You are talking about the song like it is finished and released or ready to be released. It's like you said "early early early demo".. So what are you expecting?

If they decide to release the song they will polish it, record new instrumentation and edit the vocals. Then if you still don't like the song you can say what you said. You can't say it's a "horrible song" and that will "disappoint everyone here".

"Not even the worst artist from this moment would release a song like this.".. of course, because it is a demo, not a finished recording.

I don't have anything against people telling their opinion about a song even if it's not positive. But is it necessary to call it "horrible" and say that "not even the worst artist would release something like this", plus call other songs of Michael "annoying" (I, for one, like Don't Walk Away).
I respect everyone's opinion, but you can tell even a negative opinion about a song without going completely overboard with derogatory adjectives. Especially when we know it's not even a finished song and who knows what Michael had made of it if he finished it. Show a little respect to Michael.

IMWhizzle, the truth is that whatever you say about the song wont make us not wanna hear it, on the contrary. You have to rememeber that you were once on the opposite side of the door just like we are now and wanted to hear it despite of some of the comments about the track.

Honestly Music is subjective and everyone is always entitled to their opinion. A demo will always be a demo, some more complete than others.

I enjoyed Don't Be Messin Around, I enjoyed Free, so it is is with a 100% assurance that i say that i will definitely enjoy I Am A Loser when/if it leaks.

If it was a 4 second song with Michael only singing "I Am A Loser" I'd probably still love it. Every song has different elements songs are stronger then others (lyrics, instrumentation, vocals, background vocals). Just hearing Michaels voice is enough for me. Billie Jean, Thriller and Bad are way more complete then In The Back, Free, Beautiful Girl and Love Never Felt So Good; and I promise you I listen to the latter for more then I listen to some of Michael completed songs. It's all about personal preference. What does it matter that who hates the song/demo now, I may grow the song different the you and John Doe!

Michael reworked it before he passed as "I Was The Loser" so that version is probably more complete than IAAL

Its not a bad demo, but I prefer it polished for release.

It's your right to hate or dislike the song as much as you want but don't ruin the excitement most of us have. It's ridiculous to complain about an unfinished song which isn't even ready to release like it were complete track.

I say let the guy express his negative opinion : he's actually heard the song so he's entitled to it. MJ is not some religious figure whom we must never criticize. Maybe the song does suck, and if it does -- or even if it doesn't --, there's nothing wrong with saying so.

I never said he can't express his opinion, it bothered me his rudeness on how he was complaining about A DEMO. Neither I said he has to like it. The way he's been addressing isn't precisely polite.

A demo is a demo, a song is a song.

In the books of Michael Jackson, a song of his is always complex, exciting, emotional, etc.

I Am A Loser in the essence is just a bad song in my opinion. I am a producer myself for many years, I am listening with different ears than the general public.

Again, please don't attack me. I am looking past the fact that this is a demo. The core of all song whether it would be a demo or a finished one is a good song.

If you listen to In The Back, even when it isn't completed yet, I friggin love that song!! Everything in it is infectious. And that is not the case with I Am A Loser.

Point is, both are demos.

The beat is not FROM SIM, it's SIMILAR to SIM.

JUST like Cry, Beautiful Girl, even We've Had Enough. Are all of those beats "from SIM"? No, it's just the clicking beat MJ uses a lot.

It mind boggles me how you complain so much about IAAL, then you say In The Back (which is WAY MORE INCOMPLETE!) is infectious and you love it.

Trust me guys, when you get to hear it, you will love it if you look at it as a raw demo, work in progress. MJ's warm vocals to ME are "infectious", all the small sounds in background are amazing as well. The whole melody in the song is excellent, very MJish. It's just one of those amazing demos, like Beautiful Girl or Fall Again. Calm songs.

As for release, I personally would not mind (or I WAS The Loser instead) it, but you know my point of view. I don't give a sh1t about charts, I would just like to see good releases with untouched demos.

As I've said before, I listen to songs from a different perspective. Music in combination with a vocal melody to me is more important than just hearing the voice of MJ on top off an below average song.

That's my opinion. :)

I would like I was the loser to be released. If it is more complete, then they will probably release it over IAAL, but we will just have to wait and see I suppose.

Judging from the snippets, I think it sounds great - very few artists have such a huge amount of songs that stand out on the first listen, but MJ understood melodies. I don't think it sounds all that incomplete either (based off the snippets and lyrics). Repetitive perhaps, but unless there's a lot of mumbling of lyrics - which that does not appear to be the case - it sounds like it could be considered about as complete as a song like I'm So Blue or such. I did think of Stranger In Moscow when I heard it, but I wouldn't say they sound in any way the same - just similar as was mentioned before, because MJ enjoyed using certain vocal tricks as part of the music. Hoping the song exists in high quality because I think the music sounds way richer than its demo status gives it credit for.

I think the snippets sound great,I heard another snippet last night and I must say the beat playing in the background reminds me of the beat in the Remix track of "take me away" by Nathan Jay,but only judging by quick snippets.I hope we get to hear IAAL in full to bring back the excitement we all had when "Gansta,All In The Name,Do You Know Where Your Children Are and Slave To The Rhythm" were heard for the first time.Either way Im sure IAAL will be heard in Full sooner than later.

Juding from the snippets I like the backgrounds sounds and some small instruments such as piano etc ..its a kind of feeling soothing to ears. Part of instrument to loser titled blood in my veins was posted ..in that you can hear that small type of sounds its amazing..

Brad buxer done some good work behind the song..

hope to hear full..waiting for the song from a long time (since the snippet leaked onwards).
