[Discussion] Sexual Abuse Claims Against MJ Estate - Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe

Re: Wade Robson files claim of childhood sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

It seems that the "body language expert" thinks he's telling the truth. :ermm:

You can find a "body language expert" to support ANY position you want to get supported. Access Hollywood just wanted to show a "BL expert" that supported what they wanted to get supported. It just shows their agenda.

I'm not "BL expert", I just go with what I see: Wade did not behave in this interview like he did in other interviews in the past. When he talked about Michael in past interviews, he was totally easy going, praising him came naturally for him, there was not any sign of distress in his demeanour when he talked about him, not any sign of inner turmoil or conflict either.

Yesterday, however, I saw a completeley different Wade. As if he's another man. He seemed arrogant, vindictive and defensive. Meanwhile he was trying so hard to come accross as sympathetic. He talked in a softer voice than usual. In my opinion it's clear that he was acting, because how he behaved yesterday was so not him.

Why he is vindictive? Well, I'd really love to know now what happened between him and Cirque and between him and the Estate. His vindictiveness come come from being turned down on Cirque or being turned down by the Estate when they first tried to blackmail them with this crap.

Re: Wade Robson files claim of childhood sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Yes, the male expert basically insinuated he was lying...There was another video, though, that showed a female expert and she said Wade was being truthful...
You mean the female soundbite they played at the Today show?

I think every true abuse advocate would also honestly mention that no two victims are alike, react alike etc.
And if she would have done her homework she would have realized that Mr. Robson has particular circumstances to be taken into account that make "yeah, well, all abuse victims are like this" sound like nonsense.

The 'expert' on the Today show was clearly being interviewed about repressed memory and realizing that abuse was indeed abuse. Did they tell her that the accuser sat in the trial of his own alleged abuser???
I think they interviewed her - and what she said had zero to do with what Robson actually said. It's like the 'expert' talked about the weather while Robson discussed bar fights.

Nice editorial, work, Today show! Great job. The Today treated Robson they way they treat someone on a book tour. "So, I hear you have a book coming out." "Yeah, it's available then and then. Thanks for having me, Matt." "And now back to amazing recipes YOU can master."

At times it sounded like the "say the most random thing" thread we have here on MJJC.
"So what was the nature of the abuse?" "Yes, Matt."

^^^Insane. Psychotic break? New religious cult member? Strange joke? Parallel universes?
Have it all. It's "your truth." Did somebody hypnotyse him to say weird things and "my son" is the snapping fingers? I mean, one runs out of reasons to find a rationale for this.

Wade said on Today show that MJ molested 'many children'--ok--what children? How come these 'many children' that were molested aren't speaking out 4 years after MJ is no longer here to 'brainwash' them? Why didn't MJ, if he was as WR says, also molest the other children that spent time with him, like the Cascios, Brett Barnes, Emmanuel Lewis, Corey Feldman, Dave Dave, MacCaulay? What is this 'many children' BS?

Re: Wade Robson files claim of childhood sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Anyways, many are seeing this as just a dude after MJ for Money. So That is good. I know some fans are like "No accuser ever went on TV and publicly said these things against MJ, so it's worst then before." But, also remember that no accuser ever had over 20 yrs of them saying positive things about MJ and denied ever being abuse either, that just so happen to be the same person lol. So have some faith guys! Wade is and will dig is own hole!

And actually it may be better if the world sees the accusers for what they are. I mean I think most people who believe the Arvizos do because they don't know anything about that family and what they alleged and what went on in the courtroom. I firmly believe public opinion might have been more pro-Michael had the trial been televized.

One of the best material to expose the Chandlers is Ray's own book! Most people think the Chandlers are the most credible accusers - simply because they never heard their full story and what they actually allege. They just base their "guilty" verdict on things like the settlement as a "sign of guilt". I think if people knew all the crap Ray says in his book they would not see them in the same light any more.

So let Wade talk. Let him do his rounds. It may cause more harm to him than Michael eventually.

