thanks. guess the delay gave them time to create answers for the questions they wouldnt answer before
intresting re thome but seeing as he barack AEG are all connected i doubt he will intentionally say anything to help kjs case

^Sullivan was saying in his book that he played some role in bringing thome and the jacksons together to work out some of their issues, presumably because he got to know thome through his book interviews and he's pals with mrs j's lawyers. They've both got a common enemy in the estate. In the book, thome goes along with claims that mj didn't have a will in 09 and wanted one drawn up, so he set up some meetings with lawyers but guess what, mj died before a new will cd be finalised.
Also, I imagine thome will be annoyed with randy phillips for not confirming that he, thome, was mj's manager at mj's death (he's still claiming this) rather than frank dileo. So i can imagine thome palling up with mrs j if it's in his interests.

What could Thome say to help Katherine? Does he know how AEG pressured Michael, hired Muarry and did not supervise him, which is what Katherine's case is about. I am curious to see how Katherine's side will link the e-mails to show wrongdoing on AEG's part.
About Sullivan we cannot take anything he said his informants told him about Michael not having a will as credible. It would be funny if someone asks him for a deposition like Thome.

Yeah, I'm sure Randy Jackson and Company have "schooled" her on her newly revised answers. Randy Jackson. LOL! Definitely not the smartest one in that pack. His recent letter to the Estate is a perfect example of his intelligence, or lack thereof. Arrogant, Delusional AND Angry added in for good meaure.
Homegirl will have to keep her lies straight. Not an easy task, you know what they say, i.e. "one lie leads to another." And then it just gets harder and harder to keep up the lies and/or keep them straight.

Is this filed at probate court? This would have nothing to do with any deposition. It would show that someone is trying to tie the probate process to a case arguing that they are covering similar matters. It seems that Estate is disagreeing that any case - in this instance KJ suing AEG for wrongful death of Michael - has nothing to do with the probate of the Estate.

However, as soon as he was let go as manager around april, it all went downhill and murray came along and blah blah. When he last saw mj, i think a few days before he died, he was shocked at the change, mj was just so thin and frail. It sounds like what jerms says, that there was this sudden deterioration in mj conveniently just after the big famliy gettogether. Although it seems to have passed mrs j by, as she saw mj a week or 2 before 25 june.

and wasn't it KJ's lawyers who said that it is AEG side that is trying to hold back the trial.
I see all people from AEG side have given their depositions, but people from Jackson's still haven't done their depo's:doh:

^^Maybe like before they want to keep Michael's private documents private? Maybe there is some information that people could take out of context and blast all over the media, like the e-mails drama and Michael's medical information? I am just guessing here..

Ivy posted their summary judgement earlier, but I suppose it wasn't full version and we didn't see the docs they want to seal.

Michael's medical records
The thing is the motions are filed conditionally redacted which means it's temporary as of now. the judge in february hearing (the oral arguments) will decide to whether to seal them for good or not. Estate is just filing a motion as an interested party asking the judge to enter a permanent seal order on Michael's medical records.

I'm pretty sure Randy was paying for the lawyer. It was one of the questions asked and not answered. Also his double representation (Taunya at AEG and Randy in business matters) was causing problems and nullifying attorney - client privilege. I would assume those were the factors in the change.
