I guess we have, but it's kinda heartbreaking to know that the kids have to deal with these kind of leeches - and at the same moment their father died, they had to worry about their evil relatives too and be prepared.

I mean, I never realized the kids were so aware of things back then - of course it's good that they were and are. But still, what a family...

WOW! John Branca may need his OWN security detail, as it would appear that Randy Jackson is totally obsessed with him.

Although Mr. McClain's name appears on that letter too, it's JOHN BRANCA that Randy can't stop talking about.

Son is going to have a nervous breakdown due to his Branca obsession and as they are carting him off to the loony bin, I can hear him screaming: THIS IS NOT OVER, THE WILL IS FAKE!

On a side note: I wonder if they passed all of their "the will is fake" evidence over to the proper authorities, you know, like they said they were going to do when they released that bogus letter. LOL!

I'm glad that Katherine has been informed of everything that has happened...I was starting to turn against her, but as both Prince and her lawyer have said that she was badly lied too, she clearly didn't know what was going on...and we all know her children are pathological liars, and mothers tend to believe their children!! I'm guessing she had no reason to suspect that she was being lied to by everyone around her... And if TJ say she sounded drugged I'd believe him! I still find it very odd that when the finally let her call home, that it was at 3am. Wtf was that about!?

I hope that she knows now that YES her children would do horrible things to their own mother just for money.


And in glad that security is being stepped up.

As for these women saying they'd beat these children..they should really watch their mouths...can you imagine if Michael ever did an interview and said that if daughter was out of line that she'd have no teeth .. Child services would be there to take his kids away a second later. Yet these women can say whatever they want and get support. Load of crap.

Just shows us all again that there was a special system of morality and values in the world of Michael Jackson, at least the way other people perceived it.

I thought Marlon was faking too. I agree that it's really difficult to understand that family's actions. It must be like living in a nightmare for PPB. Not to be able to feel safe and secure at home with your own family is horrendous. I imagine that a large part of Prince and Paris' anger is because of the distress that Blanket was in.

I think he really believes MJ didn't want Branca to be the executor. That could even be true. MJ could have meant to eventually change his will. His biggest problem could have been if not Branca as executor, who? No way in any shape form or fashion do I believe he EVER EVER intended to entrust his children's financial future to a Jackson. But Randy lives in that wierd Jackson zone and believes he would and has just gone out and out crazy.

I think the kids are better off, at this point, with TJ. They need to get the burden of this emotional distress off of them. They are far too young to be dealing with this crap and they don't need to be around those loonies that they call "family." Katherine is old and needs a break. She can't be a grandma and a parent at her age. I understand Michael's reasoning for giving her guardianship, but I really think in cases like these, the "rules" have to be broken a bit. It isn't disrespecting Michael's wishes. It's doing what's best for those three children and I think that's all that Michael would want, in the end. They deserve to be happy.

As for that garbage about Paris and Janet...I can't believe the media would go that far. But I feel like if it were true, we'd hear more about it. It'd be all over the place.

When it comes to Michael's will... It was written years before he died and he had alot of time to change it if he wanted too. Someone as famous as Michael would have always had things in place for "just incase"... For example at the trial he wore bullet proof vests...and in situations like that, you would have a will signed. So if he didn't want these men in charge, he'd have changed it around that time especially. Those two men are in charge because Michael wanted them to be.

As for the show going on tonight SMH!!! I know they're performers but how can they possible go on stage and pretend everything is peachy when the entire world has been watching their every move. I can't wait to hear the report from it.

I don't know if they ever crossed paths before, but I do agree that it "could" be some other things behind Randy's obsession.

In my opinion, MONEY is the biggest factor and the fact that no matter what Randy and Company have thrown in Branca's direction does NOT stick. Branca continues to be a well respected figure within the music and entertainment law business. Something Randy Jackson is not, qnd will never be. That has to be eating him up also.

I mean, just thinking about how well received John Branca is must make Randy's blood boil. He probably goes to bed thinking about Branca and wakes up thinking about Branca. I see a nervous breakdown in Randy's future if he doesn't let go of his "fake will" theory.

