How to Protect a Person's Character After Death
Protecting a person's character after death is not difficult.
In most states there is no recovery for libel or slander of an individual who is deceased. Legally, libel is defined as a printed attack upon an individual, while a spoken attack is referred to as slander. Some states permit postmortem defamation lawsuits, to allow the collection of monetary awards only if there is monetary damage to the reputation of the deceased, resulting in a reduction of the estate's income.
These laws are used mainly to protect the estates of famous performers, like Michael Jackson or Elvis Presley, who continue to generate income after death. Because legal remedies for non-famous who have been defamed after death are scarce, a well-written obituary can be a powerful tool in providing proactive personality protection for non-celebrities.

Can estate sue these people slandering Michael, not just Wade but others too that crawling out of woodworks?
If this is possible to the estate to do, they need to get start suing some people, pronto!
I can provide the list to start with.
I'm sick and tired these people and the estate needs to hang some of them by noose just for example to others that there will be consequencies if they slander Michael.
