yea they should be about finished since its past 7pm eastern time.. which means its 4pt

Somehow it feels as though the defence are 'finished' today too...I hope thay are not relying on this celebrity trial to encourage new customers to their door!
 
no offense to anyone but Im tired of them cutting inn the trial coverage on TV talking about Babay Lisa. Yes it is sad that she is missing, but cutting into trial coverage isnt gonna help find her

4 paitents of murrays. dr white and 1 more which ppl say is faye makes 15 if im adding up right. so no dr adams it looks like which is a shame!

Nothing is good for Michael anymore. He was robbed of life, and his children were robbed of their father by that murdering bastard.

But yes, this is very good for the prosecution. And very good for getting some justice for Michael.

This witness was an absolute shambles for defence. Murray is as guilty as sin, but the defence still do not help themselves.

from my understanding yes... they found a very small amount of loraz in the stomach

True!!! they should axe faye and bring in dr. white. I dont see how faye can add anything to their case

I don't think even the defense is crazy enough to call a witness that has threaten to sue Murray over character assassination.

has known Mr flanagan since 2009, Forensic Toxicolgy has worked with Flanagans firm for a long time, maybe 3 decades

tested stomach content, looked fo total lorzaepam (free drug + metabolite) because that's their standard procedure, found a concentration of 0.634 ng/ml

Dr Shafer contacted the company, asking for the methodology, the company did not answer, they contacted Flanagan, Ms Brazil called the company, they said we want to call Flanagan, Ms Brazil said she would have to get the court involved, and eventually received their procedures.

In their analysis , didn't differentiate the drug and the metabolite

Sent the somach content to another lab in Pennsylvania to have the free lorazepam

First people had a corrected version of Pacific tocicolgy results , the defense did not have a corrected copy, doesn't know why. The correction is the word urine blacked out (it looked like it was a urine test)

Test for the free drug concentration is 84 ng/ml , it's 32% of the previous concentration = 0.006 mg = 1/333 of a 2mg tablet

Flanagan :


the quantitative found by the coroner is : 0.008 mg, the lab in Pennsylvania found 0.006mg, the difference, might be degradation of lorazepam, or methods used. Lorazepam could degrade , doesn't know if it does.

White is still in, Elusive is talking about Dr. Adams not White.


I agree (with Elusive) however, I would've loved to hear what Dr. Adams has to say about Murray, but I guess the defense doesn't wanna take any chances considering Adams is a hostile witness as well.
 
I have to say at first I was very skeptical about this judge considering the experience we had with Melville back in 05, but Judge Pastor really seems to be an open minded, no nonsense, fair type of guy. I like that very much, and now I'm confident enough to state it.

I don't think Michael was painted too badly today. I felt like it was shown that Michael wanted to be healthy and be at his best. He just wanted to be able to sleep. He wanted to give him and his children a real home. He trusted Murray and Murray failed him.

I mean real home like the way neverland was. He was there a long time.

Beckloff? It was Rodney Melville in '05.

so there goes one of the two medical expert witnesses out of the window. we truely couldnt have wished for better testimony!. i bet this is the easiest case walgren has ever had to cross.

Melville sorry (confused his name with the judge's who was handling estate matters such as Joe's filing). I guess it's just too late for me now

Be that as it may, Pastor seems fairer so far, than Melville was back then imo
 
abc twitter are saying possibly 5 character witnesses tom and possibly white and another dr on thursday. which makes 16 and no faye? chernoff said 4 character witnesses b4 so not sure whos up next
 
chernoff said they'd have 15 to 16 witnesses. I guess they are in severe need of defense witnesses right now. Character witnesses won't help imo, as the prosecution isn't refuting that Murray helped some of his 'regular' patients.

I can't stand HLN's constant commercial breaks (I keep it on even though I'm watching the feed from another site). But I like to listen to the commentary so I can yell at the TV...it's kind of fun.

I really do not understand why televised trials are not aired on free TV or AM/FM radio. Many people do not have access to cable or the internet for many reasons (mine being I am at work from 9 to 5 weekdays). It's not fair. But thanks for giving me the opportunity to complain about that again hehe.
 
Unless they have updated their posts its funny that abc tweets havnt mentioned the defence witness ending once and for all the loraz tablet theory