To be honest, I don't think the brothers are in a position to cancel any dates at this point.

I mean, almost half of their scheduled dates were already cancelled due to "non-interest." In my opinion they have no other choice but to forge ahead. The money they "thought" they would be receiving has been significantly reduced and they still have to pay out money to others involved with this tour.

I wonder how the other members of the show feel, they thought they were signing up for 27 dates and only ended up playing 16. I'd be pissed!

I have noticed something this pass week that really disturbes me. Maybe I missed it maybe I just did not want to see it but when did it become poplar for black folks to put on a happy face and act like everything is OK? Star Jones, Gladys Knight all say Paris needs to stop tweeting family business. I am sorry Paris did not start this her family did. Why is it that black people feel the need at times to say that is family business. When somebody is hurting you or something is wrong and you want to speak you speak. Keeping quiet could have been disastrous for Paris and her brothers don't be given me that crap oh that is how black people are bull shit. As an African American I was raised to open my mouth if stuff was not right not to sit their and suffer just because it was family business hell no. Clearly Michael raised them to open up your mouth when shit ain't right and I say good for him

And its this mentality that has caused so much pain and dysfunction in our community. I grew up hearing it too. Keep all the family business in the house. You don't need therapy, just pray about it, etc,etc.

Many of us as Blacks still have a hard time knowing its okay to open up, its okay to not hide things.

Perry Sanders Jr. is ready to have Katherine Jackson sign paperwork to be reinstated as guardian of Michael's three children ... Paris, Prince and Blanket, however we've learned exclusively that TJ Jackson has instructed security to not allow him into Katherine's Calababas home.
Our Jackson family source tells X17online exclusively:
"TJ won't allow Perry to do his job and won't allow his grandmother to speak to any of her children. Trent and the security team, who Katherine fired already, are refusing to leave the premises. They also won't answer the phone at the house. Family members are worried sick about Katherine's safety. Once again, they are using trickery. "
Just yesterday, Tito Jackson's 34-year-old son was granted temporary guardianship. However, as X17 first reported, Katherine's attorney Perry Sanders Jr. is ready to file paperwork "asap."
We told you first that Katherine fired Trent and the entire security team before leaving her vacation spot in Arizona to come home. Our family source, who heard the phone conversation, says Katherine directly told Trent, "You better be gone by the time I return home." Trent replied with the following: "We don't work for you, we work for the estate. We're not leaving."
The Jacksons tell us they believe family advisor John Branca was behind the confrontation on Monday at the Jackson estate between Janet, Randy, Jermaine, Paris, Prince, Trent and the security team.

I wish these F list celebrities would actually take the time to know what they are talking about before talking crap about how Paris needs to get her phone taken away. This whole mess is because of RANDY's twitter account! That letter was so poorly written that a lot of people didn't even believe it was real until he confirmed its authenticity.

None of these people said anything when certain members were all over the media spreading drug addict stories about Michael! Why weren't all these so called interventions kept to themselves if so called family problems should stay out of the media.

Also, I say that if Paris hadn't put them on blast, would Mother STILL be in Arizona "resting," as part of their sinister plot to get their hand's on Michael Estate.

I don't know what they had planned for Mother and why she was kept away from the outside world while in Arizona, all I know is if Paris hadn't sent out the tweet, all of this could have possibly been swept under the rug.

Jermaine said "oh Mother's fine, she just resting," we now know what was not true.

About Randy’s obsession with Branca:
I’d be willing to bet money on the fact that Randall and John Branca have met and I’m equally sure they have clashed. Knowing Randy’s propensity for violent outburst and his irrational sense of entitlement I can just see him trying to get in Branca’s face with his demands and Branca cold and methodically giving him an intellectual tongue lashing that swatted him down like a fly. Randy has proven he is no match when it comes to strong arming two teenage kids so I know John Branca has dismantled and frustrated him on more than one occasion. Randy has no brain so like a crazed bull he just keeps on charging the matador and we all know what happens to the bull in the end.