Re: Wade Robson files claim of childhood sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Wow I just woke up and checked sky news and RTE news and it hasn't even made a ripple here in Ireland. That being said, I know that it will be n he front of some tabloids, but thankfully I rarely go to the shop so it can't be shoved in my face.

Even so, I believe that people are seeing this for what it is. And I think he fact this clown has gone on TV to accuse Michael has gone against him. He's a grown adult who now can take esponsibiliy for every action he makes and the public can see that he has taken the wrong actions. As a victim, he has taken too long to come out and the claims are not credible. And as a liar, he's just a no good dirty rotten liar.

This will not be another 93/03 case for Michael, his family and us.

Re: Wade Robson files claim of childhood sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Here are some questions to Wade Robson, from Michael..

Why you wanna get me?
Why you wanna fix me?
Why you stab me in the back?
Why you wanna hit me?
Why you stab me in the back?

Re: Wade Robson files claim of childhood sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

I think him going on tv was a good move--not for him but a move that will help Michael's case. I am going to stay positive & think that maybe this horrible episode will backfire into a situation that will show people why the other cases were really shake downs. People will get to see all his inconsistencies. For instance, it seems he gained some understanding either when his son was born, or when his son was about 18 months, or last year March according to his lawyer. Did anyone get a picture of what he was claiming happened during those periods? I think he also mentioned 2 years ago?

Does anyone what to figure out what Wade was going to say when he said "no money, there was no ssss." He was always defending Michael, so I think he was going to naturally slip back into telling the truth at that point & caught himself. Was he about to say there was no sex? What other words begin with s that we could speculate about?

Then watch the ones
With the biggest smiles
The idle jabbers...
Cuz they're the backstabbers

In Germany this morning not one news-show even mentioned it. With the biggest Tabloid-mag it is the same. As for now- Thank God for that !!

because apparently MJ was a very, very picky "pedo", - so picky that he only molested one kid every 10th year

Re: Wade Robson files claim of childhood sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Yes, if it wasn't for MJJC I would still know absolutely nothing about this case, which bearing in mind what I have read here is outstanding & amazing. It proves that people don't yet believe it and bearing in mind the current celeb/sex offender culture in the UK at the moment following the Jimmy Saville case, it's even more unbelieveable (and good news).

And what's with the every ten years allegation? 1993/2003/2013. Another decade, another douchebag.

I don't think I've ever used the word douchebag before, I must do it more often.

Re: Wade Robson files claim of childhood sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

It hasn't appeared at all on the UK news sites. This is so unusual, they love bashing MJ here! Wow. It seems no one gives a flying fcuk what this guy has to say.

I don't intend to be mean but MJJC shouldn't allow new members until this crap is over to avoid spies on here. I bet none of us want to give them ideas.

For everyone asking : This thread is in a members only section. So it cannot be seen publicly and it doesn't get indexed on search engines.

If "his tv promotions" does not work, we will see some new plan, like getting a mouthpiece like DD, to hype up the case. He may even start giving some details, or drag his family & baby along with him on his promotions."

Anyone figured out what he was going to say when he said "ssss."

Personally, I think Wade is trying to invite others to accuse Michael to make his story sound true. I think he knows that most people are not buying his claims.

Re: Wade Robson files claim of childhood sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Im just re-watch TMZ Live. They are clearly not buying it.

Summary:

Harvey and the other dude said "It would make more sense IF the memory was repressed- totally more sense..."

"If MJ is telling you 'our lives/career will be over' then you would think there is something wrong with that. Understand if a 7 yr old would not tell anybody but when he is 22 yrs old in 2005 in the trial when the whole premesis its wrong to do but it allegedly happened to him how would he then think it wasnt wrong, he knows he is not gonna go to jail when he is 22 if he is the victim so it doenst make sense".

"If you are in court and hearing these details that you would remember and the details for him was that he was not molested.. huge problewm for Wade,..."

"All his no answers to prosecutors on trial, when he was 22 yrs old,.... Up to a point, alot of ppl felt bad for him but this will really hurt him in his process.. he remembers it all but couldnt process it, he is saying under oath nothing happened... he basically lied then"

"So he lied back then.. its hard to trust someone like that and a jury is gonna see it the same way".

