Actually Tom has been defending MJ in the media too. He talked in several documentaries
and radio shows and answered the media's questions during the FBI files and child porn shitstorms.

Robson will do his best to put out as many crazy headlines as possible in the next 12 months or whatever it will take to finally reach summary judgment and the cumulative effect won't be good.
Finaldi and Manly will continue their media whoring too. They know the media will pick up a story if they think it's something new
and something dirty. They don't care if it's made up, look what they did with the child porn story.
At least when Tom is asked about specific allegations he should know how to refute them otherwise the only voice in the media will be Robson's
and Safechuck's.

I honestly believe that Radar OnLine won't be following too much anymore, and they were Wade's mouthpiece. For the most part since they were sued by 3T they've been quiet on that front.. Maybe that 100 million lawsuit scared them since they lied on 3T blantantly. I guess they thought 3T would never sue them yet they did and they have Bert Fields helping them.

^^Wouldn't that be nice if Radar was actually stopped by the kids' lawsuit!! Wow-they're the originators of all of these and hopefully they're running scared.

I'm glad Mez continues to defend Michael but I do wish he'd stop saying Weitzman will settle. I really do. It just hurts the case. Just because he did it once, he learned his lesson just like everybody else.

93 is very different to know due to the judges rulings mj had no choice. Its ok saying his lawyers gave the wrong advice not knowing the implications of sneddon seeing mjs defence and building a case around it.

The media will do what they want theres not a single thing anyone can do about it. They will not give a voice to mjs side as that goes against their agenda.

^^I agree that Michael had no choice there. All of his constitutional rights were taken away. If I were him, I would have settled. If I were Weitzman, I would have advised settlement.
Only in hindsight can we see how disastrous that was.
That's why I think it's unfair for Mez to continue to say he thinks Weitzman will settle.

I dont think in hindsight it was disastrous.well it was i guess interms of ppl thinking he settled cause of guilt.but there was no massive flow of follow up money grabs.if not for bashirs set up there was nothing

Michael could have clear his name in 1993 but Chandler and his lawyers beat system it was all lies and force Michael to settle he had no choice. Michael was not going to do that in 2005 he was going to clear his name and he did with the help of Tom and i like what Tom said Estate stick to your guns see it through the end. Even if Tom keep saying that Weitzman, settle last time i do not believe he will do it again he learn form that like it was mention the truth this time is in the Estate favor. I just pray that this nightmare will be over soon.

03 and 05 were totally diff. One being a civil case one a criminal

You are so right and that is what happen to Michael in 93 civil lawsuit case before criminal case. Wade and his lawyers are trying to do the same thing today but it is not working Michael is not here and if Michael was here you would not see this.



That would just be awesome if 3T has stop Radar Online from spreading the lies.

They filed a lawsuit against them for a $100 million dollars. They hired Bert Fields and the case is currently pending.

As others said, their lawsuit is filed with one of the top entertainment attorneys in the US. Robson's case has been hanging for 3 years now. Courts are slow. But Radar has to be more careful in the interim.

With all the celeb news that is out now days and how things are much more fact checked prior to release of info you'd think Radar would only be as successful as they are because they did the same... I didn't think that 'national enquirer' type fake news really hit mainstream in the US anymore.. Until this..

2005 had to relaunch after 3 test issues
2006 relaunched again with investors
2007 Radaronline actually won an award for the amount of attention it brought
2008 the mag died considered a constant flop
2009 Radar changed the theme to purely celeb gossip


(I have no paid attention to Radar until the MJ BS they pulled so I don't know what stupid stories they've pulled out of there a$$ since then but.... in the last year they released a BS story about pics "found" in Neverland and getting in trouble for it... Now insinuating publically that Kim Kardashian faked her robbery and got in trouble for it)

I mean at some point they will FLOP again or simply change internal processes of releasing stuff

So, sitting here watching Saturday Night Live ONLY because Bruno Mars is the musical guest. And I'm angry-they had the nerve to go "there." Weekend Update had a piece on Trump and the women he's allegedly groped in the past, and Michael Che said that his supporters would forgive him anything. Then he said "I get it-I love Michael Jackson because he made Off the Wall and Thriller. But he did some terrible things. Some horrible things. Like that album Invincible." The audience laughed.
Then he said something about "what he did to those kids." (I've wiped the whole line out of my mind already). To their CREDIT, the audience all GROANED loudly. No laughing, no applause, just a low oooooooooh. Then awkward silence.

I heard this guy dropped the "N" word by mistake on live TV last week-and they were talking about him being fired. They need to get rid of him and a lot more. I remember SNL making all sorts of horrendous jokes and skits about him back in the day, and the reaction from the audience was quite different then-I think the tide has turned. I'm obviously not the only one that got angry with that.
