showing the fed ex documents may 1st and one from april 29th. may 13th, may 15th, june 11th june 16th. all reciepts

showing reciept from april with her signature on it. she doesnt recall signing it! another lie.going through all the reciepts with nicole address and signature on.does she remember getting all these shipments. yeah she remembers.

UPDATE ON HOW JURY IS TAKING ALVAREZ TESTIMONY:


Jean Casarez who's in the courtroom says the jury was taking TONS of notes "UNTIL Alvarez took the stand."

They are all transfixed, looking intently at her, "looking very judgemental upon her" and taking it all in.

When ditzy "smiles at the jury, they don't smile back."

When she was breathless talking about MJ, the jury's emotions did not match hers "and they didn't return her exurberance."

Exactly. I wonder that she was requested to witness at all. I don't know much about specific of criminal process in USA. In Russia this would be impossible to involve people who has intimate relationship with defendant to witness. Because such people can't be objective. So, she will be trying to save CM's ass anyway.

Did I say anything about being sympathize? I said I could understand why she wouldn't be eager to do so. Understand and feeling sorry for a person are not the same thing. As far as she knows, it was just a careless accident or Michael really did self-injected. None of us are in a position to judge either way.

Although, it was stupid for her to lie about such a simple thing like reading the contract.

If read most of the posts about her, most talked about her job, her outfit, and how she met Murray at a club. Those are the attackers I'm talking about. Not about the lie she told. It doesn't help that some people called all the Murray's girlfriends who took stand whores or sluts.
 
doesnt recognise a signature. says someone in the common area could have signed for it! she does recognise another recipet saying she signed for it
 
talking about the 1308 phonecall from the back of the ambulance. it was her number
 
brazil missed a fed ex receipt, walgreen brought it to brazil's awareness. showing an additional receipt to alvarez, recognizes the receipt and the signature on it

Says she doesn’t remember the specific phone call of 1.08 pm

no cross from the defense she's stepped down, tim lopez now on the stand

brazil gets it out there that the conversation took place from the ambulance. murray told her he was going to the hospital and not to be upset when u hear about it on the news .another 4 phonecalls between the 2 in the afternoon after it happened. murray arrived at her house later in the day she doesnt know how he got there

why did the defense not ask her anything? i thought they would try to fix the lie she told?
 
jury goes back in the their room while they sort a few techy issues out. so we have a break
 
they couldn't fix her lie.

The lie she told, imo, seemed to be more to protect herself than Murray. You can actually get in trouble reading other people's contracts.
 
To me it seems like Murray told his defense he doesn't want his girlfriend to be questioned.
 
Court is breaking for a few minutes due to a logistics problem.

I don't remember hearing the name Tim Lopez before. Does anyone know who he is?

hes the pharmacist who sold murray all the diprivan amongst other things. murray lied to him saying he had a clinic in L.A and he should send it all there. murray got worried when lopez said he was coming to L.A and could deliever it to his office direct.murray said no
