Re the whole will was signed in Los Angeles but MJ was in NY.

I mean, his visit in NYC at that time were highly publicized. That was the time MJ was going against Mottola and said those stuff about him. Im pretty sure that all those witnesses with Michael (his former assosciates like Trudy Green and B Siegel) would remember that Michael was in NYC, so IF they wanted to falsify the will, they probably should have picked another date or whatever.

I trulu believe its a honest mistake that he signed Los Angeles.

Since this event started people asking "why, what is the motive?" and here's a take about it

Janet, Randy and Rebbie are saying that however you look to it - either Michael's will is valid or Michael's will invalid and he died without a will - Michael's kids are the beneficiaries. And they are absolutely correct about it. Prince, Paris and Blanket is the main beneficiaries.

However who is the Executor and who has the control over the business decisions is also a very very important part of this puzzle. Similarly who is the guardian and manages the incoming allowance is also an important factor.

Let's start with guardian & allowance. Second accounting has shown that MJ's kids and Katherine is given $2.5 Million just for allowance. Randy being against TJ and Janet's letter that still questions the current guardianship brings the question that "does any of these people want to control the incoming allowance money which is in the millions of dollars per year?" Don't forget the millions of dollars of perks that comes with all expenses paid living conditions and loans and such. With a total more than $11 Million according to the second accounting Michael's kids are living like kings and queens - and so is anyone else who is living with them.

Similarly Executors are taking 10% of the money they brought in. Second accounting showed that they earned $8.1 Million in the last 14 months. So a $4 Million dollars payday per year must make the Executor position quite desirable.

Furthermore Executors ability to control anything Michael related must be a thorn in the side. You just need to look back to the history. The belts were closed down because Executors control the trademarks. Estate is currently in litigation with HTWF, Howard Mann/ Vaccaro and Rouas - all of whom are business partners of Jackson family members. Similarly not asking permission from Estate had seriously affected the Cardiff tribute. So in short Executors control over anything Michael related is putting a serious damper on Jacksons side business deals.

Therefore it's not surprising to see issues with Executors. I asked last night why do you think Joe's objection was so focused on Branca. It might be possible that McClain who has been family friend be seen a lot more friendly and easy to convince than John Branca.

This isn't something new. From the day Branca & McClain were named temporary executors first there was an attempt to make Katherine Jackson a third executor, later on Katherine's lawyers spent hours trying to convince the executors /judge to allow a Jackson family member to be the third Executor.

Jacksons stand to benefit from replacement of Executor(s) with more Jackson friendly executors or totally replacing them with Jackson family members. ( Note: if everything gets invalidated and Michael is determined to die without a will Jackson family is the first in line to be Executors).

Are they going to take it to court? Well it's been almost 2 weeks since the initial letter leaked but yet we are to see any legal action. Still Janet's letter last night doesn't say in certain terms that this will be handled in court. Even it's taken to court, it will be an uphill battle.

so then why? Well a negative PR campaign can also be a tactic of bullying and blackmail and extortion. ( As Katherine's disappearance perfectly lines with the first letter, I tend to believe that it was all planned to leak - by Jacksons). Similar to how Michael's insurance settled with Chandlers to make them go away, this could all be a play to get Executors say "what do you want? okay here it is. now go away".

I believe your comment to be slightly biased, but hey if that's what you believe.... I honestly don't see Janet, Rebbie and Randy going after the kids' money like this. They knew the public would react this way, and they knew people would assume it's about the cash. What so many refuse to see, is that even if they had proof and managed to de-validate the will, money would still go to Paris and Prince. Nothing else would change but who was in charge of the Estate. Of course, that would probably mean that Michael's unreleased material wouldn't be released as much, and the fan interaction with them would almost cease to exist, so... That's no good either. One possible explanation for Paris' behaviour would include someone feeding her stories about them being after her money, and naturally her age. None of these are facts, but they are about as valid as your opinion. I personally just want to see what happens next and if the truth will ever prevail.

This is getting rather boring now. the jacksons continue with their threats but never produce any evidence to back up their claims. they just go round in circles with the same accusation they came out with three years ago.its like ground hog day they either need to put up or shut up cause their playground antics are getting abit boring now.

