Murray Trial - 30 September - Day 4 - Discussion

Mrs Cooper stated that the info she had was that the patient was dead on the field.
 
He's showing pictures of a trauma room, at first I skipped a beat when he said he has a bunch of photos.
 
Dr. Cooper talking about her background what she does etc. Murray wanted the medics to use sodium bicarbonate.

Medics arrived at UCLA at 1:13 - 1:14. When they got there she took over.
 
Guys sorry for silliness but i cant get the point with condom cateter! How does it explain that Alvarez or Seneff just mistook about Michael's location in room?
 
I think it explains the fact that Michael could not have self administered the propofol because he would've had to detach it. Also, it shows that Murray had given Michael propofol that night to sleep because the jug on the nightstand beside the bed was filled with urine, meaning that Michael was not able to get up and relieve himself that night.

Correct me if I'm wrong

They are unrelated. The condom catheter could prove that Murray did put Michael under for a long time (although I have an alternate theory but I'm not elaborating on that). Shrug about the inconsistency.
 
Cooper was told that Murray had given Michael 2 mg of lorazepam and then another 2 mg of lorazepam that night. Was not told that Murray had given any other medication. Murray also said that he had witnessed the cardiac arrest.
 
Showed pictures of the trauma room. Talking about the team that assembled for the medics arrival. Talking about the nurses. Scribe nurse who writes things down. Dr. Cooper, 2 other nurses, pharmacist, and a social worker and others were consulted. When talking to Murray he said Michael had been working long hours, that he was dehydrated. When asked about medicines he said 2 mil of lorazapam (spelling?) , then another 2 mil of lorazapam. He never mentioned any other medicines.Then he said he witnessed the arrest. Asked about medicines taken regularly. Then Murray said Valum and Flomax.
 
Murray witnessed MJ going into cardiac arrest? Interesting. I've never heard that before. I thought he found him unresponsive when he re-entered MJ's bedroom? What's the truth here? Very confusing.
 
i hope the pros brings up the whole comment by murray about i didnt have a watch to write down when he gave the drugs. rather than the passing comment earlier abut murray not handing over any medical files on mj when he got there

that was reported before. its one of murrays many lies.if he saw it happen he could have rang 911 straight off. and if he witnesses it that means he wasnt in the toliet/left the room and came back to find him like that. he gets caught in all his lies

Actually, the DA touched on that in their opening. Namely, Murray didn't take charts of any of the drugs he gave Michael so he could refer back to it later and know exactly what he gave without guessing.

Unbelievable.

I wonder if Murray will take the stand? I can't imagine it would do him any good, but the Defense needs to explain all these inconsistencies in Murray's story of what happened that day.
 
I really respect what the paramedics and doctors do here. I couldn't do that kind of work.
 
why go into such detail about the room. is it really relevent. makes the jurrors switch off imo

yeah but it needs to be rammed home in the testimony. u can say anything in opening statements. and in alot of cases they say stuff in opening and dont produce in the trial. (not saying that will happen here)
 
He never kept notes on the medications he gave Michael over the months he treated him?
