Someone should have sent the AEG lawyers there. Better yet, they should look for her at all candy stores on the west coast. This picture shows she is not too busy, but merely avoiding the deposition. All these siblings are going around looking happy and smiling while they are hurting fans, Michael, and Michael's children by their behaviors. Life can be very unfair at times.

PS: How come she is not wearing her "granny snatching outfit with the matching black cap?"

she's grinning and smiling as if nothing is happening.. Just a month prior she signed a bogus letter to get rid of MJ's executors and she took part in a farce to kidnap her mother and she kept MJ's kids away from their grandmother telling her sister and nephew 'please don't' allow MJ's kids to see or talk to their guardian. Now she's strolling around with Wissam going to candy stores grinning and smiling. I can't stand her! The AEG execs should've been there serving a subpoena to get her behind in a courtroom or lawyer's office for a deposition so she can tell us when her 'drug interventions' were and how often did she speak to or see MJ in the last 7 years

Sometimes I think Michael was adopted or switched at birth. How can he have the same blood as this family?

That is an interesting question. Maybe they think the bigger the star the bigger the target, it doesn't matter if the star or target is your own brother. They should listen Man in the Mirror few times.

Funny thought, if what Stacy B wrote about Jermaine, he said Michael bought his kids is true, we can say that Jermaine never himself paid (literally) for his kids, Michael paid everything for Jermaine's kids.

or stolen from hospital! I have said it before and say it again, we should demand DNA test to prove Michael is related to this family of monsters by blood.

I would like to know also.

No problem "leaking" e-mails, let's see, after 7 months, if he has no problem FINALLY giving his deposition. Maybe they can allow Howard Mann inside the deposition area so he can hold Randy's hand, thereby making things more comfortable for the Mommy Napper.

I was just thinking about the time Randy and Janet busted onto their mother's property, camera phones in hand, acting all big & bad. Now that it's their time to answer some questions for their OWN lawsuit they have ALL gone into hiding (excluding Rebbie and Tito of course). Pack Of Punks!

7 months to do a deposition when you have no job? Randy was so eager to get this case going yet he doesn't want to participate in it. I really want to know what questions they asked him and how he responded. Will he admit he went to MJ's residence in Vegas for money and not a drug intervention?

I think Randy's homegirl (ex-girlfriend, assistant, whatever), Taunya blew his cover during her deposition. She mentioned going there for "business" or "financial business," which is most likely why Randy didn't want her to be deposed in the first place. I'm sure Ms. Taunya knows a lot.

I have a funny feeling that when it comes to being deposed, Randy Jackson is going to suffer the most because his questions are going to go deep, DEEP, and he knows that. I'm sure AEG are aware of their little letter to The Estate of Michael Jackson, wherein the case against AEG was mentioned.

Randy Jackson will, eventually, be on the hot seat and AEG is going to make him pay. Oh to be a fly on THAT wall. LOL!

We will hear from Randy and Co by Tuesday. BAD 25 is out in US, they have tendency to ruin everything good, whether it is new release, MJ's birthday or basically anything to do with Michael.

You remember the letter Randy posted recently, he wrote they are consider retaining the law firm against John x 2. So far nothing has happened, and I doubt anything is going to happen.
Same thing with Randy's deposition. He is considering going to give his depo but so far nothing:hysterical:
I would have more respect on Randy but his actions speak for himself, he is loser.
He likes to talk to his follower that he is going to get the bottom of this and that, but when is time for action, nothing, zero.
He is like a kiddie in the play ground, he spits on someone, then goes hiding behind mommy's back so they cannot get back to him.

Perhaps the POWERS THAT BE have got to him, i do hope so.


The way i feel about randy at the moment, he is my prime suspect for having the master films of the bad tour which he could have found during the invasion of the locusts on the night of 25 june at carolwood. Either him or jeffre phillips.

