Michael Jackson - Killing Me Softly ( Rare version )?

This is so great sounds like MJ without a doubt to me. It wouldn’t surprise me if he did a cover of Killing me softly. If it isn’t him I don’t know who else it could be.
 
Yes I'd say thats defo Michael. Cool. I never knew he did that song. It sounds as if it was in the late 70s

I saw a photo in that video of him playing guitar - did he play or did he just think it was cool to hold one?
 
New to me this. I love it, Mike sings it with so much soul. Love his little quiver at the end of "softly with his song"

Wonderful interpretation! Not sure It's Michael singing. Even assuming It belong s to Michael's early 70s, the voice seems to lack Michael's timbre

The Jackson 5 did it on TV once. So there's at least two versions with Michael singing.

Check the cover of his 3rd album.

Also, yeah, Michael played guitar on Morphine, and on the HIStory album. And several tracks on Invincible state all instruments by Michael Jackson.
