This is horrifying! I hope to God Katherine is OK, if her own children have done something to her...that's mentally unstable and the fact they could even be capable of that is a scary thought. What an awful situation...

TJ has three kids already who are close to MJs kids (judging by Paris twitter and Instagram). MJs kids spends alot of times with TJs kids.

If anyone wonders, TJ is the father to son Royal (born in 2000), daughter DeeDee (born in 2009) and daughter Jordan "JoJo" (born in 2012).

She just had 10 days of relaxation.

The attorney could not see her and only the kids got to speak to her because the attorney stressed the seriousness of the situation. Doesn't sound right at all.

this thing happend so fast that my head is spinning. none of it make sense. why would Janet do this? i'm glad PPB are ok but something is going on with KJ. that's for sure...

Yes Diana Ross and Debbie Rowe have to be notified and T.J will apply for Perm guardianship in the next 48 hours by suggestion of the Judge

Confirms he went to Arizona yesterday to see Katherine but never met her. Met the siblings Janet and Jermaine.. Irritated he didnt got to meet her. He was told no cellphone services worked but he thought it was weird because HIS cellphone worked fine in that area. I think he also said he wasn’t able to bring his phone through the gates of the spa.

Janet & Jermaine said it would upset/worry their mother if her lawyer would show up so thats why he couldnt meet her. He was irritated by that as well. He visited with people who run the spa who told she was there.

He dont have any basis that KJ was kidnapped.

He went to court today to fight for her guardianship.

Dont know what to make out of TJ's phonecall because he never heard it.

KJ is coming home today. Told she is on a plane back home now.

TJ is a great kid. They met at one of the Cirque du Soleil shows. TJ is the logial person under these circumstances to be appointed.


Dont know why MJs kids couldnt talk to Katherine. In hindsight, this could have been planned better.

Katherine isnt at a rehab facility.

Katherine have gone away before without problems, this time there were no communication. That was alarming.

As soon as Katherine gets back - he will have paper done to reinstate her as the guardian. MJ wanted her to be the guardian, TJ wants her and the kids too.

MJs kids inheritaed a very dynamic family and believes this was a big misunderstanding.

thats KJs fault, if she was not able to learn from the past, if she is so naive, thats your fault, and she deserves that and she has to take all responsibility. Eat it Katherine.The three conspirators should be investigated for kidnap and conspiracy... and jailed...

What worries me that what is Randy planning to do next? If I dare to say, what if there is a car accident when all kids are in the same car? We know who is going to be next on line to be beneficiary. Randy is just too dangerous to be anywhere near to kids. If he wants to see K in Calabas house, kids needs to be surrounded by bodyguards left, right and centre.

I think the Kids should never ever again be alowed to go out without being protected by some serious bodyguards! Sadly, but this is how I feel.

I'm sorry Michael, I guess your wish didn't come true, your children WILL go through the same lifestyle as you did.

Did anyone watch Katherine's lawyer talking? He's making it sound like it was all just a little misunderstanding, what the fuck? It's obviously not! What about what TJ said about Katherine talking in codes? That's not a misunderstanding.

I swear if they all go free of this I will be so pissed off!

Someone is not telling the truth. Katherine Jackson was at the Miraval Spa in Tucscon, Arizona. Her lawyer, Perry Sanders, just said in a press conference that he went there and was told Mrs. Jackson was in a room where there were no phone and no cell phones. But I just spoke to Miraval, and cell phone use is allowed in EVERY room and there are landlines in EVERY room. If Mrs. Jackson wasn’t allowed to use the phone, something is very very wrong. Sanders wasn’t allowed to see Mrs. Jackson, prevented by Jermaine and Janet Jackson from making contact. And he’s her lawyer. Randy Jackson now says Mrs. Jackson is on her way home to Los Angeles and will regain custody. But wait until she’s told what really happened.

Well I feel sorry for katherine and the mj3. I refuse to believe she has been fully aware of this situation or been able to deal with it. In fact I'm still left wondering wtf this was all about.

Summary by TMZ:

Katherine Jackson has been temporarily stripped of her guardianship over Michael Jackson's 3 kids, and an L.A. judge just appointed Tito Jackson's son TJ the temporary guardian.

And there's more ... Judge Mitch Beckloff advised TJ and his lawyer, Charles Schultz, to seek a permanent guardianship, after hearing stories that Katherine may have been held against her will "from third parties." Translation -- Randy, Janet and Jermaine and Rebbie.

