what they said earlier will bite them all in the arse... can't wait to hear Randy and Janet's deposition. I really want to know the dates of these 'interventions'

yeah Randy started this mess, and I bet he doesn't want to go anywhere near a deposition table in front of AEG's lawyers. The first thing they will ask him is what type of work does he do to get paid and who took care of his children with Alejandra and how much does he currently owe in child support?

AEG has been waiting 7 month Randy and Jermaine's deposition. 2 brains behind the whole thing, and they don't want to do it. So silly if you think about it. They started it, but don't want to finish it.

It's not only silly, it's also very funny.

I mean, usually when a person initiates a lawsuit, they are more than willing to participate in their OWN lawsuit so that things can proceed in a timely manner. It's usually the OTHER side that drags their feet.

But in this case it's the Jackson family who are dragging their feet. Preventing their own lawsuit from proceeding, which speaks volumes in my opinion.

They wanted to stomp with the Big Dog's, but it appears they can't keep up! And in the process they look like a pack of fools! Silly, uneducated fools!

He could always tweet his depo:D It would be so convenient for him, he can hide behind computer monitor and throw insults to AEG direction and feel like a man of the house.

I have a feeling that Miss Janet is going to be the lone hold-out, when everything is said and done.

In my opinion, she's gonna wait until everybody else has been deposed and then she will leave the country for parts unknown.

You know homegirl doesn't want folks asking her any questions, embarrassing or otherwise. Well, I take that back, she has no problem answering questions regarding Michael, when she's being interviewed, but questions about herself, I'm sure that's A BIG NO-NO.

I remember when she broke up with Jermaine Dupree, folks wanted to know why, but she didn't bite. She didn't want to talk about it AND she didn't talk about it. But when it comes to answering questions about Michael, her mouth runs like a river!

Katherine sued AED 2 years ago and there is no end on sight.
This is going to be the long case if Randy and Jermaine play "I don't want to talk" game with AEG.

We'll see on 24th if judge decides K and Co has to pay for leaks

Amen to that! Janet gets lockjaw when the press tries to probe for information concerning her but when it comes to Michael she gets diarrhea of the lips and loves to spill loads of sh_t.

yep her mantra for years was ' I don't want to talk about my brother', 'I won't talk about my brother', then he dies and her mouth runs like a river about his alleged drug problems and interventions. Maybe if she would've talked about her worries and concerns about MJ when he was alive maybe the fans could've helped him and it would've been hard for folks like murdering Murray to infiltrate into his life giving insane treatments. If Janet and crew would've said something years ago like we are concerned about MJ and his treatments by unscrupulous doctors, then I think Murray would've been stopped in his tracks. Janet and company knew Klein and Hoefflin 25 years ago, why didn't they report them to the medical board for drugging MJ and going overboard with plastic surgery?

I think it is when Michael went after Randy for his mismanagement of his finances which Randy was supposed to be handling while Michael fought for his life. But Randy was stealing from Michael and trying to force him to sell the ATV.

She rarely ever has such a loose mouth when it comes to sharing nice stories about him.

very true.. Janet hasn't said one good thing about MJ since his death. She talked about drugs and interventions but nothing about his medical issues, vitiligo, betrayal, false allegations etc.. She didn't even know he had chronic insomnia. She told Oprah he took propofol for 'pain'

Sorry I didn't see your question but the answer is what ilmjj wrote, and when it's Mike himself who speaks against his stupid brother you can see why Mike Jr in his famous tweet now wrote "As long as I can remember my dad had repeatedly warned me of certain people and their ways"

I think the only nice story she's shared about him since his death is that they gave homeless people food together sometimes.

I've had her on my mental ignore for a while now. Her interviews are always the same.

I don't know what good Jermaine old manuscript will do if they can't even give proper details of any interventions that were mostly if not all concert interventions really. The Jackson lied then like they lie now so....It's a big mess.

Michael had no choice but to distance himself from his family. It was the only way for him to find any real happiness. Sorry but if they were so great Michael would have remained close. He loved family and everything about it. I think Jermaine wanted what Michael had. I think he always thought it should have been him. He is older than Michael too.

I am sorry to ask but did they ever really love Michael? At the memorial when they all sat there looking sad was that an act? The way we have seen them act the last 3 years makes you wonder if they ever really cared. I hate saying such a thing but lately it crosses my mind. As for the media, i think this past summer showed that they didn't support the Jacksons at all and really critical of them. I am not saying they are all nice to Michael because I doubt that will completely happen but people maybe in a small way started to put themselves in Michael's shoes. All this digging by AEG just shows the stress and burden Michael had to deal with regarding his family. It's too much for anybody even if you are one of the most famous people in the world. Even though I hate and known that Michael gets dragged through the mud for the million time by his own family that they as well will be dragged. They don't want that.

Sort of remind you of Jermaine explanation of BADD--the guys he was working with changed it. Now Brown says Jermaine changed it. I laughed out loud when he said Rebbie was the only one who cared for Michael. Oh really. Did he hear what Rebbie said around the trial, and she was the one who took Michael's gifts and sold them on the internet. She is also part of the granny snatchers, to steal Michael's money, so how does she care about him?

Now we hear THEY wanted to give Michael therapy. Shouldn't they make sessions for THEMSELVES first, then try and get others to join in. I see, the problem is always someone else, eh Jacksons. Michael is the only one with a big problem. The all knowing Brown also claims if Michael did therapy he would be alive today, and Jermaine is to blame. Brown still does not know that Michael died because he was given prof for sleeping plus Muarry added a mixture of drugs to the mix and left him to die without supervision. Now how would Jackson therapy prevent his death, if Michael's main problem was trying to find a way to sleep? It is not as though Michael was looking for a High.

Both Jermaine and Brown are unethical people, anyway you look at it. Even if Jermaine dictated the story for the manuscript, why would Brown write it even though he knew it was all lies. They are both pieces of ---------- (you can add your own word on the dotted line). Someone like Brown has no right talking against Jermaine and the rest of the Jacksons anyway, because they all are the same type of people!!! Now they are scared about tapes. Why would they say nasty things about Michael if they knew a tape was running? Also, why is it always about MICHAEL they say nasty things about. How come they never talk bad about the boys breeding all over the place and not taking care of their children, about Joe's easy "virture" (to put it delicately), etc.

Now that trouble is here let's see how Brown and Jermaine try to crucify each other.

I agree.. I pretty much said that years ago as well. They don't act like a family that loved him. In my opinion it was about using him in order to get what they wanted from him. Janet and some others claimed MJ had a drug problem. If he had this problem why didn't they help him? Instead when they saw him they wanted him to join them for a family concert. Does that make sense? They should've been trying to help him with his emotional and alleged drug issues, not getting him on stage for a family show. They just didn't care at all.

Yes, Brown is an opportunist like everyone else. I read the interview where he said he always made it clear that he was not a friend of Michael's. Well, I guess he did when he was OFF-air because I never saw him clarify his 'relationship' with Michael on air.

The Jacksons need to understand, if AEG is guilty by pressuring Michael to get ready for the tour, then so are they. They were also pressuring him to tour for them also.

Do you remember when Michael had to make a statement saying Brown was not speaking for him, and Rebbie retorted that Brown was speaking for her. She is the only one who cares for Michael, according to Brown who is on record stating lies about Michael.

Yeah Janet made an apperance in LA three/four days ago. She went to the opening for Dylans Candy Bar to support her friend who opened the place.
