[Discussion] Sexual Abuse Claims Against MJ Estate - Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

So what exactly is going to happen in June? A hearing will take place... Then what? Damn I want this to be over already.

05/01/2014 at 10:00 am in department 5 at 111 North Hill Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012
MOTION-SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Wade might not even get as far as June as the estate is looking for summary judgement on 1st of May, and if judge grants it to the estate, the case is over for Wade.

Hopefully the judge grants it and puts a stop to Wade's attempt to get easy money.

Hopefully this is his answer for appeal

I'm a bit late on this but wow! I am beyond shocked right now, WR claims Michael raped him.. raped him, seriously?!:bugeyed He claims Michael as a grown man had anal sex with him at the age of 7, and he DID NOT understand it was wrong…? SERIOUSLY?!

All this time he was going with the whole 'Michael was my hero and I loved him, so I didn't realize what he did was wrong' -thing but I mean... being sodomized as a 7 year old boy has to be one of the most painful and traumatic experiences you could think of! It's almost as if WR himself doesn't realize how extreme that is, and I don't believe for a second anybody -child or adult- would go trough that and think 'oh well but I love him so it's ok'. Especially since some of the claims mentioned earlier state that it was against his will and in a forceful, violent manner! It's impossible for me to believe you would still want to be around a person, and agree to be alone with a person who actually physically hurts you like that.
It puts everything he did in a different perspective imo, making his whole story even less credible than it already was when I still thought he meant 'sexual acts' in the way the Arvizos and Chandlers did. He never forgot, he always knew and thought of what Michael did to him yet he stayed in contact with him for a couple decades? Invited him to his wedding? DEFEND him in a criminal case, making sure the same man who 'raped' him could go around and do it to other kids too? And even though the charges were less serious than what had 'happened' to him, still not figure out he was actually abused?!
Pfff, I just hope this whole case gets shut down and we never have to hear from his sorry a$$ again :puke:

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

My hope is that we don't have a judge who feels that Michael got away with child molestation in 1993 and 2005 and sees Wade's case as an opportunity to claim some kind of justice.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

WR can't deal with being looked at John Doe! He needs to be a special victim in between all those 'victims'. That's why he made up the story the way he did.
He can't deal with being a noone.
Maybe that 'disorder' was put into his mental structure because he was friends with the most famous person in this world. He can't deal with that the friendship with someone special didn't make him special too. So this all is a helpless little try to make himself special by inventing this ridiculous and not at all true story. Even more since it's possible thanks to an also ridiculous media to make money with it.
I hope the judge will be able to see that WR needs mental help... NOT because he was raped, in fact he wasn't... he's just raping himself and everybody around him now... mentally!

Honestly I personally think it wouldn't be enough for a judge to just throw out the trial... I think there should be a law punishing WR... it's so painful so incredible hurtful what this guy does to real victims!

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

He is joining support groups and want to help raise awareness about child molestation. What about Gavin? Why he did not acknowledge him in any of his statements? Does not he have any sort of obligation , at least morally, to the Arvizos if he feels MJ was a molester , that he helped him get away. what about the Arvizos who lost their case because of his testimony.

I mean if he indeed was a victim, the first thing he would have done to address Gavin and his family and apologize for what he did in 2005 willingly.

He feels so special , above apologizing for his "mistakes", or he does not believe he owes them anything as he knows they are shitty liars like him

I've wondered that myself. If he hasn't reached out to them or to the Chandlers even then how can people be so sure that he's sincere?

Something else I noticed recently: I went back and read through his testimony in 2005, and he says in there that he first went to Neverland around 1989. Yet in his claim he states that the first time he stayed at Neverland it was in 1990, and he's able to give the exact month and day that it happened. Granted, someone could argue that maybe he found travel records or whatever, but that's quite a stretch. He would've had to have gotten them from his mother, and who knows if she would have kept something from that far back. Not to mention with her keeping silent in all this and leaving the U.S. before the news broke, I doubt he went to her for anything.

There's also the bit about Chantal not being comfortable staying in Michael's room after the first night. However, in her 2005 testimony she claims that she stayed in there two nights on the first visit, and that she had slept in that room four times. She also states that she was never suspicious of anything. Yet with this popping up all of a sudden she did have suspicions?

All these contradictions... makes you wonder how the hell this was allowed in the first place. I just have to wonder what the hell he and his sister were thinking sinking this low. You'd think they would be above the backstabbing and lying, but it appears not. Despicable... :puke:

It's going to be interesting if Chantal will change her story now too from not detecting anything suspicious to hearing voices or something. If she changes her story that will mean she's in it with Wade (and possibly their mother is too). But that will shoot her credibility too, because it would mean in her case as well, just like in Wade's, that she either lied in 2005 or she's lying now. Will they claim she was also brainwashed by MJ or what?

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

. You did not feel right had but did not hear your brother cry out when he wasraped or did not notice any chances in your brother? Since your brother says he was raped justabout every time he saw Michael missed your brother bleeding and the signs that hewas being raped?

