[Discussion] Sexual Abuse Claims Against MJ Estate - Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

I worry because it's like this guy is getting his way the whole time now and there is nothing protecting Michael here. Everyone says this creditor's claim should be thrown out because of the laws yet it seems to still be there. I don't see what Michael's rights are yet Wade's rights seem to be protected. I don't find that fair.

I know how you feel. It is like this judge giving more extensions after he makes a deadline for Johnson. Then there is a deadline for creditors claims, but a loophole could open it up. Then the judge in the AEG case said no more evidence after a specific date. Then a lawyer brought something after the cutoff and she allowed it. It almost seems as though in court proceedings, rules can be broken or bend to safeguard the rights of everyone, except Michael. Now I am sure there are some legal reasons why judges do not adhere to the rules or rulings they make, but sometimes it seems as though it is always the other party that gets the break.

Xosweet & LindavG there is a reason why Beckloff is handling these cases^^. He is the judge for probate issues so anything dealing with opening a creditors claim, the children, asking the estate for money, shaking down the estate is sent to Beckloff. When probate is over, we will have a different situation.

 You know, I never thought that in my 14 years of being alive, that I'd ever feel so much pain. I don't understand--how & why these people are doing this to him. I mean, he's rich, he's the biggest person in the world, and he's sweet & naive. But that doesn't mean he's not a human. They dragged Michael all through the dirt while he was here and they're doing it again now that he's gone. This world is so cruel and insensitive that it's ridiculous. For Christ's sakes, does Michael look like he'd ever hurt a child? After all he's sang, he's done?! Does he?! No..he doesn't. So why the hell do they keep saying it. All he ever did was love children and people the way God said to. But those people, they took advantage of a sweet naive soul.

Then people have the nerve to call him a drug addict. Wtf?! No..desperately needing sleep and being a drug addict are TWO VERY different things. They wanna know why he couldn't sleep? Because of pricks like Wade and the Arvizos who took advantage of him! Because of the media, who distorts every thing and makes it seem so bad! If other countries can accept sharing beds with children that are/aren't related, then damn it so should the US. This country is so darn judging and it's lost it's way on sooo many things! Society is screwed, they made the good Michael did look bad. And the STUPID public bought it like it was a Big Mac at McDonald's.

What this whole thing has taught me is to:

•Watch out for snakes
•NEVER EVER trust the United States or society's jacked up crap
•Don't take anything the media says at face value
•It also taught me more about law (This works nicely for me as I plan on becoming a lawyer or journalist)
•No matter how much I don't like someone (celebs) DON'T lie on them. The truth is worth so much more

^ I haven't been so disgusted by this world like this a day in my life. Ugh..

sorry for the ranting..I was mad

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Will the 1993 pictures be involved at any point?

I don't think so. It's Jordan's description, not Wade's. Unless Jordan testifies on Wade's side, which I highly doubt. But if he does then we have evidence against him (and the description/photos would not be good for him either - it simply wasn't a match no matter what Sneddon lied to the media)...

Still no detailed report besides this only one...don't understand it.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

^^The main destructive case against Michael is about allegations. The only time we will have peace is when such a case is successfully challenged in court for a win for Michael and the public knows Both sides of the issue. Therefore, we need a huge molestation win where the public knows not only what Wade said, but what the estate showed. That never happened in 05. People don't know why Michael won because the media suppressed it, so it seems he won due to his fame.

We already had the main death cases--Muarry & AEG. Even with an appeal, the main hype of the case is gone.
The paternity cases are usually a joke.
The ex-business associates asking for funds, like Bain are not that devastating.
Most other cases, the estate reaches a settlement like that Johnson woman who won't go away, and it seems Lloyd will be settled.
Next up is Thome, IRS. The IRS is making Michael look good. Thome we all want to know about.

Wade remains the biggest problem. I feel if an abuse case comes in after his death, and it is successfully won, no other male will bring in a case. I think that because of the 05 win, no other male brought a case after 05 while Michael was alive. The difference now is that Michael is dead, so it is like a New chapter for a shakedown male. He feels it is my words against dead Michael & people will think it is more likely for his claim to be true. I feel Wade filed not only for money, but because Michael is dead; so we need an After Death Win to stop this vicious cycle.

In 2003 - 2005 I was sure that we needed an MJ win to prove that MJ was innocent to the public, and I hoped that all the unpleasantness would go away, but unfortunately it didn't work. The media almost universally ignored anything that supported MJ and only printed the salacious details provided by the Arvizos and their supporting witnesses. The counter arguments were ignored. The media even fabricated many stories all by themselves and to this day people believe what they read nearly 10 years ago. MJ's win was almost irrelevant because it was widely dismissed as being 'because he was famous'.

The best we can hope for from this Wade allegation is for the media to ignore it, but they won't. Although there hasn't been much press coverage so far, it'll all go into overdrive as soon as this goes to court. A win for MJ will mean alot to the fans, and may deter future accusations, but many people will always believe MJ is a molester despite the evidence to the contrary.
The single best thing that could happen to MJ is an admission by Chandler that it was all lies, but I don't see that happening. He doesn't want a bad reaction from fans or the media, and he doesn't want the MJ Estate or Jackson family coming after him for money,

And I'm afraid the same thing will happen again. People will talk about Michael as if he were a depraved person and all because this snake doesn't have an ounce of remorse. Hope some sense gets into his head & he stops this betrayal.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Not a single news source confirmation from a U.S. based media (where the suit was filed.) I think we need to confirm if it's really been given the green light before jumping ahead.