Harvey - "My gut is that Wade Robson did not do himself any favor by going on the show today... it doesnt add up".

Harvey - "When he said its not about money, well thats why you file a creditors claim.. "

"Wade said 'im not just after a settlement for it to go away' but the problem here is that MJ is dead... another thing if he was alive and wanted to bring him to court.. thats the big difference here. Ultimately, thats what this thing is about: MONEY"

Re: Wade Robson files claim of childhood sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Actually, the more people speak up, the better. Some piece of work like Robson shouldn't intimidate anyone. Any decent attorney worth half their retainer can grill Robson for his ever changing story. I don't think this is brilliant stuff that Robson is doing. Quite the opposite. 20 years after the fact? Trash talk shows?

One thing I have noticed: Pretty wild amount of public statements by associates. Back in 2005?? Total intimidation. This is different. It's bad enough Sneddon did what he did in 2005 - but this is not 2005. The only risking something here legally is Robeson! This is not 1993 & 2005.

And for once I would like to see the continued full backlash against these cowards. Full tidal wave. Don't be intimidated. I wouldn't buy a used car from Robson. And people like DD - those days are over.

I've seen plenty of outrage on social media, mainstream media uses Robeson for ratings but isn't buying it (wonder when he actually realizes that?) and apparently Europe is yawning.
The guy ran away form L.A... there is no reason people should back down. That is the mentality that hurt Michael so bad. Nobody wanted to become collateral damage. Hell will freeze over before I stop typing - or a low laptop battery.

Re: Wade Robson files claim of childhood sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Somebody on LSA wrote that the Estate needs to put down the law 'big guvment' style.

"WE DO NOT NEGOTIATE WITH TERRORISTS."

Don't give an inch and tell him to go to hell. Robson inviting others to make wrongful accusations? Especially later on (or so he hopes!) in court? There are a few laws he would be breaking.

Don't negotiate, don't back down. Michael was here - there was a time. All Robson had to say in court "Please, I have something to say." Spell broken. He didn't. He can Cry Me A River.

Re: Wade Robson files claim of childhood sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

No matter how many other low-lifes that may come out and claim ish after Robson's crap still will have to answer WHY they didnt come forward in 05 and helped Sneddon get "the monster" put away for life. In not doing so, they've enabled "the monster" to continue "his crime". Poor Sneddon even put up a hotline for "victims" to call in with their story. The opportunity to finally tell "the truth" was there, as was the opportunity to put him in jail - to get revenge.

Paris Jackson focuses on her school work with light-hearted photo as new allegations against her father Michael surface

By IRVING OALA
PUBLISHED: 00:20, 17 May 2013 | UPDATED: 03:46, 17 May 2013

The past few weeks have been tough for Michael Jackson's 15-year-old daughter Paris.
But the teen showed she's keeping her mind on her schoolwork as she posed for a light-hearted snap on Twitter.
It showed her dancing with a skeleton in what appeared to be a school science lab and smiling with her new close-cropped red hair.

Light hearted: Michael Jackson's 15-year-old daughter Paris Jackson posted this pic to Twitter on Thursday, in the wake of the renewed molestation allegations against her father

Despite Pairs' determination to carry on as normal, the schoolgirl has plenty of turmoil at home.
First up, a wrongful death lawsuit was launched against AEG Live claiming the massive touring company was negligent in hiring and supervising Dr. Conrad Murray - who killed her father with a massive overdose of Propofol.

Then, 30-year-old choreographer Wade Robson made new claims that he was abused by Michael Jackson, even though he denied this occurred on the stand during the pop star's molestation trial in 2005.

A day of denial: Wade Robson in 2005, after testifying that Michael Jackson never molested him
Meanwhile, earlier in the day, Robson went on the Today show to explain why he's asking for money from the Jackson estate and why he's making these new allegations at this time.

'I said what I understood and I said what I was able to say,' he explained. 'From seven years old, from day one of the abuse, Michael told me that we loved each other and this was love, this was an expression of our love.