Victory my goodness. I think you are reading my mind. Last night I was wondering if the granny snatchers were not trying to be a continuous thorn for the estate, in the hope that the estate would give them some millions to go away. I see you thought of the same thing. Let's face it, they know they have no evidence; they have no money; they cannot throw out the will, so what is left to do. Use certain discrepancies to throw doubt on the estate exec/will. Isn't that the same tactic that the parents of the children used to force Michaels insurance to pay the settlements. They used the fact that he played with children and the media hate to basically force a settlement.

I like your term physiological terrorism and I would like to add psychological terrorism too. They want Branca, especially to become uncertain, nervous, and panic which of course will affect his performance.

But these are Jacksons we're talking about. They've all had their share of negative publicity, esp. Janet and Michael. They've always been perceived as money-hungry and jealous siblings of the one, big star in the family. Even Janet. They must've known that media will claim they're doing this for the cash. They must've known that a blackmail campaign like this would backfire within a week, and "kidnapping" Katherine would make it even worse. Again, these are Jacksons. They know how the media sees them. It makes no sense at all for them to do this. NOT to say you couldn't be right, but just with my logic it'd be a reputation suicide for each of them.

Exactly. The letter states that their main goal is "to replace the executors". That is the whole purpose of this campaign. Control.
Control will enable the family to make deals that benefit the entire J family and not just PPB. That's the problem. The current executors are doing a great job for PPB. But what about the rest of the family? That's who they are worried about. Yes PPB are RRJ's neice and nephews but they have a couple of dozen other neices and nephews who are never going to benefit under these executors.

He claims it is only those three who stand to lose financially if Michael's will is ruled invalid.

That's funny cos La Toya even wrote a book about it, and Janet rarely said a word, except that you shouldn't believe what you read, you don't understand etc. If she truly had held a grudge towards Michael it would've shown. It amazes me how difficult it must be for any of them to please fans, when no matter what you say it's wrong.

to be totally honest...THEY don't owe ME anything...I am a MJ fan and thats it...I am not a Jackson family fan. WHO they DO owe something to is Michael and his children...the children are the one's left behind ,,,and THEY are the one's that are right in the middle of this whole circus...and its just not fair to them to have to live with this stuff going an around them. Well Janet, Randy and Rebbie lied to their mother and took her off to Az where she was cut off from contact with PP&B. According to Katherine's sworn statement in court that is the truth. PP&B were lied to and were told via letter signed by aunts and uncle that Katherine suffered a mini-stroke. Prince Michael was able to capture and post proof Janet lied about blocking the kids from speaking to KJ. How long do think fans will wait for the truth from individuals who have proven themselves to be habitual liars and pranksters? We were promised “the truth” would be provided to the public in the promotion of many family members books. Where is it? There have been multiple press releases promising “the truth”. It’s time to put up or shut up. This tiresome game of accusation without corroboration is both deceptive and disgusting.

all I can say is...WHATEVER THEY consider their "true" motivation to be....I hope that they find it quickly because none of this is good for those children to have to sit back and see..watch and hear on daily basis. Its just not healthy for them.

That's not true. Janet had never been saying that before MJ died. She said NOTHING.

Janet didn't sign that letter over Mike's drug addiction back before he died.

Neither did Rebbie or Randy, if I remember.

Want a fact, well here is one: If the Will comes out of Probate next year it will become moot because all financing and beneficiary will come from the Michael Jackson Family Trust. The Trust predated the Will and lists John Branca and John McClain as Trustees. If they are unable to fulfill their duties the Trustee becomes Bank of America.

Another fact: Time to manipulate the Estate is short since it is almost out of Probate. If the assets of the Estate were to be sold it would have to be before probate ends and with the authorization of the Judge.

Speculation: I don't know, but if others were in charge of the Estate would they choose to sell off the assets for a fast buck? Would it be a quick way to sell or exploit assets that have been hidden from the current executors? Could there be a desire to sell the Sony/Beatles catalog now?

The problem boils down to the fact that some of the siblings realise how much money the executors of the estate are making through their hard work and they think - It could have been me!!

Not only through their hard work but with their brains. They have brains that work perfectly unlike the Jacksons whose brains cells are dying.

By not signing that letter she was indirectly suggesting he was a drug addict.

Which is clearly why she was so concerned she only wanted to tour with him.

Randy wanted to sell it while Mike was alive, so I can't imagine him not seizing such an opportunity again.
