The timing is interesting. Aside from the single, perhaps they are hoping to ride the media interest in the sale of Neverland...I can imagine 'tabloid' type interviews / articles discussing who might or not might not buy, and why. And of course MJ's birthday anniversary coming up, but that has never been a really big media event.

I feel incredibly, desperately sorry for Michael's children having to go through this. I hope that they can be kept away from most of the media comments, but Paris and Prince are getting to an age where you cannot protect them....

^I have a feeling the Estate made the Neverland announcement last week on purpose. They knew these documents were about to come out and figured it'd be a good PR strategy to try to divert attention to the NL sale. Actually pretty smart if you ask me.

Just days after Michael Jackson‘s molestation accuser, Wade Robson, filed explosive court documents detailing alleged graphic sexual acts inflicted on the choreographer when he was a child, by the King of Pop, a lawyer for the Estate of the singer exclusively tells RadarOnline.com that there have been no settlement talks with him, and there are no plans to do so.

Famed attorney, Howard Weitzman, representing the Estate of Michael Jackson​, told Radar, “There are no settlement discussions with Mr. Robson nor do we anticipate any ever taking place.”

Supporters of Robson speculated on social media that the Estate was willing to enter settlement talks with him, based on court documents. The speculation was based on legal document in which there was a box marked with a check indicating a willingness to to settle the case.


However, Weitzman told us, those documents were only procedural and filed in all civil cases in California as dictated by law.

On Monday, Radar broke the story that Robson’s attorneys ask Jackson’s estate to admit that the King of Pop forced him to pose naked on all fours, while Jackson allegedly masturbated to the sight!

The documents are full of graphic claims, but one section asks the estate to admit that ”during the time from approximately 1990 through 1997 sexual activities between Michael Jackson and Wade Robson included Michael Jackson masturbating while watching Wade Robson from behind on all fours, naked, with his knees and palms extended like a dog on all fours.”

The requests are centered around the claim that Jackson “invited Robson and his family to stay at [Jackson’s ranch] in February, 1990.” There, the documents ask the estate to admit that Jackson “employed an audible alarm system for his bedroom [and] hung ‘do not disturb’ signs on his bedroom door.”

Inside the bedroom, the documents ask Jackson’s estate to admit, “sexual activities occurred between [Jackson] and Wade Robson periodically during the time period from approximately 1990 to 1997,” when Robson was between the ages of 7 and 14.

The Estate is asking a Los Angeles judge to reject Robson‘s molestation claim against the late singer because he supposedly waited too long to file, but Robson is claiming that he should have been served a notice of the administration of the estate when Jackson died.

He also claims to have only remembered about the molestation after having two “breakdowns” which resulted in him seeking therapy.

Judge Mitchell Beckloff hasn’t ruled on whether or not Robson’s claim will be allowed to proceed, but is expected to make a decision after a hearing later this year.

Robson will be required to take the stand during the hearing, and will be grilled by Weitzman about contradictory statements he made as Jackson’s star witness in the molestation trial in 2005 in support of the “Beat It” singer at the time.

Well at least they're not making any settlements, because that's not what Michael wanted anyways. Those b@$^@#%$ Robson's lawyers wanting them to admit Michael forced Wade into such actions is beyond pissing me off and they're now in for beat down.