Before handing down the ruling, TJ's lawyer told the judge TJ got a strange phone call from Katherine yesterday. TJ said, "I've never heard my grandmother talk like that." TJ added, "She wasn't sharp. The pauses, choice of vocabulary ... she has not used certain phrases like that before." TJ thought she was talking in code. TJ choked up as he addressed the court.

TMZ broke the story that TJ would make this move -- a move supported by Paris, Prince and Blanket, as well as the MIchael Jackson Estate.

The judge said Katherine was not suspended for wrongdoing, but that she was prevented from doing her guardianship by the third parties who are clearly Randy, Janet and Jermaine and Rebbie.

Katherine's lawyer, Sandra Ribera, added that she (Sandra) has been to the house several times recently and believes Katherine has been held against her will.

Katherine's lawyer, Perry Sanders, says he would vigorously oppose any move to permanently strip Katherine of her guardianship duties.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A judge appointed Tito Jackson's son Wednesday to serve as the temporary guardian of Michael Jackson's children after hearing about the absence of the family's matriarch and details of the family's recent turmoil.
Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff temporarily suspended Katherine Jackson as the children's guardian because she is in Arizona and hadn't spoken with them in several days.
He said there was no evidence that she had done anything wrong and that he would restore her to the guardian role after she returned.
The appointment came after days of turmoil among the Jackson family, with a relative reporting Katherine Jackson missing before she was located safely with other family members in Arizona.
TJ Jackson appeared in court and was appointed after describing a "strange" conversation he had with Katherine Jackson on Tuesday evening.
"I've never heard my grandmother talk like that," he said reluctantly. "In every way. The sound in her voice. The pauses."
He said some of her speech sounded slurred and she used words that made him wonder if she was speaking in code.
The judge initially said he wouldn't grant a temporary guardian but changed his mind after hearing arguments from TJ Jackson's attorney, Charles Shultz. The children's guardian ad litem, Margaret Lodise, said she also spoke with the children and the two oldest, Prince and Paris, supported the appointment of a temporary guardian.
Lodise said she did not ask the youngest son, 10-year-old Blanket, for his views.
Beckloff ordered Shultz to give notice to two other potential guardians, singer Diana Ross and Debbie Rowe, who is the mother of the eldest Jackson children. Ross was named in Michael Jackson's 2002 will as a potential guardian if his mother was not able to serve.
The children have remained at the home they share with their grandmother in Calabasas throughout days of questions about Katherine Jackson's whereabouts and why she hadn't spoken with the children since July 15.
Katherine Jackson's attorney, Perry Sanders Jr., said after the hearing that he had received word that she was returning Wednesday to Los Angeles. He said he would seek her reinstatement as guardian after speaking with her and would fight any move to have her permanently replaced.

The "Third Parties" or should I say, Third Reich are tangled in their own web. If Janet didn't believe how greedy and stupid Jermaine and Randy are then she'll get what she deserves. If she felt the children needed more guidance, then she should have sacraficed what was left of her career and man chasing to stay put and raise them. It is too late to complain now.

It takes a great deal of self-sacrifice to be a good parent. The family should have understood that that is what had to be done for Michael's children. They thought it would be easy and convenient to let Katherine take the burden--after all she did it for many of their children. She had high blood pressure long before Michael died and they didn't think it was a problem. What they failed to considor is that it is even more difficult as one ages. Mrs Jackson probably felt the burden of R&J's kids before but didn't have what it took to kick them out. Those men have never upheld that burden. Sorry but weekend visitation doesn't add up to much. Yes the kids love and adore you because you are more of a figment of their imagination that a real person with flaws. The visiting parent is not truly known like the custodial parent is.

Yes, I heard him and had to shake my head at some of the things he was saying.

He was basically "trying" to put a pretty face on a very ugly picture.

The most important thing he said was that although he flew ALL the way to Arizona, Janet and Jermaine would NOT let him see Katherine Jackson. They apparently said that it might upset her.

She's gonna find out sooner or later. As soon as she get's home and see all of those NEW guards on the property, will be her first sign. That's if the paps don't find her at the airport when she arrives and you know they will be screaming out questions to her, like they always do when they are trying to get a quick quote from somebody.

The children are going to tell their side of the story, especially Miss Paris and then Trent will tell what he knows. Once she get's home the jig is up, in my opinion.
