Gavin & Star Arvizo attends wedding between Ron Zonen and Louise Palanker

Here's the latest with both Ron Zonen and Gordon Auchincloss:

Santa Barbara County District Attorney Joyce Dudley reveals plan to restructure office
BY AMY ASMAN

July 6th, 2010

Newly sworn-in Santa Barbara County District Attorney Joyce Dudley is cleaning house.

In a July 2 message to office staff members, Dudley announced that rather than appointing a new chief assistant district attorney, she will use the funds to create three new focus divisions. The leaders of these units will report to Dudley directly.

The decision is in response to reported increases in gang- and sexual assault-related crimes.

“It is my goal that by this time next year, the county will see a decisive decrease in the aforementioned cases,” Dudley said in the memo.

Senior Deputy District Attorney Hilary Dozer will lead the gang-related crime unit. Senior Deputy District Attorney Ron Zonen will head the vulnerable victims unit, which will handle domestic violence cases and felony sexual assault crimes against children, seniors, and other vulnerable populations. Senior Deputy District Attorney Gordon Auchincloss has been tasked with developing user-friendly computer tools to help prosecutors.

So no child pornography was found on Michael's computers and yet that is what Senior Deputy District Attorney Gordon Auchincloss, has been tasked with in developing user-friendly computer tools to help prosecute criminals. Senior Deputy District Attorney Ron Zonen, will head the vulnerable victims unit, which includes felony sexual assault crimes against children.

No wonder Ron Zonen defends Gavin Arvizo, saying how well he is doing in life, in going to college and becoming a productive member of Society, despite Michael Jackson helped that kid through his illness of dying from cancer. So...if Michael hadn't helped Gavin Arvizo recover from cancer, then Michael wouldn't have been prosecuted for child molestation and Ron Zonen wouldn't have to save face in keeping his job by saying good things about Gavin Arvizo!

^^ Good find!

If these people are the best they could find for these tasks then there are serious problems in that county! They are provably incompetent.

In the 2005 Trial, Gordon Auchincloss stated that Michael's motive for molesting Gavin Arvizo was Michael's money troubles.

Then we go back to "the pattern." Michael didn't have money troubles in 1993. Pepsi was once again sponsoring Michael and his tour, which was "Dangerous." It was because of Evan Chandler making allegations that Pepsi dropped Michael as a sponsor. That's when Michael sold 50% to Sony for $95M, in 1995.

So what was the supposed motive in 1993? We know what the motive was for June and Evan Chandler, M O N E Y!

Both that brat Jordy and Gavin betrayed Michael. Michael was extremely generous towards both with friendship. Michael understood the loneliness of Jordy's life and Michael enjoyed helping Gavin regain his physical strength and beat cancer.

Gordon Auchincloss forgets this minor detail of how Gavin and Michael came together. Michael just wanted to show off Gavin in the Bashir docu. To show the world what his true intent was towards children, healing. Instead Gordon Auchincloss made "Neverland" some sort of lurid prison, like "Hotel California," you can check in but never check out. That's the madness behind the Santa Barbara District Attorney's Office. At least funding has been cut. If funding had been cut, Tom Sneddon would not have been able to waste taxpayer's money chasing false leads clear to Australia.

How on earth money troubles make anyone a pedophile? I bet no professional psychiatrist and expert of sexual child abuse has ever thought of this bright idea yet. Maybe Auchincloss should submit his theory to the American Psychiatric Association.

It saddens me to see these people still gainfully employed in positions of authority after they tried to destroy an innocent man's life. Sometimes I feel very bitter indeed.

that is the stupidest thing i have ever heard!
so he became a molester because he was broke, yet he lured them in by baying them off?

It doesnt make any sense at all

Sorry but that's not true. My understanding is that the pros were making out that the money troubles were a motive for the conspiracy part of the charges, mj was desperate to quash any rumours concerning him and the arvizos because he didn't want his career comeback to suffer financially so he kidnapped the family. Rubbish i know, but the pros were just looking for a way to introduce mj's finances to embarrass him. There's no way anyone, not even sneddon, can say problems with money leads people to molest children.