'And then he would follow it up with "but if you ever tell anyone what we are doing both of our lives and careers would be over."'
The Jackson estate's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, has dismissed Robson's claims.

A day of admission: Robson on Thursday on the Today Show, talking about why he denied being molested and why he is making the allegations now

'This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him,' Weitzman said in a statement to Today. 'Now, nearly four years after Michael has passed, this sad and less-than-credible claim has been made.'
In response to Robson's Today Show interview, Michael's nephew Taj Jackson took to Twitter to reveal that he had actually been molested as a child and knew the choreographer wasn't telling the truth.

'That is how I KNOW Wade is lying. Because I AM a survivor,' Taj tweeted. He followed with: 'I was sexually abuse (sic). By [a family member] on my mom's side of the family when I was a kid.'
As for Paris, her public response appeared to be much more subtle.

Michael's eldest child also appears to have made a number of other changes in her life over the past month, beyond her shorter, red hairstyle.

Paris's father: Michael Jackson after being arrested in 2005

Changes: Paris has been spending a lot of time with her biological mother Debbie Rowe, 54, on her horse ranch in Palmdale

Paris has been spending a lot of time with her formerly estranged birth mother, 54-year-old Debbie Rowe, over the past few weeks, connecting in a way they never did while Michael was alive.

The teenager has also talked about rebuilding her father's Neverland Ranch, restoring it to the way it 'used to be' when she was brought up.
'I think it should be restored to how it used to be, so that the children who couldn’t have a childhood could have fun there. That was his goal – like kids in a hospital,' Paris told The Mail on Sunday newspaper’s Event magazine. 'They should restore all the rides and everything. As soon as I’m an adult – I’m on it. Count on it.'

Debbie Rowe says choreographer Wade Robson is 'a liar and opportunist' after Michael Jackson sexual abuse claims

  • Wade Robson, 30, has spoken out about the alleged abuse for the first time
  • Claims Jackson told him it was an 'expression of our love' and that he would go to jail forever if he told anyone
  • Claims he isn't speaking out for fame or fortune but having his own son two years ago made him face up to what allegedly happened
  • Jackson's estate have labelled the accusations 'outrageous and pathetic'

Debbie Rowe, the ex-wife and mother of two of Michael Jackson's children, has strongly criticized choreographer Wade Robson who claimed he was sexually abused by the singer.

In an interview with Today, Robson, 30, labelled Jackson 'a pedophile and a child sexual abuser' and said he chose to finally break his silence about the alleged molestation after having his own son two years ago.
An enraged Rowe, 54, called the choreographer 'opportunistic' and said he was seeking publicity.

Speaking out: Michael Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe (left) said Wade Robson was 'opportunistic' over he sexual abuse claims about the singer

She told TMZ on Thursday: 'It will be quickly forgotten, and will do nothing, nothing to tarnish Michael's extraordinary legacy.'
Robson claims the abuse at Jackson's hands lasted for seven years and that the King of Pop told him he'd go to jail for the rest of his life if he told anyone about it.
Robson claimed from the age of seven to around 14, Jackson 'performed sexual acts on me and forced me to perform sexual acts on him' and said during the first criminal investigation into the star in 1993, he would get daily calls to 'role-play' about what he told the then-11-year-old was 'an expression of love.'

Robson told TodayJackson convinced him that 'both of us would go to jail for the rest of our lives' if he told anyone about what they had done together.
The serious claims, which the Jackson's estate calls 'outrageous and pathetic,' are a change of tune for Robson who took the stand as the first defense witness at a trial in 2005, where Jackson was accused of molesting a 13-year-old cancer survivor.