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Michael did explain in the Diane Sawyer interview, that he settled to make it all go away. Here's what the settlement says in this regard -

The minor, by and through his Guardian ad Litem, Evan Chandler and June Chandler, and each of them individually...agree that they will not at any time in the future make any engagement, enter into any contract, agreement, commitment, understanding or other obligation, with any media, including, without limitation, any publishing, print, news, television, motion picture, cable, video, multimedia, software, recording, broadcast, radio or any other media, for purposes of or relating to the commercial exploitation by Jordan Chandler, Evan Chandler, June Chandler or the Minor's attorneys of record in the Action of any story, documentary, docudrama, publication, magazine, tabloid, book, article, motion picture, television program or picture, "movie of the week," serial, miniseries, recording, record, audiotape, compact disc, videotape, program, television or other public or private appearance, interview or broadcast, related to Jackson in any capacity, any recreation or likeness of Jackson or his image, Jackson's relationship with the Minor or Evan Chandler or June Chandler, the allegations made in the Action, any information revealed through discovery in the Action, or the Claims. In addition to any other legal or equitable remedy as may be available as a result of any breach of this paragraph, the Parties acknowledge Jackson or his heirs, administrators, executors, conservators, successors, and assigns, shall be entitled to recoup as recovery for unjust enrichment, or any other applicable cause of action, any sums as may be received by the breaching party as compensation for such commercial exploitation.

The Chandler's were definitely protected, as long as they didn't profit because they had been paid handsomely by Michael Jackson to the tune of over $15 million. '

Like Michael said, he just wanted to all go away. Perhaps the amount seemed logical because of making money off of a movie about the Chandler situation. Just so sad what money does to people. Just so much BS!

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

^ Media appearances and commercial exploitation of the allegations is not the same as testifying in a court. Like I said there was nothing in that settlement (and couldn't be by law) that forbade the Chandlers to testify in court. You cannot settle a criminal trial and no settlement can forbid anyone to testify in a criminal trial - as shown by the Francia's case who had a settlement, yet that did not mean they could not testify, as shown by the fact that they did in 2005. Nor did the fact that the Francias absolutely DID crumble on the stand mean that they had to pay back the settlement money. Jordan would not have had to pay back his money either if he crumbled on the stand.

And by the way, Sneddon extended the statues of limitations for Jordan, so he basically could have decided to bring criminal charges against MJ and to testify at any time between 1993 and 2005. The settlement did not and could not forbid him to do so.

I agree. And I think the Chandlers wanted to be able to ride the wave of negative publicity against Michael about the Arvizo case without getting in trouble for possibly breaching one of the terms of the 1994 settlement. And in my opinion, they used Ray to do it when he wrote that book in 2004 because he wasn't part of the agreement and couldn't be sued. And I also think that Wade dragged Branca and Weitzman into his mess and is accusing them of covering up for Michael to punish them for publicly speaking out against him when he wanted the Estate to quietly pay him to go away.

I have some new info on Wade Robson that I thought I would share with you guys. I have found out Wade has just created a new website for his film making. His inability to make films due to the emotional *trauma he endured* sure healed quickly, didn't it?

http://www.waderobsoncreations.com/

Wade Robson is a documentary filmmaker based in Maui. His focus lies in creating films about/for people and organizations that are effecting positive change in their community and/or the world.

It is one of my strongest passions to create short form and/or long form documentary films about and for people/organizations that are effecting positive change in their community and/or the world.

I’ve been a Filmmaker in Los Angeles for 13 years and an Artistic Director for stage, TV and film for 15 years.

No, that's not him. But I'm sure he hangs out with these people to collect ideas about what to say and how to behave. If only they knew this little piece of crap is using them just like he is using MJ.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

^^Didn't we have that information about his film making activity in Hawaii pages ago in the thread, or is this a different film making endeavor?

I think its an effing disgrace that this perpetrator is representing abused children. I take this personally as I was also abused as a child. I hope the court system makes an example out of him to teach ppl no to make false claims and hold up the judicial system' s precious time when there are real victims and criminals to be dealt with.. Please Rest in Peace Mr. MICHAEL JACKSON. I feel your pain and I will be there

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Yes, false allegations only harm those who were real victims of abuse.

Yes we did, but the website is only days old, and I think it is important that we do monitor what he writes on it, as it may help us find more inconsistencies in his stories.

By what he has already wrote, he has caught himself out yet again by telling the same bare faced lie.

...On the website he writes:
It is one of my strongest passions to create short form and/or long form documentary films
Where as in the court documents he clearly states that he could not work in making films in
"any manner or capacity whatsoever"

Wade is also still suing for damages due to him *not being able* to follow a career in directing. I also highly doubt he or his lawyers have even notified the court about his ( *Ahem* - very quick) change in circumstances. And to not do so, would he in fact be perjuring himself?