I can't watch that video, i can't bare to watch any of those filthy people. If someone has the willing to watch it and post what exactly that video is about, it would be very much appreciated.

^^ It's just Jason Francia goofing around with a friend, lyp-sinching to an N'Sync song. You can also see him fake crying. If this is what he did in court, no wonder the jury laughed at him.

Fake crying huh? Well well, the guy has the acting in him apparently.

Interesting find! Is jason the one in blue, who looks like a young fidel castro? Could only bear to watch less than a min but he seems pretty moronic, which i suppose is no big surprise.

Yes, the guy in the blue shirt is him. My impression just from the transcripts was that this guy is not very bright, to put it mildly. Perhaps he even has some mental issues. And watching this video kind of strengthened this impression. The skit they managed to make is pretty stupid, something that 10 year olds would do.

I have the feeling it's not accidental that he is the one kid the prosecution managed to break. They probably felt he was weak minded and manipulatable.

Yes, he certainly didn't come across well in that video - just makes me wonder what the public's perceptions of the 05 trial would have been if it had been televised. Let's not forget the other reason jason was able to be used by the pros was his mother by some amazing coincidence was one of the witnesses (in return for cold cash) to mj's non-molestaton of various victims - as with gavin and jordan, having a venal parent is essential to being a mj accuser.

Compare and contrast with one of the victims who testified for mj, wade robson.

Interview with robson about his career and friendship with mj starts at 2.30. He's so personable, articulate and humble, just seems such a nice person (and can totally believe he broke up britney and justin- he's hot!). Surely the media covering the case could see the difference in the witnesses.

I agree.
Televising it would have made a difference in favour of Michael. Also because the media tended to report a lot more on the prosecution's claims but not on how their witnesses crumbled under cross-examination. And people could have compared the quality of witnesses on each side.

Have you forgot about our other forum?

^^The video is unfortunately blocked in the US. (*goes digging for workarounds*)

OK pace, just for you, another video to show wade robson. Here with britney spears - he directed her tour at the age of 19!

If it doesn't work, we must assume wade robson is being censored in the usa!

It's pretty impressive that he choreographed Britney videos at the age of 16!

I find it pretty funny that in the second part of that interview you first posted he talks about writing songs with N'Synch and working with them. And then you have Jason Francia making silly, stupid skits to N'Synch music. Some difference! LOL! And I see the difference not just in their talents but also in their intelligence.

Respect, nope, I haven't forgotten. I was sick for over a month and just barely managed to do cut&paste postings in another thread. I'm trying to lift my brain out of the fog, ugh. I shall be back at some point, I really haven't forgotten.

Hehehe, thanks Bonnie!

In the british phone hacking scandal, rebeccah brooks, editor of the sun 2003-09 and before that the news of the world, has been charged with conspiracy to pervert the course ofjustice, along with her husband.

Looking tired, Brooks said: "Whilst I have always respected the criminal justice system, you have to question whether this decision has been made on a proper impartial assessment of the evidence. Although I understand the need for a thorough investigation, I am baffled by the decision to charge me.

"However, I cannot express my anger enough that those close to me have unfairly been dragged into this.

"As the details of the case emerge people will see today as an expensive sideshow, and a waste of public money as a result of this weak and unjust decision."

Standing next to her, Mr Brooks raised doubts that his wife would get a fair trial.

"There are 172 police officers, about the equivalent of eight murder squads, working on this; so it doesn't surprise me that the pressure is on to prosecute, no matter how weak the cases will be," he said.

"I am confident that the lack of evidence against me will be borne out in court, but I have grave doubts that my wife will ever get a fair trial, given the volume of biased commentary which she has been subject to."

Sounds familiar, doesn't it? We can all be justified in feeling schadenfreude over what's happened to her. If you dish it out, you should be able to take it.
