last couple of months or something? All the DA have to do is show the jury the AEG contract that has a min of 18 written all over it. Not to mention it was still Murray's responsibility for care for the patient and if he was that bad in March, he should had told AEG this instead of given him drugs without the proper medical equipment.

If they do this, this would be a giant epic fail on the part of the defense and the DA will have them for lunch.

Romana agree with your post. It seems lately the lawyers are looking at tabloids to gain information. First it was the insurance person who called Muarry to ask about Michael's health and said he was hearing certain things in the news. Even Lloyd used tabloid information. Now we have the story that Michael only wanted to do 10 so hearing about 50 caused him to inject himself, but he also injected himself because he was an addict. Let's see which theory they settle on.

If Michael was rapidly deteriorating how is it that Murray "the good doctor" didn't do anything to help him? The doctor sees his patient deteriorating and instead of helping him, he continues medicating him with med that causes more damage. What a doctor!!

To me on the vid, Michael looked a little timid at first but then he looked happy and of course, he looked gorgeous as always.

If that's the case, I can't wait for Karen to explain those early facebook posts. Karen changed her story so many times I doubt even she remembers which position she stands for.

That is excatly what i was thinking this morning and seriously if murray is claiming mj was sick and frail it makes him look even worse. If indeed michael was really really sick n frial it was murray's job as mj's doctor to help him & make him better

I agree. Personally, I don't think it makes sense how the defense want to use video footage from March. But they can't use the TII outtake footage from three months later in June, the month that Michael died, because as they have said, it doesn't show him as being sick. Wouldn't they still would have to explain how he somehow managed to look great enough to dance and get in the spirit of his rehearsals in June since they saw the footage themselves? This is getting more and more ridiculous, in my opinion.

LOS ANGELES -- Lawyers for the doctor charged in the death of Michael Jackson want to show jurors at the upcoming trial footage of a press conference in which the singer spoke of performing in only 10 shows.

A motion filed Tuesday says the recording of Jackson as he announced his "This Is It" concerts would show his mental and physical condition in March 2009.

The motion says the footage supports the anticipated testimony of Jackson's makeup artist Karen Faye that the pop star was furious when he learned he would have to do 50 shows.

Lawyers for defendant Conrad Murray allege Jackson was not physically able to take on such a commitment.

Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial begins Friday with jury selection. He is accused of negligence in Jackson's death from an overdose of the anesthetic propofol.

We have already been through this b.s. once talk about desperate.wd are days away from the trial and they are still pulling this shit.the judge has already rebuked this crap once and if as the defence admitted mj looked great weeks after the p c took place.they are trying to bring this crap in by the back door when its already been refused once.

This is why Karen deserves to have her butt call to the stand. She has been getting away with this BS for almost two years now and she's willing helped Murray for her own personal gain.

In some ways, she's just as bad as Murray since she sold out her 'friend' for her own means.

It's seems to me she even doesn't understand it's the real trial and the only one chance to put Murray behind the bar!!! Hermiddle-of-the-road stand just make me sick..... And if I thought earlier she was forced to go because of defence call, but now I see she WANTS to make a deal with defence! Jeeeez......

You have to remember that in Karen's mind and the minds' of her fans, Murray is only piece of what killed Michael or the fall guy. To them, AEG, Kenny, and just about everyone else from TII are more to blame than Murray is and he's just the last man standing. So, to protect the AEG lawsuit, which I'm sure she will testify in, they have to underplay Murray's role and make the DA looked like fools for only thinking about Murray.

Which is why I really dislike Karen and her nerve to still call Michael her friend.

Thomes sub was quashed cause his potential testimony was deemed irrelevent and the judge said it was more important for a civil case. fayes b.s is no different.

I cant belive karen is blaming kenny ortega as he has nothing to do with what happened on june 25th! He and the TII crew were not at mjs house that day so she should STFU

Yes, i see that, but i'm sure AEG case and great concpiracy theory most probably wouldn't have a chance in the trial. She put her truth beyond the chance to have the most possible justice in this circumstances?? She wants final result like Case Antony trial? She's humbling DA before the trial. What does she want to get that way?

I dont really understand what it is she is trying to do on twitter,..she tries to make it seem as HER truth IS the truth,,,,and that even the pros is lieing...her tweets come across as though even they are trying to cover stuff up and that only SHE has the real truth about what happened to Michael. She too has changed her story since june 25th, All these people confuse me....there is only ONE version of the truth,,,,and I dont think we have heard the truth from anyone. The ONLY one that knows the REAL truth is not here anymore and that is Michael...I just wish the rest would stfu and just leave it alone...all they are doing is making it worse for us.

Actually, two people knew the truth and that is Michael and Murray. Michael isn't here and Murray couldn't tell the truth to save his life.

Karen is a attention whore of the worst kind. She's willing to forfeit justice for her 'friend' for the attention she has been getting lately. Look how the family is practically kissing her ass and how she now has a loyal fanbase that follows her every word like it's the Bible. These are things she didn't have before Michael died. As sad as it is, I think a part of her is happy Michael not only died, but got killed in such a mysterious way. She would had never have the fame she enjoyed if Michael had just died of natural causes.

I think her need for attention had divorce her from reality since anyone with any common sense knows you can't BS your way out of a cross-examine unless you're really good liar, which Karen isn't. She has been in her echo chamber for too long and can't defend herself from the hard questions. If she could, she would never block people or get her fans to attack them like dogs.