It says this on the bottom of the court docs:
[X]= Ticked box - I declare under the penalty of perjury, under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true and correct

.........clearly it is not correct.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

^^You can bet that the estate lawyers are already monitoring that website. The thing is that when people engage in fraud and it takes some time for the process to end, they can't keep up the discipline of living the lie and monitoring what they do and say. Hence insurance companies find the man who can't walk anymore, walking his dog, and the person loses their case. The same thing is happening to Wade. He is being caught doing something he stated he could not do, and there will be more if this case takes a while to get to trial.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

^^Lawyers now look at the opposition on his/her social media. By the time they get to court they will have more of Wade's inconsistencies and lies.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

keep the faith guys. that's all I want to say keep the faith. when I say my prayers every night. I include this whole mess in my prayers. I trust and have faith in god that in the end he will make it all right. michael being aquitted of all charges back in 2005 is prove of it. so again keep the faith.

None of it makes any kind of consistent internal emotional sense.

He claims all this and also is now claiming that he's relieved in these group things he does that he's able to meet other victims, as he believed he'd been alone all this time.

HOW COULD SOMEONE WHO WENT THROUGH 1993 AND 2005 BELIEVE THEY'D BEEN ALONE AND THE ONLY VICTIM THE WHOLE TIME.

If he were legit he spent his life SURROUNDED by victims.

If he'd started being abused in 1990 then by being around all the other kids around Mike he should've already presumed they were all victims too. Wouldn't he have tried maybe asking or speaking to any of them when they were alone about it?

Then after 1993 he knew for a FACT that there were other victims. Macaulay and Brett for sure - and they were still at Neverland and he was still able to see them. If he'd wanted, he could've reached out to any of them over the last 20 years. Whenever he was at Neverland he could've tried to have a moment alone with any of them to have a word and ask them about it.

But now he claims he's grateful in discovering other victims because he felt alone this whole time.

Just absurd.

That would contradict his case, because Wade had no idea he'd been abused till 2012. So how would Mike have been able to brainwash them to deny something that Wade had no idea he'd been through?

Also, if they claim things now, they look really bad. Because Victor Gutierrez spoke to them in the summer of 1992 telling them MJ was a pedophile, then in 1993 there was the allegations with Blanca Francia claiming things, then the 2005 court case, and they claim their father was a victim of sexual abuse - so they had every opportunity in the world to do something about it and be vigilant and aware of what was going on, but they did nothing. Then they claimed in 1993 and 2005 that they saw nothing and defended him completely. So are they gonna claim all along they did have suspicions and contradict everything else they've ever said and how Wade was? Why would they have never just addressed it to Wade?

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Yes, I even wondered if Wade has a taped phone convo in which MJ talks about how people are saying these lies about them and this disgusting sexual stuff and whether Wade will use that tape and try to say it's "brainwashing"? Because I don't even know why he mentions it this way in his lawsuit as it's rather exonerating to MJ not incriminating. He calls it lies and disgusting sexual stuff - that's far from admitting it, on the contrary! If he molested you then you both know he did it. So then why would he call it "lies" when you talk to one another on the phone? When you talk to someone about something you both know to be true you won't call that a lie in a conversation with that person. Or why would he call it disgusting sexual stuff if all this time he was telling you it was love? It's just so off from his story that I wonder if he has such a tape where MJ calls it lies and disgusting sexual stuff and if he intends to use that tape, only trying to twist its meaning and say it was a brainwashing session?

I could see this, yes.

Also perhaps a note/letter MJ sent saying the same thing.

I hope that's true, because although this disgusts me so bad, it would crack me up forever and a day if the evidence he produces is of Michael denying it to him in any shape or form.

Because Sandusky sure as hell wasn't denying it to people who contacted him and in the letters - on the contrary, waxing poetic about their love and how he loves him so bad, etc, which is exactly how a predator behaves and "brainwashes" them - play on the "love" aspect, tell them that the times you shared were precious and special and unforgettable and how you still are in love with them, and how he hates having to deny his love but that the world just isn't ready to understand them yet, that he'd do anything for him, etc just lay on the whole grooming thing thick. That's how they do it.

Not, "They're trying to destroy us with these disgusting lies about sexual stuff that never happened. We have to fight them!"

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson files claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

^^The thing is since Wade only understood he was abused in 2012, then it is only from that point till filing that she could have thought he was alone. Still he could not think he was alone because he knew about the claims made by the last 3 shakedowners. Again, he is using those typical learned expressions whether they make sense or not in his context: I felt I was all alone. I felt I was the only one with these experiences? I felt ashamed. I felt it was my fault. His whole case is a melting pot of adages.

But even if he claims he believed it was loving/consensual, he would still have been aware it was happening to other children, just because there would be no way to avoid it.

So whatever he felt about it... he would've known he wasn't alone.

But yeah, now he's claiming he spent this whole time with these feelings of alienation/shame... and yet in his docs he claims he felt nothing bad about it until 2012.
