I haven't read the AR in months and months...weren't there trace amounts of benzos (ie: lorazepam) in his stomach? Not enough to kill him though...

I could be wrong, I'm just asking...

lorazepam was in his blood with the other meds , what caused lidocaine and porpofol to end up in his stomach would expalin the lorazepam traces. the expert who commented on the toxicology report said the benzo also were given by ANOTHER so I'm sure Chernof twisted the facts to suit his theory .
 
As an aside, Chernoff's assertion that his client would get the crappy end of the stick in terms of media coverage is laughable. The headlines I have seen so far focus what what the defense claims happened.

Did he have a line through his femoral artery? (femoral blood) Or even a central line through which the lorazepam was injected? (heart blood).

The samples were taken at the hospital. He did not have lines in the femoral artery or a central line with Murray, so it wouldn't have been injected that way. Just a line in his leg I believe (peripheral)

Met Murray at MJs house on Carolwood for a meeting at the house... meeting in April or May

Murray would on a limited basis come to rehearsals - only recalls Murray visiting at Forum

MJ did not show up to rehearsals sometime on June-- mid/latter part of June, before they went to Staples. A continued absence - was told it was due to scheduling
 
Murray looks so angry. God he seems to be the authoritarian type of person

So true. Murray is a bastard for recording Michael but my first thought after hearing it was these are not the words of a man who wanted to die. He had plans and big dreams!!

As for the picture...he really did look like an angel. Our beautiful angel:cry:
 
June 19- Kenny says MJ was not alright, he wasnt well, someething was wrong with his friend, something was troubling him. MJ was chilled and appeared lost and little incoherent. They were conversing and he asked MJ questions and MJ answered him but he felt MJ was not well at all, MJ did not rehearse that day.

Kenny offered him food, gave him a blanket, gave him a heater and rubbed his feet. MJ wanted to sit and watch the rehearsals and Travis could go up on the stage. Sat together and watched under 2 hours.

Had never seen MJ like that. MJ left early that day, he suggested MJ to go home.

Kenny sent an-email expressing his concern to RANDY PHILLIPS saturday June 20 th at 2:04am.

Kenny was deeply concerned and wanted ppl to know.
 
Finished reading the email. SO sad. Kenny really was trying to help, terrible to hear about Michael in this state...

Im so happy Randy Jackson, Janet, Joe, Katherine, LaToya are there today to see that Kenny tried to help Michael. Kenny was so concerned for Michael... and then THEY accuse him in that bs AEG lawsuit... I hope they feel ashamed.

And Karen Faye who have said often that Kenny is to blamed as well and have bragged how she e-mailed Phillips (trying to make it sound like she was the only one, HA)... and here we have seen that Kenny tried to do so as well but Kenny like a professional never bragged or dished about this case like Karen, well done Kenny. Bravo!!
