And Holy crap at that Tina Turner story! Can't believe I haven't heard that before. So scary!

What happened to this family..my god. And I believe everything said about Janet also...while she comes across nice in interviews and things, she's never been warm and lovely like Michael was..there was always something about her..but I was a fan! I definitely am not now. The fact all these books say nothing bad about MJ just shows he was never meant to be part of that family.. He is just nothing like any of them.
Still wondering where the hell LaToya is and any role she's playing.

And they can claim that they're not Michael's biological kids all the want, it changes nothing. His name is on their birth certificates! Also Prince has vitiligo...and that would be a MASSIVE coincidence that if he were to have come from a sperm donor that that person ha vitiligo as well when a very very small percentage of people suffer from it! Paris is a spitting image of Debbie Rowe, and Blanket is mini Michael! Also Prince has Michael's eyes!

Why does no one ever question Mariah Carey's paternity??? Her dad was black and she is light skinned!

so randy is now doing to the kids what he did to michael. selling nasty stories and talking crap about them in x17 articles as pay back for messing things up. just like he sold those druggie stories about michael. what vindictive and nasty ppl they are. and we all know they think those kids arent jacksons hence why they hate the fact even more that they are geting all the money.

the only silver lining in this if u can call it that is hopefully as soon as jrs 18 those kids can get the hell out of there.and they now know exactly what that family are like

The L.A. County Sheriff's Department feels "used and manipulated" by Michael Jackson's family members who reported Katherine Jackson missing ... this according to Sheriff's Dept. sources.

Members of the Dept. familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... they believe MJ's family members knew Katherine was not in danger but used the Sheriff's Dept. as a "pawn in the middle of a family game."

Sheriff's sources grouse that their budget has been severely cut which makes bogus claims sting even more than usual. They believe the end game here is money.

As you know ... MJ's brothers and sisters want Michael's will invalidated so they can get a piece of the pie. But there's a BIG problem. If the will is invalidated, the prior will gets resurrected, and under that document Michael's siblings are completely cut out.

Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore tells TMZ, "We don't feel manipulated. We respond professionally to all such reports."

BTW ... no matter what the family's motives, the Sheriff's Dept. will continue to investigate the claims.

So, the prior will is almost identical to the current one? In terms of the money going to KJ and kids, no mention of siblings and the Johns as executives?

Yes, the the two known wills are identical... the only thing that is different is that Blanket's name is missing on the prior one since he was born in 2002 :)

How's that possible since Paris was born in 1998. Prince was born in 1997 so does the will dated 1997 only contain his name because it cant include Paris because she wasnt even born yet, or?

I think some of you need to take a step back and look at this objectively. Do not be biased here because of your pre-concieved notions of the Jackson family. Yes something is very wrong however there are differing accounts and none of us really know the real motives or who knows what, or why certain things are happening. Do not jump to conclusions and start blaming individuals when in reality none of us know the exact truth behind it. It's best to wait for all the facts. As I said there are differing accounts but it seems you guys are clearly biased in the ones you believe or throw out as BS. That article talking about questioned paternity, some of you are quick to blame Randy but how do you know the exact source of that? Could be a complete fabrication. Things like "I hate Janet now" is not healthy, when we don't know all the facts or true motives (its just guessing). Besides Janet has her own money

wouldn't the will dated in 1997 also be without Paris' name, seeing as she was born in 98?
Anyway, IF the family gets the current will invalidated, and the prior one kicks in, where does that leave Blanket, in terms of inheritance?

These are the very same kids, along with Janet, who signed a letter recently criticizing advisors and her current counsel, Perry Sanders, for NOT challenging the will. They themselves were responsible for dropping the prior challenge and letting crucial deadlines run long before Sanders was hired. Not only do they refuse to take responsibility for having the initial challenge dropped, they now want to rewrite history and act as if someone new is causing the problem. However, the children are in her ear 24/7, so it's possible that they could be successful in influencing Katherine to do something."

However, as RadarOnline.com previously reported, the statute of limitations to contest the will has expired, and "no one is to blame except the same siblings who signed the critical letter and who summoned Mr. Levitch to Janet Jackson's house and told him his services were no longer needed. On Monday, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department detectives were turned away from the Arizona house where Katherine Jackson is staying because they didn't have jurisdiction. The detectives were told Katherine was safe and returned to Los Angeles without having made any contact with her.

Meanwhile, Katherine still hasn't spoken to her grandchildren, nor her lawyer. "Why weren't the detectives from Los Angeles allowed to see Katherine when they went to Arizona to do a welfare check? The Only way to END This madness is if The Jackson's ALLOW Michael's children to speak to Katherine. She is their only guardian and The Only One to tell them what HER wishes are in this matter. They will trust no one else. The sibling have NO right to tell these children what they must do Only Katherine is the children's guardian. The Jacksons denying these children access and depriving them from speaking to there grandma is abuse. The children do not truts them now after denying them for 8 days to speak to Katherine

The Jackson's can end all this madness right now by giving these children access to talk to Katherine, But I think they are enjoying all the publicity and using them as pawns in there dispute to even take the feelings of these children into consideration. How are you feeling? ... Just imagine the stress and trauma the kids are under.

I badly want to know if Katherine has tried to get in touch with the kids at all. The siblings are telling Paris that her grandmother isnt available and Jermaine said her computers/phones have been taken away so Katherine can have a peaceful environment. But I just cant wrap my head around if Katherine hasnt tried herself to get in touch with the kids. Is is just so odd. If Rebbie and the siblings are telling Katherine that the kids are fine just imagine the shock when she comes back home and is informed by all of this mess.

I just cant find it being logical that Katherine is volountarily not trying to contact her grandchildren, but the question is if she has tried to even talk to them.

If Paris' Twitter is being manipulated then why do they feel the need to publicly trash and discredit her and her brother?

BTW, someone should tell Uncle Randy that Prince is 15, not 13.