LOS ANGELES- Lawyers for a man who alleges he was abused as a child by the late Michael Jackson filed court papers asking that he be allowed to file a late claim against the singer’s estate.
The court papers were filed Monday on behalf of 36-year-old James Safechuck, who alleges he was abused by the King of Pop after the two appeared together in a 1980s Pepsi commercial, when Safechuck was 10.
“(Jackson) engaged in a calculated course of conduct to lure both (Safechuck) and his parents into a false sense of security and normalcy that was far from reality,” Safechuck’s attorneys’ state in the court papers. “And (Jackson) was successful in his efforts to the point that (Safechuck) endured repeated acts of sexual abuse of a heinous nature and was brainwashed by the decedent into believing they were acts of love and instigated by James himself rather than the decedent.”
Jackson had Safechuck dress like him to the point the boy looked like a “miniature version” of the singer, Safechuck’s attorneys’ court papers state.
“After the first incident (Safechuck) regularly began sleeping in (Jackson’s) bed in his hotel room during the rest of the “Bad” tour in 1988,” Safechuck’s attorneys’ court papers state.
Safechuck alleges the pop star went molested him about 100 times for four years up until he reached puberty.
A representative for Jackson could not be immediately reached.
Many of the passages within the new court papers are redacted, including statements by a mental health professional that Safechuck was the victim of “repeated sexual abuse” by Jackson.
A hearing on his petition is scheduled Sept. 4 before Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff.
Last year, 31-year-old Wade Robson, an Australian former-choreographer, also filed a petition for a late claim against the estate alleging Jackson sexually abused him at a young age. According to Safechuck’s attorneys’ court papers, their client was able to gain “insight” from Robson’s claim and he then obtained psychiatric help that has allowed him to come forward with details of the “loathsome nature of his childhood sexual relationship with (Jackson), the effects of which he has buried for decades.”
Jackson died June 25, 2009, of acute propofol intoxication.

Michael Jackson had code words and signals that he used with a boy he allegedly molested to describe various sex acts ... including "duck butter."

James Safechuck -- now 36 -- claims in his lawsuit against the MJ Estate ... the singer started abusing him when he was 10 ... when he traveled with Michael to Paris for the "Bad" tour in 1988.

In new court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Safechuck says Michael taught him to use code words ... referring to his erection as "bright light, brick city" ... and calling semen, "duck butter."

Safechuck claims Jackson also used secret signals -- when they would hold hands, Michael would scratch the inside of James' hand with a finger ... to show he wanted to have sex.

Safechuck says MJ wanted a full-blown relationship with him ... to the point he performed a secret wedding ceremony with the boy with wedding ring and a marriage certificate.

He also describes how Michael would take him to various homes -- including a place called "The Hideout" in Century City -- where they would drink sweet, pink wine and watch porn ... including movies of children masturbating.

Safechuck says at one point ... he questioned his own sexuality -- because he also had a crush on Sheryl Crow, who was one of Jackson's backup singers. He says Michael found out and became jealous ... showing him unflattering pics of Crow without makeup.

Safechuck says the abuse stopped entirely when he reached puberty.

Howard Weitzman, attorney for the MJ Estate, tells TMZ the whole lawsuit should be scrapped because it was filed more than 20 years after the incidents supposedly happened ... and says Safechuck "has given sworn testimony that Michael never did anything inappropriate to him."

I really hope their pathetic and desperate tactic to diminish Michael's success with Xscape and release of APWNN as a second single doesn't work just when Safechuck came out with those claims when Xscape was released. The general public hasn't heard about it for the most part, wishing it stays that way.

I know this is far from fun but James Safechucks declaration is the most laughable thing Ive ever read. MJ becoming jealous and starting showing bad pics of Sheryl Crowe... yeaaaaaaaaah right.

It sure took them a long time to "remember".
Not 2 cases...not all the questionings they received, not a trial...nope, it didn't take all of those things to trigger their memories.
They just remembered...out of the blue.

If WR was having this problem begin in 1990 why did he not tell his mother or tell somebody i can answer this question it didn't happen. Why wait after Michael is gone and his two breakdown you me to tell me now he reality that he was abuse by Michael when did this happen after 2005 he was the star witness in that trial hard to believe


The things that going in a courtroom are so outraged this messy with WR is a prime example Michael not even here to defend himself against these lies.

It just blow my mind WR can say this in 2005 Michael never touch me and now in 2013 his story has change unreal.

If this is true , then the judge will understand now the significance of the graphic details. They worth billions of dollars apparently.
