The estate needs someone out there defending Michael publicly. Defending him behind closed doors won't help in the court of public opinion
I agree. I've said it all along.

From kop board
BTW the Estate will go to court tomorrow to try and move the date for the HBO hearing to April 4 instead of June 26.
**Forgot to add that they have also added Brett Barnes' letter to HBO to their lawsuit.
They better. HBO will pay a price. Courts do not play.
The public is also outraged. There was no rebuttal to these allegations. More people are watching it and more are being swayed. The support to MJ is very limited to non existence the Jacksons are retweeting tweets by random people and z list celebrity they r that desperate. No one dares to defend MJ. It is that hostile. I cannot believe how ineffective the estate has been. I feel HBO feel the pressure will build on the estate until they withdraw their lawsuit. HBO are not even responding.

Are these companies/radio stations banning Michael's music because they're getting lots of people writing in and demanding it? Or are they doing it in fear they will get backlash because of the whole ''Me too'' movement?
''Me too'' started off as a good thing, but now it's turned toxic, and now people can make false allegations without anyone questioning them.
They are doing it out of fear. people got lives and do not have time to that. People who love MJ are going to continue to love MJ and the ones ho watch and have questions will wake up and see the lies and be glad. haters are going to hate and hated even before it was shown. Again, the certain media outlets are making this more than what it is. Right now, if I was not on here, I would hear nothing. And on radio, I heard only one comment and that was in support of MJAre these companies/radio stations banning Michael's music because they're getting lots of people writing in and demanding it? They're trying to say that it is due to public preferences. Which means that they are reading things on the Internet and assuming people don't want to hear mj.
Love that from the Estate they need to strike back while the iron is hot and is in the public conscience

I disagree with this that support for MJ is very limited or non existence. Now around me, people do not want to see it because they know it is BS, MJ is not here and anyone can say anything, or these guys defended MJ and it is all about $$$$. His music is still being played in the mall this weekend, on radio, etc. Again, the media want u to think otherwise. And there will always be haters and trolls on the internet to everyone.

REALLY? So, ONE tweet is ALL it takes for Starbucks to remove Michael from they're playlists? Good thing is the replies to that tweet are people criticizing Starbucks and saying they will never go there again.
THE onlything I am not 100% sure about in this list (I keep trying to get someone to confirm) is if James claims if they honeymooned in Euro Disney in 1988...
*james claims Michael called asking him to testify and threatened him... James legally was considered a 'non factor' by the courts. The judge ruled that his testimony would not be heard in the court room long before the trial began.
*. That edited/sliced 'Happy Birthday' message was recorded before Wade and Michael ever spent any time together (aside from the time they met in Australia) and was filmed 7 months before his Bday
* James claimed to have owned the Thriller Jacket, it was actually it was given to Dennis Thompson (his clothing designers) and they had it until 2011 when it was auctioned
*James mother states she danced when Michael Jackson died... because?? According to James, he did not speak to anyone about his molestation until 2013
I guess so. They are pathetic for doing that and so is that loser who sent them the tweet
well, we need to tweet them like this one fool did.How pathetic is this? Read that first comment and then Starbucks reply. It takes ONE comment of one incredibly overreacting dork? Also, that tweet is now gone by that person.
I'm starting to hate people and this world, that this FILTH has made it so far that it can just keep on letting people do this. Companies so easily swayed by one goddamn person.
Thank you MeToo, you are a true disease.
Is there a link to that tweet to starbucks. And that tweet is now gone too. She probably thinks "good, the damage is done. I can leave now. And won't get any more replies this way.".
Anyway,. I'm now finally watching Michael Jackson Rebuttal part 3 by Razorfist and wow, that Ben Shapiro is one big idiot isn't he?
Is there a link to that tweet to starbucks.

Good. Those are fools just looking for attention.I tore that Anna woman to shreds over the Starbucks thing. Literally let out a weeks worth of frustration on her. I wasnt aggressive but got my point across.

Well, they should get an ear full from many.I'm more pissed off with Starbucks for giving in so easily to just one person.
james went with michael to disneyworld FLORIDA (disney park florida not disneyland in paris ) in 1988 .
in Paris it was where his first abuse took place but not in Disney ,in a hotel in Paris during the tour bad in paris.
Michael call James: Info: so that the judge does not include a witness previously there are allegations by the parties (estate and prosecution) about whether they want to include certain witnesses or not. You can make allegations about the inclusion of witnesses and you can modify or remove witnesses in the pre-trial pre-trial until you get the final list of witnesses. in the case 2005 there were several allegations by both parties to include and remove witnesses who wanted in the trial, these first lists of witnesses maybe included James? Anyway, if james wasnt include like a part ir not this is not mean that Michael not called him. Maybe Michael of his own and without consulting anyone could call him the same as He called all his friends to ask for help if he needed it? Maybe.
We know that Michael called macaulay before the trial to ask for help him in the trial , he also called some Friends for the same reason.
Birthday message: do not see the importance of the birthday message. It is a message of congratulation in which the michael himself addresses wade robson in the message so I dont understand the meaning of digging into this because it is an unimportant message
the thriller jacket: michael had several jackets for each of his performances and tours. there was not only "one" thriller jacket.
the mother of safechuck dances in his death: james told his mother that he did not want to testify because michael was a bad man in 2005. he did not say anything more except that,
but his mother seemed to understand that he was abused in some way because of he says, so cause in his death she was happy