Breaking his silence: Robson, right, told Matt Lauer, left, that he decided to break his silence about the alleged molestation after having his own son two years ago

Robson, now a top music choreographer who has worked with Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, met Jackson when he five years old and the singer was in his late 20s or early 30s.
The pair bonded over a love of music and he repeatedly slept over at the Neverland Ranch and spent nights in the same bed as the much-older Jackson.
But Robson played a pivotal role in defending Jackson in the 2005 trial, when the King of Pop, who passed away in 2009, faced 14 counts relating to child molestation and conspiracy to molest minors.
He adamantly denied that he had ever been molested or inappropriately touched by the singer, even when a former maid at Neverland testified that she had seen Jackson grope the young boy in the shower. In turn Jackson was found not guilty on all of the charges.
This morning, he explained to Matt Lauer that he wasn't lying back then but hadn't yet come to terms with what had happened to him.

'I said what I understood and I said what I was able to say,' he explained. 'From seven years old, from day one of the abuse, Michael told me that we loved each other and this was love, this was an expression of our love. And then he would follow it up with "but if you ever tell anyone what we are doing both of our lives and careers would be over."'

But he said he was never offered money to deny the abuse during the trial.
'There was no money, there was no "you must lie." Michael, when he would talk to me before these things were going on, and he would call me everyday... it was complete manipulation and brainwashing. It wasn't any sense of the truth on the phone, he would role play with me and train me for these scenarios.'
He is now fighting for money from the Jackson's estate and asking a probate court to allow him to file a late creditor's claim against the estate, even though the deadline has passed for creditors to file such claims.

The estate's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, has dismissed Robson's claims.
In a statement to Today, Weitzman said: 'This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him.
Seven years of alleged abuse: Robson, pictured right with Jackson as a kid, said from the age of seven to around 14 Jackson 'performed sexual acts on me and forced me to perform sexual acts on him'

'Now, nearly four years after Michael has passed, this sad and less-than-credible claim has been made.'
But Robson told Today that his speaking out about the alleged abuse is not for fame or fortune.
'This is not a case of repressed memory,' Robson told Today. 'I have never forgotten one moment of what Michael did to me, but I was psychologically and emotionally completely unable and unwilling to understand that it was sexual abuse.'
He said having his own child two years ago made him face up to the truth, as he said he couldn't help thinking about how he'd feel if a stranger molested his little boy.
'I'm a father and I became a father two and a half years ago to this beautiful baby boy and during the first 18 months of his life I collapsed into two nervous breakdowns, terrifying nervous breakdowns,' he told Lauer.
'At that point, I had no idea what was going on. And for the first time in my life, I began to realize that my completely numb and unexplored feelings about what Michael did to me might be a problem and maybe I need to speak to somebody about it.'
When Lauer referred to a comment made by Jackson's brother Jermaine Jackson that Robson was 'full of s***,' he replied: 'The idea that I would make all of this up and put myself, my wife, my son, my entire family through this extremely stressful and painful experience all for money is incomprehensible.'

Idol: Robson, pictured as a young boy, first met Jackson when he won a local Michael Jackson competition in 1987

Why now? Robson, pictured left and right, says he is speaking out not for the money but to heal and help others

In the past eight years, Robson has made a name for himself in the entertainment world, becoming one of the most sought-after choreographers.
He has worked with Usher, Britney Spears, and NSYNC. His name hit the gossip columns in 2002 when Britney Spears' relationship with Justin Timberlake ended after she allegedly cheated on the NSYNC star with the choreographer.
Since then, Robson has worked on the show So You Think You Can Dance, and is currently in charge of Demi Lovato's choreography.

But he told Today he simply couldn't live in silence about the alleged sexual abuse anymore.
'I've lived in silence and denial for 22 years and I can't spend another moment in that... I'm never going to go away with this for the sake of money. I'm never going to be silenced for money. That's not going to happen.'
In a later statement to the program, Robson went on to say that he hoped his actions would help other child sexual abuse victims.
'There are millions of survivors of child sexual abuse out there who are suffering in silence and/or denial, as was I,' he said. 'If my coming forward and speaking my truth can help even one victim gain the courage to speak their truth and begin the healing process, that would be more than I could ever ask.'
We said he wanted to assure victims that under no circumstances was the abuse their decision or fault and encouraged them to speak about it so they could begin to heal.
Robson's TV appearance comes as the high profile trial of the Jackson's tour promoter, AEG, continues. The trial is brought by the singer's mother and children who claim AEG shares blame in his death for neglecting to vet and supervise Jackson's doctor, Dr Conrad Murray.
CHANGE OF TUNE: WHAT WADE ROBSON SAID ABOUT ALLEGED MOLESTATION IN MICHAEL JACKSON'S 2005 TRIAL AND NOW

THEN

Wade Robson, who was then 22, testified in the Santa Maria courtroom that he was five when he met Jackson for the first time in his hometown, Brisbane, Australia.

