Murray Trial - 30 September - Day 4 - Discussion

And what about amir walking in and seeing MJ feet on the floor

4 paramedics worked on Michael.. cpr, chest compression (two-handed), ventilating, ekg machine etc and doing what they can..

he didnt know it was Michael.. he found out as time went

didnt realise it was mj at first casue he didnt really look at all his face as he was to busy. then he realised later. going through what they did. cpr. intubation

He saw a flat line when he looked at the heart rate monitor :(

They administered epinephrine and something else (sorry) to help start the heart.

paramedics gave ephridine and atrivan to MJ through the IV attached to the leg to start his heart.. but he didnt see any imrproved condition

asked murray if MJ was taken any medics or had been given then... murray didnt provide them information about any medication except lorazopam (spelling?)

murray say they need the information since they saw an underweight patient, IV attached to leg and vials in the room

Murray said he gave him a little bit of lorazepam to help him sleep when asked if he was giving him medication. The paramedic asked if anything else was given and Murray said no.

Murray told he were treating MJ for dehydration and exhausting... :(

Don't get the point - yesterday Alvarez told they put Michael off the bed while 911 call. But Seniff says they put him on the floor in his presence.

This is so hard to listen too.

The blame here lies with Murray and no one else.

The EMT's responded quickly. Michael COULD HAVE been saved, but Murray waited too damn long to call for help.

I blame him and no one else.

he called UCLA to report to them.

spoke to a nurse there that monitors the radios... he tells them the age of the patient, condition, how long the downtown is, what they have seen and done so far... when he process this information they give them the feedback of what to do next (the nurse conveys the information to doctors at UCLA)

Did the paramedic say that they put a new IV in Michael's leg? Alvarez said that Murray removed the original IV when he and Murray moved Michael off the bed. (But, now it's not even clear when Michael was moved off the bed.)

NO, the paramedics said the IV was already there and he tested it to see if it worked and it did so he used the same on already attached... hmm

additional atrivan and ephridine was admintrerd

everything he observed there said Murray story was inconsistence...

found one vein in the jugular (spelling?), next to the ear/neck

couldnt find any vein in both arms... approx five attempts to find a vein.. unsecessful to locate a vein in MJs both arms

difficult to find a vein if the blood havnt been circulated for a time

UCLA hospital asked if they wanted to continue or not.. the paramedics told UCLA they wanted to continue.. they had three rounds but decided to continute try to retrieve him.. after 3 rounds, NO improved/changed condition

So the EMT said that Michael was cold to touch and his eyes were opened and dry and pupils dilated. When he hooked up the EKG, it was flatlined, none of this is consistent with someone who had just stopped breathing or died recently.

Murray said that the episode just happened, which based on MJ's condition at the time, is a total lie.

Michael could have been saved and Murray failed to act in a timely manner. This is why this upsets me so much.

says murray claimed he felt a pulse the femoral (sp?) pulse

I can tell flanagan is going to cross

Murray pulled the IV out of the leg while they were there.. so he went to find a vein in the jugular area (ear/neck)...

UCLA advised they prepared to prounance MJ dead

DR Murray indicated he felt a pule in the right femerol pulse (groin area)... (before UCLA wanted to pronounce him dead).. but paramedic only saw a flat line