Agree, the aussie report of a trial date being set doesn't make sense to me. I wd have thought tmz wd have been the first media to leak this scoop to, they're the go to media for wade up til now. I just don't see how a trial date has been set so early on in the process, aren't there like a number of hearings to be had before that stage? Wade's lawyers defence of the 60 day limitation limit for learning about the estate, that he required a personal letter, is just wrong - no 2 ways about it. If they go with estoppel defence, none of the facts in the case law they cited applied to this case. Also, I don't know how this hearing cd take the decision to combine the 2 civil lawsuits with the cc one - the civil lawsuits are different to the cc one in having an additional level of proof, they need to show employees of the companies sued knew about the wade/mj abuse. Anyway, i'm no legal expert on us law but that's how i feel, so i'll just wait for a more convincing article on what happened at the hearing.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

It's indeed strange no US or UK news have reported that. I haven't seen anything reported in my country either. If it's fabricated lie by Australian media, it was a very malicious one. I bet all of are hoping it is because Robson's claims have no evidence to deserve a trial but in the Michael world is hard to know, anything can happen.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

^Well once the information is posted in the court system, we will have more convincing ^^ information.

Bobmoo you said the same thing I said, that the media suppressed Michael's side of the case. That is why I say the public needs to know both sides so that they see why Michael is innocent. When Muarry's trial was televised, I noticed the major journalists tried to show both sides of the evidence, probably because they knew people were watching the real footage on tv. At that time everyone I met knew how Michael died and why Muarry was found guilty, so transparency does help a great deal.

Maybe on Monday we will hear something from the American side?

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

I googled Michael's name and the Mirror in the UK says it's going to trial. I didn't click the site just read the title.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Strange it isn't getting much diffusion anyways, the FBI files crap was everywhere.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Wade may you rot in hell!

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

US media is a lot more invested in the verdict watch in AEG trial. Assuming they did not attend the Friday hearing, they would only report it next week or so after they get the judge's ruling - if they can.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

But hasnt the judges ruling happened anyway?

I just received a google alert about it and it had a small synopsis-said going to trial in June and Wade is lining up all star witnesses including Naomi Campbell, Brooke Shields, and Eddie Murphy. Ha-I'm sure. At least I got some kind of laugh out of this, but just a small sarcastic one.
I would think ABC News will have something on it tomorrow-they're usually pretty quick to report any new Michael Jackson news-that's how I heard about Wade's claim in the first place.

June is almost a year away and so much damage can be done in that time-I'm praying that this turns out not to be a trial, but one of those cases the judge has to set a time to review, listen to the attorneys' arguments and then toss-he did a ton of those before. I remember being really pleased with him then.

I agree with you. But I'm wondering if the Estate can even ask for a review.

LOL what to say what a pr*** he is/was

wonder what will happen to those other victims the tabs claimed were waiting to see what happen with wades case before filing suits. anyone would think with the blatent disregard of the law by judges setting huge precedents when it comes to MJ that they were activily trying to destroy what was left of his reputation along with the IRS trying to bankrupt the estate. talk about one rule for one one for another

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Wade's calling Eddie Murphy? Naomi Campbell? And Brooke Shields? xD I'm sorry, but this is all too hilarious. He's tearing his own case apart. Welp, this made my rather dull Monday very bright.

What's next? He's gonna call Tupac and Biggie to testify too?

Even better..Winnie the Pooh.

Yeah, specially when Brooke had spoken in Michael's favor (in the 90's at least) and Eddie and Naomi were "closed" to him to get to know him. If that was Wade's ideas, it makes him look more idiotic.

DailyStar in the UK did a copy/paste as did the french Le Figaro:

Michael Jackson sex assault case goes to trial

A FORMER child dancer is taking Michael Jackson’s estate to court after claiming he was abused by the star.

By Jaymi McCann/Published 30th September 2013

Dancer Wade Robson was a witness in the 2005 molestation trial and said at the time he had not been abused.
But the choreographer now says he could not face what happened to him until the singer died, reported the Mirror.Michael Jackson died of an overdose in 2009 as he prepared for a comeback tour.
Wade Robson said he couldn't face what happened to him until after Jackson died

Mr Robson was five years old when he became friends with Jackson.
Now 31, Mr Robson intends to present a series of celebrity witnesses including Naomi Campbell, Eddie Murphy and Brooke Shields.A lawyer for Jackson’s estate, Howards Weitzman called the allegations “outrageous and pathetic”.

It's really questionable...not one detail, not one serious news agency. That's almost impossible for any MJ-Story.

I will go with Michael "In a world filled with hate, we must still dare to hope."

Yeah, that just seems to be copy/paste job on the Mirror article. The ridiculous Naomi Campbell, Eddie Murphy and Brooke Shields stuff gives it away.

Still no reliable media reporting on what happened on Friday. Weird.

@andjustice4some November 5th is when Aphrodite Jones will be discussing the Wade Robson Allegations on King Jordan Radio ..http://www.blogtalkradio.com/jordan-king/2013/11/06/aphrodite-jones-returns-to-kingjordan-radio …

I thought she wouldn't discuss it, it's about time.

The FBI fake files was widely reported and it wasn't even a reliable information. Probably when the jury reaches a verdict tomorrow on the AEG lawsuit, we will get to know if the trial is crap or not.

^^No one knows when the jury will reach a verdict.

Oh this celebrity witness list had me cracking up. Is this really true?

Naomi and Eddie have not said anything about Michael the entire time so far that he has been gone. I don't understand how they fit into this at all.