Two years later, he was a guest at Jackson's Neverland ranch for the first of some 20-plus overnight visits. He told jurors he shared a bed with Jackson on numerous occasions from the ages of seven to 14, at Neverland, as well as apartments in Los Angeles and at hotels in Las Vegas and LA.
When asked by Jackson's lead lawyer, Thomas A. Mesereau Jr., whether he'd ever been molested by the singer Robson replied: 'Absolutely not,' before also denying strongly that Jackson had ever touched him in a sexually explicit way.

When senior deputy district attorney, Ronald J. Zonen, questioned Robson's account, he replied: 'I'm telling you, nothing ever happened.'

Zonen then said, according to a New York Times article at the time: 'You're saying nothing ever happened when you were awake,' to which Robson responded: 'I think something like that would wake me up.'

However, a former maid at Neverland who testified at the trial as a witness for the prosecution, said she had seen Jackson groping Robson in the shower at the ranch. But Robson denied ever having a shower with the star.
NOWs

But now Robson is claiming Michael Jackson did in fact molest him, over a period of seven years.
In an interview with Today, Robson, now 30, labelled Jackson 'a pedophile and a child sexual abuser' who from the ages of seven to around 14 'performed sexual acts on me and forced me to perform sexual acts on him.'
He said that Jackson told him the alleged abuse was 'an expression of our love.'
Robson added, explaining why he gave what he claims now was a false testimony: 'This is not a case of repressed memory. I have never forgotten one moment of what Michael did to me, but I was psychologically and emotionally completely unable and unwilling to understand that it was sexual abuse.'

According to what Tmez said about the fact that he files under seal and yet goes on TV : TMEZ said it could give a reason to the media to try and get the claim unsealed. I don't want to sound pessimistic, but if he does more TV shows (which is not sure given the reactions he gets) , that could be the next step. Unseal the claim and get the horrible details out.

Anyone figured out what he was going to say when he said "ssss."

err....No..... "such thing" ? He would have said it though... So, no, I don't see. Good finding.

I defended *****... but he abused for seven years

Choreographer pal tells of sex acts

Suing *****'s estate ... Wade Robson

A TOP choreographer yesterday claimed he was abused by Michael Jackson for seven years.

Wade Robson, 30 — who once defended the star over sex allegations — said ***** molested him from the age of seven until he was 14.
He claimed the late superstar “performed sexual acts on me and forced me to perform sexual acts on him”.
In 2005, Wade testified at *****’s child sex abuse trial where he denied claims from maid Blanca Francia that she saw him in the shower with the singer at his Neverland ranch in California.
But he has performed a U-turn and is now suing *****’s estate for millions.
Allegations ... Michael Jackson

Wade — a judge on So You Think You Can Dance — yesterday went on US TV to brand ***** a “paedophile”. He added: “I’ve never forgotten what Michael did to me.”

Last night Blanca, 57, said she felt “vindicated” and would back Wade in court.
She claimed: “I stand by every word I have ever said.”

Re: Wade Robson files claim of childhood sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Even some Michael Jackson haters are pointing that out. This whole thing is disgusting and pathetic, in my opinion.

True. Seems like very few people believe him (expect from the usual MJ haters).

He just needs to keep talking. Eventually he will get caught in his web of lies, but with no possibility of back-tracking.

(on a side note: can the Arvizo's sue him for making them loose their case?)

I thought about that. I don't know if they can do anything, but I don't think they should : the Arvizos self destroyd on cross examination. Robson did not change that. I believe if Robson had not testified , Michael would have been acquitted anyway.
