Murray Trial - 6 October - Day 8 - Discussion

cross excamination... seems the defence is trying to undermine the correners investigator (the woman on stand... don't remember the name).
 
says you took alot of photos. she says i took more in other cases! she says she took more than were shown yesterday when she testifyed.

going through how long shes been an investigator.saying u know how important your job is? being his patronising self as usual.saying how important your job is to the victims family and those accused of a crime. going through what she does and saying you do it as well as possible.
 
Why do I have a feeling Chernoff is getting ready to exploit the fact that Fleak's print is on the syringe? sigh
 
LAPD were taking photos aswell. she was working with the LAPD helping her. hes trying to make it out that she cant have done all that crime scene work yourself. you must have messed up. what a patronsing arsehole he is
 
says detective scott smith, some guy (supervisor) winters and lapd crime scene photographer was there.
says smith didn't take pic on that day but took notes same goes for winters
 
I think he's trying to dogged the investigators for not find the bags in the closet and trying to imply they didn't do a good job the first time and missed stuff.
 
june 29th she went back cause of info from detective smith. talking about the hidden bags. chernoffs trying to say the good ole dr told you where those bags were so he wasnt hiding anything

she says the police said there was additional medical evidence to be found in the house. nothing else. not theres a blue bag there as chernoff is trying to say. she met with smith at carolwood. and he said go to the closet theres a bag etc. she thinks detective myers was there aswell
 
chernoff trying to make a big deal about her not remembering if she took the picture or not.
 
I know Chernoff is "just doing his job", but I can't help but to despise him. Trying to make the coroner's investigator appear incompetent.. :angry:

I am relieved to hear that he respects the children´s privacy. I think the judge is doing a very good job. :flowers:
 
showing a pic of the bag being opened by the police. she doesnt know if she took the picture. thinks LAPD might have taken it. showing pics of the items from the bag being put on the table. nice that chernoff is reminding the jury of those bags!

he keeps asking what were you doing when this was happening. she says taking note observing etc. good hes an annoying bleeper. i wish she would slap him one
 
showing two diff pics of the items on the table. one picture is different. one of the bottles was moved. she says moved so u can get better pictures of everything. hes trying to say it was planted imo!

they relied on the "broken" syringe to blame MJ, until they discovered it was not really broken and there was no needle attached to it to penetrate either the bag or the long tubing . remember the asked to test the fluids in the bag and the long tubing .

the other syringe was already injected into injection port of the short tubing had FLUMAZENIL in it and was obvioulsy used by Murray , Flanagan even admitted to that.
 
Chernoff is so badly organised...And soon enough he is gonna have a little spat with the witness because she is someone who can clearly get impatient and so can he..
 
why is chernoff so respectless toward the judge? seriously I'd slap him if I were the judge
he's jsut like his client: arrogant and cocky
 
I think I know where they are going with this. Defence is implying that the investigators tampered the evidence. That the bottle with the investigators thumprint was on was PLANTED in the cut iv bag.

And they planned it all with the bodyguards since they described everything.
 
What does Chernoff try to say - they recorded all evidences wrong or what?? Can't get his point

Chernoff is trying to say the propofol was not in the saline bag and that's why it wasn't on her notes. So he saying the investigators did that themeselves and not murray!
 
talking about the cut iv bag and the diprivan bottle taken out of the blue bag. he says two photos were taken of it. did u take more photos of it? she doesnt know how many pics were taken of it.

asking her about her case notes and asking about all the diff notes she has. asking where in her notes from june 29th she wrote she found the IV bag and the diprivan bottle. she wrote she had the iv bag and bottle but didnt write it was inside the bag. hes jumping on the fact she didnt write down the diprivan bottle was inside the IV bag. 29th march 2011 in case notes was the first time she wrote the bottle was in the IV bag. why did u change yor notes the last week b4 a trial hearing? objections subtained. keeps re asking the question. basically trying to say walgren made her change the notes.
 
I'm loving this judge. He's not letting defence lead the jury with off questions.
 
when was the first time u told the pros about the bottle being in the bag. trying to say you changed your story after the pros told you about albertos testimony. she denies ever talking about another witness with the pros. didnt know who alberto was till recently
 
Chernoff's baggering her. Asking her why she destroyed the note
 
she destroys notes after shes filled out a narrative. second visit to the crime scene is uncommon and she had loads of notes so didnt get rid of them hes trying to say you destroyed important notes she says i destroy all my notes after i write them up in a report. hes saying you messed up you destoryed your notes you did a bad job!
 
why are they saying that she made mistakes in her investigation? what is he implying?
 
I think they are implying that they changed testimony and notes to pin it on Murray.
