Murray Trial- Day 17 - October 25

above guy is the sky news talking head hes a lawyer in cali a british guy. hes saying court is ajorned aswell

I don't get it. Didn't White advised them on what questions they should or shouldn't ask the lab person? Did they even speak with him before today? Did the defense speak to any of their witnesses besides White?

Walgren

RP learned in may that MJ had a personal doctor, RP had not met CM, met him at the forum in may 2009

It never got to the point they considered to pull the plug

Had no knowledge what CM was doing behind close doors, what kind of treatment he was giving MJ

Talked to CM about dr Klein during the first week of june. CM said either he knew, or he was going to check into it; he acknolwedged heearin what RP was saying.

MJ was motivated , RP said MJ was a genius, never felt he was not motivated.

PG called RP, and told him about the pre sales. RP called Thome, MJ called 20 mn after, agreed with 2 conditions : 1 an estate for his kids. MJ was a phenomenal father. His kids were everything to him. 2 Guiness book of records, because no other peform could do 50 shows

1st week of june : the oncern was not eating enough , CM said he would take care of it , MJ had great trust in CM

19th june : concerns missing reharsals, CM was very reassuring; CM tod kenny to take of the show, CM was the doctor, he woud take care of Mjs health

25th june ; could have been wrong about the tie, arrives when the paramedic left

went to 23rd and 24th rehearsals

last time he saw MJ was on 24th : RP had goosebumps at the rehearsals, MJ hugged KO and Travis, walked with RP to the car and told RP : «*you took me here, now I can take it from here*», and gave RP a big hug

Chernoff :

never felt that MJ was not able to do the shows

during the meetings, was always reassured by CM

the reason the shows were pushed back had nothing to do with MJs health

had a contractual obligation to MJ: would have mutually agreed on cancelling on the tour (MJ and AEG).

Contractually MJ was responsible for cost production, RP says, yes, Chernoff says AEG had an insurance, objection, sustained

KO used «*we used tough love*», «*pulling the plug*» out of nowhere ? ,the e mail was directed to you : Answer I'm not in Kennys mind.

When you talked to CM about Klein, what was the reason ? : MJ was distracted, at one meeting, MJ was never like that. SO, RP asked MAW if MJ was OK, MAW said he just came back from Klein's, another time it was mentionned MJ couldn't come to a meeting because ihe had been at Dr Klein.

Micahel Hansen

Flanagan
Technical at pacific Toxicology

clients are defense lawyers, police depts, forensic testing services

bacheleor's degree biology, clinical laboratory scientist,

asks about the equipment

August 31st 2011 obtained urine sample from the coroner' office, scene and autopsy sample.

Ran a test for totol loraz : metaboliate and free drug

scene urine (at 7 30am according to Flanagan) : total lorazepam : 12.9mg/ml

autpsy urine : 15.1mg/ml

Showing dr shafer 's 2X2 Mg lorazepam

Would be unusual for Mr Hensen to do the clacuation to find out the dose given from urine concentration

and then it's a Flanagan moment, I have no idea what he wans to ask …

i understood that Mr Hensen couldn't answer his question eiter because he was not qualified, o because it was not possible. Lots of objectionsn sustaines, side bars,

Flanagan has no further questions

I'm definitely not pro defense, but seriously why are they so sloppy and disorganized? They should at least check to know what their witnesses are qualified to talk upon and what not. Why is this nonsense going on? If I didn't know better I'd think they are doing this on purpose cuz their fed up of their client, and realized there is no way they can defend him.
It looks like they're completely relying on White and his testimony.

It can't be over yet it's just a break to discuss an issue right? The judge needs to do the admonishments.

from mjjstreet .com dont know who the tweeter is though. anyone? credible?

@MMcParland Michael McParland
It is not clear whether Mr Hansen is properly qualified to answer the opinion.

@MMcParland Michael McParland
What Def is trying to do is to get a peak level of Lorazepam would be 0.18 ug/ml hence 0.169 ug/ml= 8/9 pills.

@Problem for Defence is that Dr M gave Lorazepam by IV, and there were equivalent of either 1/43rd of a tablet in the stomach.

@MMcParland Michael McParland
All Mr Henson does it test blood, look up the therapeutic range. He's not qualified as an expert.

@MMcParland Michael McParland
Mr Henson has been abandonned as an expert. His last answer indicated that he was not qualified to answe

Barrister, California Attorney and Legal commentator. Currently covering the Dr Conrad Murray trial live on Sky News

He also seems to be on the side of the Prosecution.

LOL! Cross! So Flamazepam is done with this witness! What was the point?

Flangazepam is a Michael as well? :bugeyed I had no idea!

He is a disgrace to all ''Michael's'' -_-

here we go witness still on the stand

cross examination LOL

how long u known flanagan.? 2009 how long you worked for his firm? not sure maybe 2 decades? that predates the witness.

u were asked to test the stomach. u tested for everything metabloite and the drug as thats your standard procedure? yes thats correct? that amount in total you gave is the total amount of loraz? yes shaffer contacted to you to look at his result and u said said no and contacted flanagan. brazil asked and he said no and said talk to flanagan. so the pros said we will have to go to court. then the docs were handed over.

the lab tested the full amount of loraz so got another lab to test the two amounts seperatly.

does anyone know who are the other witnesses that may be called???

pros was given a new test today from the defence on just the full loraz drug test . 84ng pml is the new level. is 84 a dramatic decrease? yes it is. how many mg does that equate to? witness say its .006mg that equates to 1 300th and 33rd of a 2mg tablet says walgren? yes agrees the witness. michael is smiling down on us right now !!! well hes probably laughing his ass off!

Im assuming that Flan is the counsel that has some kind of medical backround. Even though he is boring, he doesnt completely confuse everyone and mispronounce things like Chernoff does. It just seems as if he try to get them to say wht he wants.

Did Flanagan give an incorrect drug level and Walgren busted him for it?

Did the witness testify that the drug itself found in the stomach was only 0.08mg? Seriously they have NO case!

Yep LOL!!!
Im smiling also.
N thnx for typing that so I can understand it better.

I presume court is finished for today now, right? Or is there a little time left? I never usually catch the last half an hour or so because SkyNews usually bumps it off the red button for no reason what so ever.

redirect .008 was the level given by the coroner. .006 was given in the new test. whats the difference? mg in the gut was the coroner level time difference could cause a difference.degredation of the sample. another being the methods used can give slightly diff result from lab to lab.

flannagan is having to cross this witness now as the new test levels are even lower than the corroners levels LOL

thats its. best witness of the whole trial! sidebar