I'm sure they took all sort of thing while there, but they cannot use them for anything other than sell them black market to private collectors. If they start showing them or trying to make a movie or something out of Michael's stuff, executors will be in their arses before Randy can say mommy help:)

I heard somewhere that JP took MJ's private home movies. I wonder if kids or executors got them, or are with LaToya?

^^Yeah Latoya's boyfriend took Michael's home videos. By now the estate should have read that this guy took Michael's property illegally, but we have not heard a peep from the estate. I want to see Latoya and boyfriend in court for robbery. Less than 4 hours after Michael died all these vultures ran to his home, and I wouldn't be surprised if they had never been there before his death. They searched rooms, drawers, cupboards (remember Latoya found moldy weed in kitchen cupboard and gave to police as heroin), Michael's pockets, briefcases, under the mattress, and computers. Basically they went there to see what they could find to keep or sell. They make me sick!!!

They are swift to run to Michael's home to loot it, but not swift to answer questions from AEG. AEG might have to conduct Randy's deposition via twitter or via X17.

They make me sick too Petrarose! And you are right. Rebbie, LaToya, Janet and all of them were quick to go over there when he died but I bet none of them went to visit him to say Hi or just hang out as brothers and sisters. Mike lived 5 minutes away from LaToya and I bet she never visited him or went to check on him at all.

Good post Petrarose, they make me sick too.
This is a quote from Randy's letter to executors:
"The shock of Michael’s sudden unexpected passing was overwhelming to our family, to say to least. At that time we could’t possible fathom what is so obvious to us now...."

They were so much in shock that they waisted no time to get there before other vultures, so that the family of vultures get the best bits of meat. Their hypocrisy really is astonishing!
Rebbie, the only member of family who "really" loved Michael, put Michael's stuff on ebay before his was buried :no:
I have not seen a single action from this family that they have done for Michael out of love for him. Whatever they might have done for Michael's memory,in the end, they get paid.

That Randy giving his deposition via X17 or twitter is funny :hysterical:

To be fair, imagine you're mj at home playing with your children and your cray cray sister decides to call. Do you a) immediately invite her in for a cup of tea, enjoy a couple of hours reminiscing about the past, chuckling over that time she did the rounds of tv studios calling you a p*do, or b) yell at security to lock all doors and windows, turn off all the lights and hide behind the sofa until she's gone. I'm going with b). I think latoya knew the score between them.

AEG wanted to make money but even if it was Michael Jackson they wouldn´t make money if he was sick and took drugs.
Michael was examined by a doctor and drugtests were taken and everything was fine.
I can understand if AEG became angry at Michael when he didn´t come to rehearsals or came from Kleins office behaving strange.
I can understand they were angry when they wrote some of the emails for example that one Michael was lazy.
How could they know that Michael´s doctor gave him lots of drugs

I get so sad and angry thinking about that Michael probably just stop breathing, his doctor should have been there and Michael should have been here now.
I shouldn´t know what Michael´s family were and are capable to do

Your last statement is what still rips at my heart and causes me to grieve. Murray was entrusted to care for Michael and make sure he was safe and instead he loaded Michael’s body full of massive amounts of anesthesia and sedatives then walked away and left him helpless and alone! It’s heartbreaking and still almost beyond comprehension.

Couldn't have said it better. That's what I always felt when I saw the promotion for the "This is it" movie. I really have to back off to not say I hope they burn in hell!

True! But don't forget that MJ's own sister said the same thing.. Janet has said several times since MJ's passing that 'life must go on' 'you have to move on'. Janet said that as soon as MJ died. AEG wasn't family but Janet was and she said the same thing as they did.

You are so right about Janet repeatedly saying "Life must so on" in almost every interview she has given since Michael's death. She has never shed one tear or missed one opportunity to cash in on her brothers death and trash is name with her drug addict talk.

Lol, curiously enough, that's what I do whenever I see Jehovah's Witnesses. xD Anyway, I think she knew he forgave her for what went on back then, but was also very justifiably guarded in his interactions with her. People like LaToya are best kept at a very long distance.
