BTW the Estate will go to court tomorrow to try and move the date for the HBO hearing to April 4 instead of June 26.

**Forgot to add that they have also added Brett Barnes' letter to HBO to their lawsuit.

They should move it to April 1st ('All Fools Day' in the UK).

The arbitration allows maybe up to 3 x 30 days (from 21 Feb?) to select a judge, so I was surprised that the 1st court date was 26th June. I'd have thought 20th May would be as far as HBO could push it. But I don't know much about the US system.

I am afraid that HBO is acting the way they r acting is because they r indeed confident of their legal position. The pressure is being build on the estate. I am afraid it is not getting better anytime soon. I do not know what to say. I do not trust the estate. We have seen what happened with Quincy lawsuit even their win again wade and safe chuck meant nothing after the doc. They should have known these losers would turn to the media once their case was tossed and should have prepared. But nothing. They r not able to convince their own business partners of not pulling mj merchandise or music. What should we expect from them?!

I cannot believe how ineffective the estate has been. I feel HBO feel the pressure will build on the estate until they withdraw their lawsuit. HBO are not even responding.

I sure as hell hope not. The estate can't give up, it would be nuts because they are completely in their right with this. HBO did indeed breach that contract all the way.

At first I thought that they are putting pressure on HBO by trying to get the date much sooner, but after Soundmind's comment I don't know.... maybe they just don't want to wait until June with all the negativity going on?

I can't see them backing out though, no way. And again, the estate is right about this one, it's most definitely breach of contract. Or is there a limit to that? As in, so many years have passed since the contract was made that it doesn't count anymore? Is that possible?

Let's just hope that sooner rather than later these assholes will be exposed. I truly don't want to imagine the possibility that these two criminals are gonna get away with it. James with enough money to pay what he's being sued for and Wade for his pathetic career. And worst of all, many people absolutely firmly believing these criminals.

I truly wish it was true what the website Hotnewhiphop today posted, that MJ's kids are considering sueing the two. If you ask me it would make perfect sense. I just can't believe they wouldn't have any grounds to sue on.

I agree. I'm still hearing MJ on radio and I haven't heard many people in real life talking about this documentary.

I'm not saying MJ's rep hasn't been hurt by this. Of course it has. However, for as much hate as there is, there is also a lot of neutrality and support.

I’ve heard two of his songs today and his sales and streams are going up or steady.
I honestly think it just might be a select few of people who are making comments and the companies are jumping on the metoo bandwagon because they don’t want to look bad.
His music will be back quietly by the end of the year or by the 10th anniversary.
He was/is way to powerful to cancel or mute and they, the industry, will feel it when they see a loss of revenue.
I hope his kids can find a way to file a lawsuit especially in Bigi’s sake since he is in high school and has to deal with all of the backlash from people.
I also hope Brett and possible Mac can find a way to sue since they are being harassed online.

THE onlything I am not 100% sure about in this list (I keep trying to get someone to confirm) is if James claims if they honeymooned in Euro Disney in 1988...

I just wanted to post here because in France there is currently a talkshow that is talking about the documentary with an exclusive interview with the 3T.

It's very negative. I have sent a complaint to CSA because of the false information that are being spread.

3T talked about Brandi, emotional manipulation, the money, the fact that no laws protect MJ after his death.
At one moment, Taj said he has been sexually abused and one of the "Journalists" said to one MJ defenders "so you believe him but not the victims?". Unbelievable!!

One journalist who allegedly covered the 2005 trial stated that MJ's lawyers manipulated the jurors and tricked them into thinking Gavin's mother was manipulative (duh!!!).

All of them basically only saw the documentary and haven't done any research. They are saying MJ paid the families to be acquitted etc. One even said fans are complicits and basically promote pedophilia!! We are painted as cazy people.

However, some fans were able to speak and point out how Wade and James's accusations are not facts and the timeline is wrong and that the documentary is one sided. I was quite proud at how some of them talked I must say !!/But this is not enough...

LN will be broadcast next week and I'm very scared but I'm ready to fight.

But that's just his word against logic really. Logic tells me not to believe this guy at all. He claims he told his mother that MJ was bad in 2005 but there's no evidence or whatsoever of that. I see no reason why Michael would have called him up, because at that point he definitely already knew Safechuck wouldn't be allowed to testify anyway.
