The Off The Wall sessions are such low-hanging fruit for the Estate. They could put together a very decent boxset of just those ten songs with the basic trackings, uncut mixes, extended versions and alternate takes.

I did a full remix of the album (excluding ICHI album version) for my podcast some years ago and made mixdowns with this concept in mind. I just can't find the mastered versions in my archive at the moment.

I can't tell if we finished it to this extent or not.
Because on YouTube they credit Richard Perry as producer. And I know RP was not at our session.

The supposedly "Still The King" beat was used by another artist yes. I don't recall the name of the song but it exists.
(I personally believe the beat was actually "The Future" song. It has this modern Latin tempo that was described)

I would love to hear the most complete version for this song. I know it’s not finished but it has that MJ touch in that small sample. You can feel the soul of the song in his voice. Love it
