“State of Shock” is another one. I wouldn’t call it bad, but it’s a very pale attempt at a “Beat It” sequel and loses steam after the first minute or so.

For me, I wouldn't say REALLY BAD. But it's definitely not good.If you don't love me is really bad. For me it sounds so cheesy.
i said this before on a profile post, but to me, Can't Get Outta The Rain sounds like it could be the background music for a trailer for a shitty animated children's movie to which Michael's music was condemned to be part of the soundtrack. every time I hear it, I can't help but say, "COMING THIS SUMMER" in my bad movie trailer voice out loudI am surprised no one mentioned Can't get out of the rain or Girlfriend!
agree. i also read somewhere michael wasn't a fan of Mick Jagger's vocals on the released version. which is strange, because... I love the music of the Rolling Stones. But Jagger's vocals on State of Shock are kind of underwhelming to me at best. I definitely prefer the version with Freddie Mercury (and also because I'm a huge fan of Queen and Freddie in general).Freddie's version is better than the album version with Mick.
This definitely belongs in 'Last Person thread'.MJ fan: *has an opinion about a song*
Every other MJ fan (skip to 1:35):
(Also I've become so obsessed with this video lately, it's absurd. Insanely violent unauthorized parody cartoons are genuinely hilarious to me.)
whose head are you trying to get now? LmaoThis definitely belongs in 'Last Person thread'.
LMAO I haven't seen that video in years. Forgot how funny it was!MJ fan: *has an opinion about a song*

Ok I may have to change my vote to this. I forgot this existed lol.1. Slave To The Rhythm- Justin Bieber version
Agreed. Mick's whispering vocals at the end freak me out.Freddie's version is better than the album version with Mick.
SAME. doesn't he also moan at the end?? or is that Michael?? 'cause it's really high-pitched.Agreed. Mick's whispering vocals at the end freak me out.
I actually just discovered Bring Me the Head of Charlie Brown last week. Although I've known it existed for years, I used to think it was some weird creepypasta thing and would not watch it. But now I've watched it officially. It's absolutely hilarious. Jim Reardon is awesome. I also discovered he was the one of the masterminds behind the screenplay of WALL-E and the Itchy and Scratchy bit on the Simpsons!LMAO I haven't seen that video in years. Forgot how funny it was!
Torture and State Of Shock are the only 2 good songs on that album. IMO it's the 2nd worst Jacksons album behind the follow up to Victory, 2300 Jackson St. That's the worst one.Victory is shit overall. Although I like a few tracks (Torture and State of Shock), the album as a whole doesn't hold up.
Guess we're now mortal enemies (@AlwaysThere new member to your alliance).
Didn't Michael write that song for her? Also Latoya's "Night Time Lover".
The song’s melody is great, amazing singers in that song. Too bad the lyrics are just Yeah. That song could have been amazing!Eddie Murphy’s “yeah”
You are actively calling me out. Do you wanna fight? It's the Falling in Love is the worst song on any of the OTW-Vince run of albums
This is the worst MJ song, bar none. Lol
Officially it isThat's not an MJ song
Officially it is
Omg it's even worse than I remember, that's a horrific and cringe song , even if it had legit MJ vocals on it.
This is the worst MJ song, bar none. Lol
Even if Michael actually sang this, it would still be trash.

And it was only removed to end the discussion on it. They never confirmed it was illegitimate.Never. It's been removed from MJ's catalog now, too.
I literally just heard it, it's so pretty.Love Never Felt So Good- Demo version (it's just....blah)
It's so cringe af those lyrics as though he's in third personEven if Michael actually sang this, it would still be trash.
I always found it unsettling that "Michael" would refer to himself in the third person in that song ("Everybody stalking the moves of Michael Jackson"), which was the first indicator to me that something wasn't right about the Cascio tracks. The lyrics are awful. That's really the thing I like least about it. I've seen/heard fan-made AI songs with better lyrics than that.
